Long past time for Congress to quit providing taxpayer money to NPR and PBS.

why in this day of gazillions of news outlets , fake , sorta and otherwise , does the US underwrite one so biased ?
In NYC the ny slimes owned a radio station ( till that lying rag got so broke it had to sell it off) . It morphed into a decent classical music station and a horribly smug npr thing .. dulcet tones but screeching polemics and flat out lies .

President Trump and his Administration are not going to play around with smug condescending reporters who think they are entitled to break all the rules and run over the top of anyone they choose. Those days are gone.

I listened to NPR quite often just to see what the enemy is up to. Mary Louise Kelly puts the 'c' in the word woman and sounds like Kermit the Frog.

Of course the main stream media would side with her...but hey, NPR should have it's public funding cutoff NOW since it is nothing more than a lie-bral news outlet....

It's your choice to be an enemy of the State. The state doesn't have to like it or tolerate your presence among their operatives or allow you to eavesdrop on private conversations with others.

I agree with the above posters who suggest Pompeo had every right to throw these people offf his plane. In fact, I think that NO PRESS should fly free on anyone's Plane. Get your own Plane and Pay for it! That goes for the President as well. Why in the heck give those Lousy Liberal Press a ride of Air Force One? I would not allow any of them on the Plane. Maybe a couple trusted FOX reporters, but even some of them are suspect (Chris Wallace being number one)!

It's time that the Trump Admin. start to play Hardball with all of their detractors and respond in kind for all of the lies leveled at them!

I would tend to side with Pompeo. These media types are so emotionally delicate right now that anything can be taken as berating by them. I would not trust her to tell me my lawn is green without checking it for sure.

Why are we subsidizing the MSM by shuttling them all over the world on the taxpayer's dime? If they can no longer afford to have Foreign Correspondents in place, it's not our problem. Actually if most news outlets were forced to close up shop, it would not be a bad thing. The Market would decide which outlets are viable.

Anyone who believes the media over Pompeo is delusional. Why in the world does the government continue to fund NPR & PBS????. My guess is their audience is in the single digits??? The so called journalist ...like the dems...always stick together.

Good. NPR is a hateful, nasty, leftist propaganda outlet. Many years ago, I used to listen to their news sometimes. It got so bad that I couldn't even stand to hear them.
Thank you Sec. Pompeo.

Since our taxes fund PBS, NPR and heaven knows what else, they can just line up, take a TSA pat down and board American Airlines, etc., and take themselves to their next gig. The libs expect a free lunch. The worse that could happen is they wouldn't cover some important event. Big Whoop.
