You won’t hear this from the media, but America under President Trump is doing well. Very well, in fact. A true read of the state of our union is simple: We’re strong and we’re getting stronger fast.
The labor participation rate is breaking records. Unemployment is at historic lows across all demographics. Wages are increasing, faster for those at the lower income levels than for those at the top. China has agreed to a historic trade deal. Congress (finally) passed the new US-Mexico-Canada trade deal which will create jobs across the continent. The stock market keeps breaking records despite impeachment. There’s almost too much good news to pack into one paragraph.

If our great Country stays on a good path, eventually history will recognize Trump's accomplishments.
Part of the problem, aside from the Communists/Progressives in the dems/media/Left, is that many people are averse to change. Even those vociferously complaining about how things ARE may complain loudly about things changing. Trump is a change agent. Most successful businessmen are, to some extent. But Trump has branched out more than most. He has vast experience in media and people's psychology in trying to accomplish things. He understands the glitterati and social influences. He also knows change is NECESSARY to fix and improve things.
He also loves this Country and truly desires the best for us. He sees the challenges we face and he is unbound by political hamstrings. He cuts right to business as much as he can. He sees regulations as strangling the country. He sets in place a reward system. Want a new regulation? SEARCH for 2 old ones to get rid of. The KEY is the search. There is so much garbage in the regulation system that it is easy to find the junk. He empowered the rule makers to become the rule pooper scoopers as well. Given time, that could redefine bureaucratic DNA.
But change is scary. The moribund bureaucracy has a safe, very well understood cocoon. You saw it in the witlesses that testified for the dems. THEY knew the rules and HOW things should be done but Trump ignored them. That brushoff is a threat to their tidy personal world. If they don't know the rules, they don't know how to play and their worth is lowered. They are enveloped in the world AS THEY KNOW IT. Broad thinking is dangerous to them, although they grudgingly say that the President has the right to do what he wants. BUT it's dangerous to go off the reservation.
In the long run, the changes will settle out. The results will become familiar and recognized as positive. Scary change will be part and it will just be the new normal, a good normal. THEN history can render it's likely very positive judgement.

Thank you #1 for your comments. The only thing I will add to it is that Donald Trump is not afraid to have prayer and devotion in his daily routine. He knows that he cannot do this by himself. He has respect for his team and he isn't afraid to look up either.

In addition to Trump, this impeachment is against the American people.

I would love to see the president use this great Ronald Reagan quote at his rallies ''As the wonderful Ronald Reagan asked, 'Are you better off than you were four years ago?'' Let the leftie heads explode over that one.

The world needs a strong America as a strong constitutional republic. The President has achieved this goal. The western world depends on it. Outside of the western world, the world's moral compass cannot exist.
It is helping me to put this into better perspective by reading Dennis Prager's book, "Still the Best Hope". He describes three ideologies that are competing for America's favor; the islamist, the leftist, and the American. There is no doubt at all which one President Trump champions as the basis of the moral fabric of America. And there is no doubt which other two he intensely rejects.

FTA: "Not only are we stronger, our adversaries and competitors are mostly weaker."
And so are our "allies", who send tokens to war beside us against third-rate armies and goat herders.
The US has used this strength largely as interventionists where there is no national interest and a large dose of jingoism. Effete Europe and Pacifist Japan in particular bask under American protection, and have since 1945. The Middle East, which is more a vital economic interest of Europe than the USA, has seen trillions invested over the past few decades, and thousands of young Americans. Our generosity is returned by terror and mass death financed by Middle East, mainly Saudi, royalty, in some twisted form of Muslim missionary work.
"Strength" is a term abused. Certainly America must be strong to protect its interests. It must also be strong to resist the foreign entanglements, conflicts and wars that have minimal or no national interest or goal to win victory, that drag on at our expense for decades largely at our expense. The investment is far too high for the usually paltry return.

I've viewed most of his President Trump's rallies and there's a common thread and a method to it. Sometimes I question, does he sound a bit of a braggart? .... NO!! Then I remember, he's a one man media to the people. He's our media and has to do this. His message is half part counter to his opposition and half part psychology. There's only one person who can speak clearly for him...so he spreads it on thick and keeps repeating it. Additionally, it's free advertisement! Most of all, it's a brilliant strategy and it drives the Left media absolutely insane.
Even though many may view the impeachment as a negative blot on his presidency, when all is said and done, it will have the opposite effect. It will become part of his legacy of greatness as a potus! Similar to George Washington crossing the icy Delaware with his ragtag army. This opposition has made his presidency stronger than ever. Nothing feeds President Trump's determination more than that. He's an unabashed winner always keeping America First.

America is strong because Donald J. Trump unleashed free enterprise. God sent US a truly great leader. He has a common sense vision of our future for big (USMCA, China trade) and small (lightbulbs, dishwashers) things. He has risen to full use of the awesome power of the office he was elected to, and giving US his all. Promises made, promises kept. Best President in our lifetimes.

A lesson I hope that we don’t forget for future elections is one we’ve learned from PDT - it’s much better for America to have a patriotic capitalist businessman than a politician leading the country.

Some fools are saying the tariffs cost us $39B even after taking into acount the $50B trade deal with China. Their math didn't add up though. I am surprised they didn't say Obama is responsible for the current economy too.

The US returning to the strength of the post WWII years is what the left fears most. They tell us this all the time and why MAGA hats sets them off so.

Trump is showing everyone what real governing looks like. Not sure either party has done that for a long time. Especially the Democrats. All the Republicans have to do is show a real alternative, but far too often defer to the Democrats in the name of bipartisanship.
