Washington Democrat Forced to Take Down
Trump Sign, Will Put Up an Even

Kevin Chambers is a local radio host in Bremerton, Washington, and a Democrat – albeit one with a good sense of humor. While out of town in November, a Republican friend put up a Trump/Pence 2020 field sign in his yard as a joke. The sign got defaced with graffiti, so another sign took its place – this time on 15-foot stilts. That’s when, Chambers says, things got a little weird. Two days before Christmas, he received a letter from the city of Bremerton informing him that the new sign violated city code concerning commercial signs. And that’s when he became defiant.

There is hope for this man. The current crop of Democrats has no use for any 'moderate' democrat voters beyond their actual votes. None of them represent moderation or even allow for dissent. Anyone who thinks Trump's only failing is his Twitter behavior and otherwise recognizes favorably what he has actually accomplished as President is almost ready to switch to our side.

I want to point out to Mr. Chambers, how many of those moderate democrats sheepishly allow themselves to be herded along by the radicals. If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

Interesting article and a man of principle. However, he fails to understand. "if Donald Trump would just stay off Twitter, he’d be regarded as one of the greatest presidents of our time". No he wouldn't. The media would have buried him. He would have accomplished little. They attempted to brand him as a dunce from the beginning and would have succeeded in undermining him. The media has done this with numerous Republican candidates. Trump's tweets went around the media and unmade them. Even now, facing impeachment and removal from office, Trump's successful confrontations with media/dems through tweets have made it almost impossible for the dems to succeed.

Where I am, Republicans need a secret handshake before expressing themselves. We self edit. A lot. Maybe it's the same for moderate Democrats. Surely they can't ALL be loonies.

Good for him. Several of those very large banners are on display in farm fields in western Colorado where I live. Right along I-70 for all to see. Every trucker who passes these, honks the big horn proudly. And we don't need a secret handshake out here before striking up a conversation with anyone in town.

My kind of guy~~and he's right about the secret handshake thing. Trump supporters in my own family are a minority and we keep the peace at family gatherings by leaving the room if any political talk comes up. Sad. Regardless, there are a lot of us in the "silent majority" and we'll be out with bells on in November 2020.

On a related topic I haven't seen a single pro Trump bumper sticker or yard sign. I have seen several for Bunny and one for Quid Pro Joe. I live in metropolitan Atlanta. People are afraid of discussing politics because of threats to them and their property. OK. I'm a coward. But my safety is more important to me than letting the driver of the car behind me know what I think about anything. The only sign you'll ever see in my yard is For Sale.

Mr. Chambers, for the most part the only ones taking down signs are the members of the "tolerant" left. We conservatives, Republicans whatever, could care less if our neighbors or anyone else has a Warren, Sanders, Biden whatever lame Democrat sign on their laws or bumper stickers on their cars. For us, it just shows their ignorance. So don't fear us, sir. It's your own side and its state media that is clearly dividing and destroying this country. Time to switch parties, buddy.

Right now sane people who love the United States of America and all the best parts of it since its founding, finally have a champion whose loyalty is to the country and its citizens. Strike a blow for freedom of thought, strike a blow against the neocommunist mob and proudly vote for President Trump. You have no choice when you think about your situation. The answer is obvious.

Thank God that I live on the east side of Washington state, and we don't have to have a secret handshake to support President Trump. Sometimes I pray for the big cascadia quake to wash the west side into the ocean. There are so many libtards on that side of the state they out number the more sane side of the state in votes. They also are moving to the east side and trying to bring their liberal pushy ideas to our neighborhoods.

Lead House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) closed his side’s argument for the removal of President Donald Trump with a rambling rhetorical assault on the president.Unwittingly, perhaps, Schiff’s valediction recalled the Army-McCarthy hearings, when lawyer Joseph Welch finally put an end to the overly intrusive investigations of Sen. Joe McCarthy (R-WI) into alleged communist influence in the U.S. government. “You’ve done enough. Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?” Welch said. Schiff defended the investigative process in the House of Representatives, and declared:

Sen. Bernie Sanders has put nationalizing health insurance at the center of his presidential campaign, but his proposal to fight climate change also calls for a government takeover of a fundamental segment of the economy — electricity production. Sanders has laid out a $16 trillion climate change plan that would transition U.S. electricity generation away from fossil fuels to renewable resources like wind, solar and hydropower by 2030. That’s far faster than any other Democratic candidate's target and sets a pace that rivals like former Vice President Joe Biden say is unrealistic. And like Sanders' healthcare plan, the green energy

Schiff disagreed with the president’s lawyers, who argued that Trump’s actions were not criminal and should thus not be considered impeachable. He warned that they were setting a precedent that would only encourage Trump to pursue “unacceptable” actions if exonerated. “Trump could offer Alaska to the Russians in exchange for support in the next election,” he said. “Or decide to move to Mar-a-Lago personally and let Jared Kushner run the country, delegating to him the decision whether to go to war.”

If Steve Bannon is correct (and I think he probably is), Michael Bloomberg has no intention of occupying the Oval Office; his real plan is far more devious and frightening. Bloomberg is investing a small fraction of his fortune (Bannon says it is now $70 billion) in a “leveraged buyout” of the party, installing himself as the oligarch who calls the shots, including the selection of the candidate to win the presidency. Forget the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on the “Mike will get it done” ads saturating the airwaves and the Super Bowl ad touting gun control.
