Beyond Any Doubt at All’

House impeachment manager Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) repeatedly told the Senate impeachment trial of President Donald Trump on Wednesday night that the House case was “proven beyond any doubt at all.”Nadler’s odd, and repeated, claim seemed to undermine claims by Democrats that they needed to see more witnesses and documents in the trial. The House Judiciary Committee chairman played an unusually understated role in the first day of the question-and-answer session in the Senate.
Republicans have asked that if Democrats are so confident in their case

This man is the face of the impeachment, along with Schiff. I want to see decent Dem Senators vote for acquittal! (Manchin, Sinema, Jones, maybe not decent but their constituents are.) Send these House skunks back to their hole.

Right, and the Smidgen Administration was scandal free. If it were not for the art of lying, democrats would not be able to look in the mirror. Nadler can't see himself in the mirror for other reasons. Wasn't he supposed to have gone on a diet?

Right Nadless one. The calls for impeachment predate the grounds de jour. As one reason after another is disproved despite adamant insistence on its veracity on your part and your merry band of misfits, another accusation rises like a phoenix to take its place. The only constant is the presumption that there must be something impeachable. The call for impeachment lives on as one certainty after another runs off like a cockroach when the light is turned on. So Jerry, I hope you can understand why you have negative credibility. Yes negative, not only have you proven to be full of Shiff, through the human survival skill of pattern recognition, we can bet that whatever you say is the polar opposite of the truth.

I want to know if the question and answer session is as spontaneous as we have been led to believe. Yesterday Nadler and other Managers went up to the podium with PRE-WRITTEN answers to questions. They kept their head down and clearly read their entire responses. Did they know the questions in advance? I think a few Managers showed slides which HAD TO have been pre-arranged with someone so the Senate could view them. Trump's defense never once read answers drafted in advance. They just went to the podium sans any notes at all and simply answered the questions.
Reading notes is one thing. Reading pre-written notes is another.

Nadler, like Schiff, knows that the media will feature his lies as the lead quote on the hourly radio news as well as on evening news broadcasts. So, lie and lie again since Democrats know that dishonesty is the best policy.

I am sure that the Democrats (and Republicans, too) in the Senate have coordinated their questions with the respective counsels. Not much is unscripted in this Schiff-Show-Kabuki-Theater-Witch-Trial.

Earlier commenter asks a great question. If they have this in the bag like they claim, why do they need more witnesses? They didn't do the job in the House in the first place, now they expect the Senate to clean up their mess and finish what they themselves failed to do. This whole Senate trial is a do over for them and I think the Senators know that by now. This has been one of the biggest embarrassments of Pelosi's tenure, and her legacy is going to be pretty much at the level of Obama's.

The dimocrats have an agenda here. If they can call witnesses here, they can freeze all senate actions, including voting on judicial nominees. The freeze could last for several months, as witnesses are first deposed, and then testify. DJT would be stopped completely, for judicial appointments.
And when DJT is elected to a second term, the dimocrats will complain that is was not a valid election, because the four foulbrained senators were unable to campaign.
And if Chief Judas John Roberts refuses to rule on witnesses, the dimocrats could appeal his decision to the federal courts, and delay and freeze the senate. And when the U.S. Supreme Court rules against the dimocrats, they will claim that DJT has corrupted the Court.
Schiff Head has chosen to stand in the spotlight, pushing Nadler aside. That should embarrass the dimocrats, but will not.

'proven beyond any doubt at all' There are 2 ways to read that phrase. The truth is what you believe.
Do you want witnesses? I have a list for you. I want every Congresscritter to be called. They each must answer under oath: At any time have you, your family and/or friends/business partners had any financial interests in any foreign entity?

Generally speaking, when someone starts speaking in absolutes (e.g., "all", "always", "never", "none", "beyond ANY doubt", etc.), you can confidently assume you're being lied to.

Nadler just made the case that new witnesses are not needed in the Senate thank you very much. You have convinced yourselves you have delivered evidence of bribery treason high crimes and misdemeanors, yet no evidence of any has been presented. Sup wit dat!? You all need to back to law school and retake Constitutional Law from Professor Dershowitz, however he's retired, but you might be able to hire him as a consultant next time.

Rats really are like their vermin brothers. They keep coming until you decide to be tougher than they are. They know they are lying, but they don't care because they are certain their twitter base of willfully ignorant, emotional, hateful followers will believe it. ONLY a determined, forceful, continuous and overwhelming push back from Republicans will get the rats/media to dial it back slightly. When they have to say the same things under oath, like schiff, they hide or they misspoke or don't remember or plead the 5th.
I wish someone besides the President would go after these cowards. A few are finally joining the battle. Some of the House Republicans can have a bright future, based on the way they attacked the rat coup. It would not take that many to force the Deep State rats to taste justice. Now IF the right could start a network or many more cable/internet shows that lay out, refute and destroy the rat brainwashing, perhaps otherwise reasonable people would understand just how far they have been misled.

IMO, the dems don't want witnesses.
The GOP can call witnesses who will blow the dem scheme and expose the participants malfeasance.
The dems just want to blame the GOP for a "coverup". I'd make a small wager that if there are not enough GOP votes against witnesses a dem (Manchin) or two will flip to prevent them
