A federal judge has ruled that Hillary Clinton and her former chief of staff Cheryl Mills must sit for a deposition within 75 days (full ruling pdf below).(Snip)From the Ruling – “The Court has considered the numerous times in which Secretary Clinton said she could not recall or remember certain details(Snip)In a deposition, it is more likely that plaintiff’s counsel could use documents and other testimony to attempt to refresh her recollection. And so, to avoid the unsatisfying and inefficient outcome of multiple rounds of fruitless interrogatories(Snip), Judicial Watch will be permitted to clarify and further explore Secretary Clinton’s answers in person and immediately after she gives them.

There is so much history in this long article, it boggles the mind. Even to those of us who watched it unfold at CTH, this entire recap is unbelievable. I believe Judicial Watch should have a lot to talk to Hillary and Cheryl Mills about. And maybe the long list of those who knew about Operation Zero Footprint, Benghazi, the eventual arming of the “Syrian rebels” and the rest of this sad, dreadful story. This article lays it out, chapter and verse, along with lists of those who would have been “in the know”… Should be a Must Read for everyone.

Be prepared for a revised number of answers to questions being i don’t remember, i can’t recall that or i don’t know it was so long ago, and at this point what difference does it make. They will both be stricken with mass memory loss.

We hear a lot of comment about her just saying she doesn’t remember. This judge’s Ruling has deliberately counteracted that… In the Ruling:
"The Court agrees with Judicial Watch – it is time to hear directly from Secretary Clinton."

Maybe she should quickly announce her candidacy and then accuse Judicial Watch of election meddling.

Somebody is going to have to start practicing her "I Don't Recall" routine. Maybe Judicial Watch has a secret decoder ring to decipher the I don't recall replies.

Yawn!!! "To the best of my knowledge, I have no recollection of what you are talking about." Rinse, Lather and Repeat!!! A big fat (well one anyway) nothing burger to which Hillary can Cackle to high heavens. "See, I told you I was innocent!" "Get ready for 2024 boys, I'm running"... Was Cheryl Mills the one who sanitized Vince Foster's office after his "suicide"? Thought so...

Those regurgitating her “I don’t recall” meme should read the Judge’s Ruling. Or even the intro. The Judge has given JW the ability to work around that and jog her memory...

Ask her if she is competent (if she can't recall or knows, she removes herself from potential VP selection by Sleepy Joe), and knows right from wrong.
Then, ask her if she participated in the training on how to use the official State Department e-mail system.
Now ask a very simple question of how the e-mail system at State works, and how she utilized the filing system.
After all, she had tens of thousands of e-mails.
Ask her to state, roughly" how she proceeded in this issue.
And, did she read most of them, and answer most of them (except those that were never read).
Lay the ground work for her competence, and understanding of basic functions, which I don't believe she can do.
I don't believe she read, and answered most of her e-mails, or text messages.
I do believe someone else did all of that work, and without the proper clearances too.

'Secretary' my ass...she is no longer anything...just a fat lady in a tent made by Omar to cover her exoskelton...she needs to be put in jail with a can of oil for the joints in that thing...but sigh, you and I know, she will never pay for her transgressions until she meets God...and I don't want to be standing near her when she does....

Ol' Chipmunk Cheeks is going to be made uncomfortable for a significant period of time and hopefully they make her angry enough that she spouts out more witticisms like "What difference, at this point, does it make?" She will constantly be reminded of all of the people who died due to her corruption and negligence. I think Huma Abedin should be included in this interrogation also since she participated in all of Hillary's shennanigans without proper security clearance and probably knows more about Hillary than she wants to.

I’d love to know just what evidence JW has on Illary and her 33,000 deleted emails. This could be really interesting. Also, I trust Fitton not to pussyfoot around the PIAPS.

Sorry #8, you can waive all the paperwork in the world under her nose and she can STILL say 'I don't recall'. The Judge simply gives the opportunity to show documents to 'remind' here. Doesn't stop her prime mode of defense.

If nothing else, it will be inconvenient for her -- and could be drawn out for a few days.
