George Clooney‘s home is in deep water—literally. The Oscar winner and wife Amal Clooney‘s mansion in Berkshire, England, suffered major flood damage after Storm Dennis struck the region. Photos show that nearly all of the land surrounding the $13 million estate, including the basketball court, was almost completely submerged in water. But a rep for the “Ocean’s Eleven” star exclusively tells Page Six that “all is fine” after the flooding. According to Architectural Digest, the Clooneys purchased the 17th-century mansion shortly after their Venetian wedding in 2014. The home sits on a four-acre island in the middle of the River Thames.

Comments:

This is what happens when one buys a home so close to the water. As much as I loathe Clooney, I don't wish this kind of life issue on anyone, Left or Right. At least he has the money to fix the damage, and maybe install a high wall to prevent future flooding.

Thank God Clowney's palatial home in merry old England is safe and sound. I was sooo worried that it may have been damaged. I can't think of another ahem "actor", who was a very close butt buddy to our First Black Commie Dictator by the way, who really does deserve his millions upon millions earned by appearing in an endless string of box office flops in which Clooney delivers very bad lines in a monotonous voice accompanied by a perpetually pained expression on his face which looks like he is thinking about how he urgently has to take a giant crap. This is what passes for acting these days in Hollyweird these days folks. Too bad this low IQ commie clown wasn't washed out to sea by the flood. The world would be a better place.

Not crazy about Clooney but I can say being flooded in your home is a boitch and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. When I lived in Atlanta we had a small 'cute' little stream about a 1/2 mile from our house.....then it wasn't......it's been nearly 20+ years since it happened and I still cringe when I hear about flooding.

New Jersey officials have raised the threat level from white supremacists to the highest possible level—while deeming Islamic terror groups like ISIS a low threat to the Garden State. The annual threat assessment report released Friday shows that white supremacists are now labeled a “high” threat for attacks, joining other so-called homegrown violent extremists as the biggest menace. “The threat from white supremacist extremists increased from moderate to high in 2020 due to the number of threats, plots, and attacks conducted in 2019,” the report said. ISIS, however, was dropped from a moderate threat level to low, joining other fundamentalist
