Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) on Thursday tore into Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) for threatening Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch, calling his remarks “unhinged” and “shameful.”“I fully anticipate our colleague would quickly withdraw his comments and apologize,” McConnell began in a pointed Senate floor speech. “Instead our colleague doubled down. He tried to gaslight the entire country and stated that he was actually threatening fellow Senators as though that would be much better.”“The distinguished men and women of the Supreme Court do not and must not serve at the pleasure of angry partisans,”

What good is censure or your words of condemnation? What if harm comes to Gorsuch and Kavanagh because of Chuck E.'s words. Will you stil let that hateful twerp skate, which is what you’re doing now. Impeach him and remove him. You can’t let him get away with this.

Schumer's comments were PURPOSEFUL and specific.
Just imagine what the Democrats have in store for everyone who disagrees with them. Might be 3, 5 or 10 years from now, but it's not out of the realm of questioning that they have retribution on their agenda.
Voting for Republicans, any republican, to ensure they retain the WH, Senate, and re-take the House, is the only real way to thwart their agenda.

Schumer needs to be immediately removed from the Senate. Threats made by him is not acceptable. Just looking at him makes me ill.

For a change it's nice to see that holier-than-thou Schumer has finally gotten his tiddy-caught-in-the ringer. Smiling broadly.

When Mitch is good, he's good. (Although not often enough, IMHO)
That said, I hope this is just a good start to something more substantial.

Simply words from McConnell. Water off Schumer’s back. He thinks he is above the law (and since he's a democrat, he is). He should be expelled from the senate but the Republicans don’t have the cojones.

Schumer's remarks were a dog-whistle to the deranged left. Watch for some mental case to try attacking a judge, any judge! They would never get near a Supreme Court judge, but there are plenty of others to choose from.
Schumer needs to go beyond an apology. He needs to quit the Senate and retire!

Mitch will do nothing. He’s too busy campaigning to keep conservatives from being elected to the Senate. Plus Chuckie is a democrat and they are above all laws and harmless from being prosecuted no matter what the crime is. Mitch knows this and will do absolutely do nothing more than issue the stern statement condemning him that he just did. That’s all he will do.

As President Trump said tonight during his Town Hall TV appearance, if Chuck Schumer was a Republican he would now be in jail for threatening the US Supreme Court Justices.

Question: So what are you going to do about it Mitch?
Answer: Nothing. I'll even deep-six Hawley's censor paperwork.

Mitch, it was UNLAWFUL. Remember those pesky rules that apply to rest of us but apparently only mean unhinged and shameful to you? You cannot threaten a United States Supreme Court Justice on the steps of the Supreme Cout without being held accountable. Schumer knew What he was doing. He is no one’s fool. What he was counting on is being able to stoke his abortion loving crowd without any consequences. And you, my weak one, are giving him a pass? Come one! Grow a backbone. The man committed a crime. He specifically threatened two justices. He should be held accountable. Put the pressure where it needs to be put and force him to resign. The democrats will continue with their outrageous behavior as long as people like you enable them.
