On Super Tuesday, Michael Bloomberg will probably come in third in the Texas primary. He will lose to Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden. Bloomberg is doing something else in Texas or spending money on gun control: Everytown for Gun Safety, a Michael Bloomberg-backed group that pushes for expanded background checks, red flag laws and other measures, is plotting what its political director calls an “unprecedented financial and grassroots effort” to flip the Texas House, defend vulnerable freshmen Democrats in Congress and help Democrats take congressional seats in the suburbs. A memo detailing the plan, the group’s biggest state investment to date,

See Austin and it's growing homeless problem. In Dallas the city won't prosecute theft up to $750 of goods stolen. It's already here in Texas and it's a 2 pronged attack - Bloomberg and Soros.

Thursday, I happen to go down a street where a main library is and decided to pick up income tax forms. (Note: this year's looks so simple for all.) Meanwhile, in another part of the building was early voting to my surprise. Check out the voting machine. I was given this long blank card to insert and then choose from all Republican choice candidates (at least eight running against President Trump), and local and state ballot issues, including gun control. When done, the machine sucked in the card, printed all my responses clearly in black ink for me to check. I handed the form to a poll worker who then fed it into ONE machine where she said your votes are tabulated then. (I heard it "grind" away.) Can't see what could go wrong. Time will tell as the Austin dRATS infanticide party will try somehow to later find a "missing" voting machine for their advantage.

''Red Flag'' laws are one of the most dangerous things ever proposed. They are ripe for abuse, even worse than an unregulated FISA court. Giving the government the ability to disarm you, without any kind of due process, should frighten everyone- even if you don't own guns! Ex spouses, business competitors, political opponents, wacky neighbors, gun control proponents- any number of people- can all ''report'' you to a government agency, which would swoop in with law enforcement and take your guns. Mistaken identity has already claimed one victim in Florida, where the victim had to prove his case, at his own expense, against uncaring bureaucrats.

A nice thing about living in Nevada is that I can have a loaded pistol sitting on the passenger seat of the car, and if I am stopped for speeding or other, the policeman will say something like, "Nice Glock".

Well, he did well here in 2016—and now he won it outright. In 2016, Hillary Clinton took the Nevada Caucus relatively early. In 2020, Sanders did the same, but it was a landslide win. The writing was on the wall. The Vermont democratic socialist just dominated the exit polls. He dominated with very liberal voters, took a good chunk of college-educated women—no one took an outright majority there—and ran the table with Hispanic voters. He appears to have received a healthy amount of support from union workers, specifically the key culinary workers union that has been in a nasty fight with the Sanders campaign over his Medicare for All proposal.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio had strong words for former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, who finished a distant third in the Nevada caucuses on Saturday: “Try to not be so smug when you just got your ass kicked.” With 23% of precincts reporting, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) had won 40.3%, leading former Vice President Joe Biden with 22.0% and Buttigieg with 17.0% — barely above the 15% threshold for winning delegates to the national convention. Buttigieg, delivering a speech to supporters, congratulated Sanders, but warned that he was too radical to win a national election.

Never Trump actually believed it had the Kingmaking power to stop Bernie Sanders. The result? Bernie is now the first presidential candidate in history to win the trifecta: the popular vote in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada. In one very important way, Never Trump is like the establishment media: just like their Media Masters, Never Trump doesn’t have the dignity to change or go away, so the rest of us get to witness their humiliation and impotence over and over and over again… In that way, Never Trump is like a bottomless Pez dispenser of lulz, and for that I thank them. Sanders, 78, touted the video endorsement from the Mary Poppins legend, 94, in an apparent effort to appeal to older voters. Van Dyke described himself in the video endorsement as a “very enthusiastic” Sanders supporter and warned that American democracy will cease to exist if Trump wins the election in November. One such group is Informed Parents of Washington (IPOW), who describe themselves as "a coalition of parents dedicated to fighting Comprehensive Sexxx Education in our schools and legislation that [infringes on] parental rights." They point out that 58% of participants in a statewide survey said they do not want CSE mandated in the schools. With nothing to sell to voters, Democrats have been going off with pop guns against each other in this long season of debates, each taking aim at the next guy while President Trump stands by in the distance. patiently with his Howitzer, nicknamed 'Economy.' That's put them in a quandary. Some, such as Pete Buttigieg, are trying to claim the economy isn't so good after all. Others, such as Bernie Sanders, are trying to claim that as the economy goes up, wages remain stagnant, so only billionaires are feeling it. Then there's President Obama, who from the sidelines admits the economy is good --

That Bernie Sanders has won the Nevada caucuses is a one-line story: Bernie won in Nevada. The real story is the absolute horror that establishment Democrats are experiencing as they realize that Bernie momentum leaves them with only two choices at the Democrat party convention in July: Yield to the passionate base and anoint Bernie as their candidate, despite the probability (although, sadly, not the certainty) that he will lose spectacularly; or they can override the passionate base and, in a backroom deal, give the nomination to someone else, yielding to an equally spectacular schism in the party as the Bernie Bros get angry. Many lawmakers around the country welcomed in the new year by pursuing legislation that would severely curtail the right of law-abiding citizens to keep and bear arms. Meanwhile, law-abiding citizens began 2020 just as they ended 2019—by showing repeatedly just how instrumental that right is to the security of a free state. According to almost every major study on the issue, Americans use their firearms defensively between 500,000 and 3 million times each year. Even if we assume the lower end of this range, it means an incredible number of times that Americans relied on the Second Amendment—not government getting there on time—to protect their inalienable rights.

President Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy at the United States-Mexico border is ensuring pregnant migrants are not using their court dates in the U.S. to then deliver their children on American soil, thus securing them birthright citizenship. Currently, Trump’s Remain in Mexico policy has made sure that southern border crossers claiming asylum are returned to Mexico or their native Central American country while they await their asylum hearings in the U.S. The policy has prevented mass fraud where illegal aliens are released into the interior of the U.S. only to never show up for their asylum hearings and never leave the country. In the eyes of Washington politicians and lobbyists, President Donald Trump is the most dangerous person in the world. First, he’s a rich, white male who has run a generally conservative administration. Second, he’s impulsive and quick to take offense. And lastly, he’s genuinely making progress at taking down the Swamp. However, Trump’s progress shows just how deep the Swamp is -- because no matter how much he does, there’s always another monster crawling out. Some of the monsters are familiar. Republican Oklahoma senator James Lankford has followed in his predecessor’s footsteps by releasing an annual report on examples of inefficient and wasteful spending in the federal government.

While off duty in Okinawa, Marine Major William Easter dove into a sea with 10-foot swells to rescue a pregnant woman who had been swept away by unexpected bad weather combined with a riptide. Easter described his decision to rescue her as a “moral obligation” that he was unable to resist. By doing so, he revealed one of the mysteries of the human condition, which is one person’s decision to risk, or even sacrifice his life, for a stranger. There is no Darwinian reason for a person to risk his or her life to save a stranger.

The mainstream media has been doing its level best to claim that new intelligence reports about Russian meddling in the U.S. election, helping Bernie Sanders, is really all about Russia sowing chaos, or else getting Bernie up there on the Democrat slot to re-elect Trump. It's always Trump who's the real heart of these Russian affections, see, and Bernie is just a means. It's rubbish. The Russians have always had Sanders at a first-draft choice for president, not just in this election but in the 2016 election, too. It was obvious enough from three things: One, the content of the 2016 hacking of the Democratic National Committee's emails. What did those expose?
