Fake News from Neil Cavuto

Original Article

Anti-Trump Fox News analyst Neil Cavuto, who often demonstrates the difference between being glib and being articulate, says he doesn’t work for Donald Trump. Cavuto took umbrage at Trump’s reaction to an A.B. Stoddard interview with Cavuto in which she falsely stated, in defending Michael Bloomberg’s Hindenburgesque Nevada debate performance, that Trump consistently lost his 2016 debates with “cringewortthy” and “disastrous” performances. None of what she said was accurate, Cavuto didn’t call her on it, later agreeing with her, and when Trump called both on it during his Colorado rally, Cavuto got righteously indignant in a statement what could have been an MSNBC audition tape...

Watched his show regular in the beginning. None for the last 2 years. He's too into himself and came across as pompous, righteous and intellectually opinionated.

Trump... Cavuto & Stoddard are not worth your response. Neil & Stoddard has been off the deep end for years. Neil used to have a good show, but his anti Trump bias is unwatchable. The only time I watch Neil's show is when he not on. Stoddard say Trump lost the debates? Whatever, he won the election. Stoddard & Neil need to get out of the NY & DC areas more often.

I, too, eschew the Cavuto show but criticizing his voice is not really quite fair. . . he's a victim of MS and often has a scratchy voice or is out due to that disease. I'd rather get my financial news from either or both Maria Bartoromo or Stuart Varney.

Around our home Cavuto is referred to as “Fat Face”. When someone yells Fat Face just came on, there is a quick dash to change the channel. He’s a real P.O.S. , We all wonder if RINO, Paul Ryan, is having a hand in destroying FOX ?

I'm sure the ratings reflect how we react to Cavuto but Fox does not seem to pay attention to ratings, as proven by the continued presence of Juan Williams, Geraldo Rivera and Donna Brazille. Diversity is more important than intelligence or talent. I remember people reacting negatively to Donald Trump's debate behavior before they understood his personality and sense of humor, some still do, but he never failed to win a debate.

I agree it's time to find a new channel to watch beside FOX. I like to watch Fox and Friends, then I turn to HGTV for the day. Better than watching the same stories over and over and over on FOX! We like to watch The Five, but scream at the TV when Donna Brazile is on. Talk about a Camera Hog! She can't shut her mouth, thinks she's really the Queen! Sometimes we leave the TV on during dinner and watch Bret (If there is actually new news on, which is rare). After that , I read. No TV. If there is a show I want to watch I DVR it so I can whiz through the commercials! I hope the new conservative channel will be available to those of us on Comcast. I think it would make a huge difference immediately. FOX would definitely notice the drop in their numbers at that time!

A long time ago, the liberals used to call Cavuto fat, ugly, and stupid. I always thought it was mean spirited because he has had a lot of health problems and the treatments weren’t kind to his body. I watch him occasionally because I’m not found of an echo chamber. I can do without Stoddard though.

Following Rahm Emanuel’s maxim that a crisis is a terrible thing to waste, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer says the Trump reaction to the coronavirus is too little too late and quibbles over how much money is “enough” to fight a possible pandemic. Yet at the same time, such is cryin’ Chuck’s concern for human life that he and his Democrats sustained a filibuster blocking a bill that would protect the lives of newborn infants that survive a botched abortion. Senate Democrats today blocked a request by Republicans to vote on a bill that would stop infanticide and provide medical care and treatment for babies who are born alive after botched abortions.
