Melania Trump absolutely turned heads Sunday when she stepped out in a stunning sleeveless black gown at the Governors’ Ball at the White House. (Photos) The first lady looked just as striking as ever in the floor-length number that had a sparkling trim along the neckline as she joined President Donald Trump who spoke to the group gathered in the East Room for the annual celebration. (Photos) She completed the terrific look with loose hair and high heels. To say she looked perfect would be a serious understatement.

I love Melania and she is a perfect FLOtus but don't understand why they have to report what she's wearing.

Darnit, Melania's stilettos don't show.

I am impressed with her arches of tungsten steel - how she can walk & stand for hours in those heels! Also, have you ever seen a woman that wealthy wear less jewelry? Given the chance, I'd be clanking with it!

She didn’t look like a linebacker wearing the White House Drapes, either...

I just want to know where the media is gushing about her "toned arms". And where is her fashion statement belt with a buckle the size of a serving platter. At least the sofas, bedspreads and drapes need not worry.

...the dishonest, partisan ,petty media should be ashamed of itself for not sharing this extraordinary woman with the public... but, we all know...they have no shame

I just hope my governor, Ralph "Coonman" Northam was not in attendance. I appreciate these articles as we had eight years of oohing and aahing over Michelle Obama's horrible taste in fashion and unattractive physical traits.

Much ado about not much. I guess if the press can talk about how wonderful our lovely First Lady is, they don't have to talk about how wonderful the President is.

#1, women care, and admire good taste. Also, if a designer dresses Melania then I know that fashion house is not all about virtue-signaling and liberal causes.

Sadly, she'll never be on a cover.
I appreciate The Daily Mail for showing her off.

All the comments about wearing drapes and tablecloths, boob belts Melania would probably rock those too. I liked when she wore Timberland hiking boots and rocked those like she does the stilettoes.
I sure don't miss the eight years I had to hear about the linebacker Sasquatch's fashion with her skinny Kenyan husband.

Simple and elegant. Definitely not made from Aunt Zuti's old living room curtains.

At the risk of sounding trite, Melania could make a burlap sack look good. She's stunning, poised, and smart. Three things the previous "first lady" only dreams about.
As a lady, because Melania is a lady--not just a female--she always dresses elegantly and appropriately. She is making America's First Lady look great again!
MAGA!!! KAG!!! Looking forward to seeing what she wears at the Inaugural Ball in January! Tweak!!!

#3, I love jewelry too but I also love that Melania wears so little. She doesn’t need it to shout, “Look at me!” the way that Mooch and Illary do. She shines so brightly on her own that she doesn’t need any added sparkle. Mooch and Illary both frequently look like Christmas (oops, make that Holiday) trees or chandeliers.

Melania's grace and poise are their own jewelry. There is really no need to gild the lily to make her eve. More beautiful, and excessive jewels would distract from her look. They would also be decried by the left as ostentatious and "flaunting her wealth."

Because we the voters LOVE it is why. Why should it not be reported that our lovely FLOTUS is representing us well ever day, at every event? Unlike the previous 8 year eyesore, she is a breath of cool and refreshing wonderful for our eyes. That gown was gorgeous, but I wish she would wear some of the gems that I know she owns. Most of us would have no problems with that at all.

Unlike the previous FLOTUS, Sasquatch, Melania is a gorgeous, woman that is proud of her adopted country. Melania is the epitome of a classy woman and she represents our country in a very positive way.

Another great benefit to the Trump Presidency. The most accomplished, beautiful, First Lady in my lifetime and one with a special, deeply felt, love of the freedoms so many died to protect. It must be strange for her to see so many American citizens cheer for socialism/communism. I hope she understands that there are many, many, more who will oppose that insanity at all costs.
