The city of San Antonio has been forced to fork over more than $315,000 in legal fees stemming from its decision to ban Chick-fil-A from opening a restaurant in the San Antonio International Airport, according to a local report. The city council voted in March to block a proposed Chick-fil-A restaurant at the airport over the chicken chain’s alleged “legacy of anti-LGBTQ behavior.” The ban inspired the Texas Legislature to draft the “Save Chick-fil-A” bill, which Gov. Greg Abbott signed into law in June, and state Attorney General Ken Paxton opened a federal investigation into potential religious discrimination.

As Hillary said, "At this point, what difference does it make?" This because of CFA's capitulation to the LGBTQ hyenas.

Even after CFA has given up, gone over to their side, funding their homosexual "charities" and rejected the fine Salvation Army.....NOTHING changes.
CFA is learning the hard lesson..... No matter what you do to appease them, it is NEVER enough.
You CANNOT "make them like you", and it is a fool's errand. Wear your beliefs with pride, and never compromise them. You will not gain your enemy's support and you will lose your friend's support.
And this is in Texas. How sad for Texas.

Hard earned taxpayer dollars wasted because of virtue signalling dweebs who feel morally superior to people....who like to eat chicken? Kidding aside, you cannot legislate morality, no matter how right you feel you may be. Look at how Prohibition worked out; 18th amendment, Volstead Act.....led to rise of organized crime in the US that we will never be rid of.

CFA needs to very publicly apologize for their capitulation to the Gay-Stapo, and back it up with very public changes to their policies, and I will officially care again.
But that won't happen, and my change from eating CFA 2-4 times a week (sometimes going 20 miles out of my way to have lunch there), to not having had CFA once in the last couple of months, will continue unabated.
I'm not boycotting them. I have just lost interest. When you spit on my moral values, that just seems to happen...

You know, if the City of San Antonio had put a little forethought into their RFP, they could have included wording that "restaurants are expected to maintain normal business hours 7 days a week based on inbound and outbound scheduled air service." Makes sense for the City too. Airport restaurants usually pay a royalty fee to the airport operator. If you have a vendor who closes one day out of seven, you are looking at a loss of around 14% in fees for that space. But nobody said that the liberal politicans in San Antonio were smart. They elected Yooo-lian Castro and his dopey twin brother and a lot of other nutty politicos.

How much has the Nadler, Schiff, Pelosi impeachment cost the taxpayer? Mueller cost 35 million. They spent millions to get rid of Trump they could have used the $$$ to house the homeless veterans.

Chick-fil-A was just trying to do the right thing and care about everyone as Christians are taught to do. Liberals never do the right thing, in my opinion. No boycotting here. I will continue going to CFA.

Our airport in Denver fought Chick-fil-A but it got in eventually. The lines of customers stretch down the concourse.

Sorry, #9, but when they cut off as un-offensive group as possible in the Salvation Army -- who has never discriminated against anyone in their history -- that doesn't quite match the definition of "caring about everyone" in my book.
Nope, not even a little bit!!!

Lots of tax dollars wasted for nothing, apart from money to lawyers. We've still not spent a penny at Chick-Fil-A since they caved to the Lavender Mob, incidentally, their fake contrition notwithstanding. Fire the creep running their charitable arm and maybe we'll reconsider.
