House Democrat leaders pursuing the removal of President Donald Trump from office appear reluctant to let go of their investigation after voting to impeach him last month, even after Speaker Nancy Pelosi transmitted the articles of impeachment to the Senate this week.
“Plainly, there are loose ends here that the House should have tied up and that, importantly, the House is continuing to investigate,” former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Andrew McCarthy wrote in an editorial Wednesday, the day House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) finally handed over the articles of impeachment to the Senate.

Once Republicans take back the House, this crazy behavior will stop. I do think there should be a law passed to curb Impeachment more than one time. I don't see how he gets so much done with these Low Life Democrats constantly after him!

The theater of the absurd continues. Next November, if it has a pulse and an R beside it’s name, vote for it.

They really are suicidal. The vast majority of Americans don’t care about this impeachment, know that it’s a fraud and have already tuned it out. The demonrats have done nothing for American citizens since winning the House. More of the same will simply doom them. If we can keep a handle on voter fraud, the election should be a huge rout which sends Nasty Pelosi to a new office in a janitor’s closet.

I guess we should just call this a Rolling Impeachment. Obviously the demented democrats are so invested in the destruction of the President and his pro-American agenda that they will not rest until he is driven out of office. This continual harassment of the President is despicable, unprecedented, unwarranted, and abhorrent. The one thing that their behavior has done is convince me that their venal souls are evil and they will stop at nothing to achieve their goals. Revelation after revelation points to their corruption, theft, and relentless pursuit of anyone who will not submit to their dogma. We really do have a battle raging between the forces of good and evil in this country. Thank God we have a warrior on the field who will not yield to their unrelenting attacks. Our opportunity to join the fight is on November 3, 2020. I know I am chomping at the bit to take a stand against their destructive agenda. Now more than ever, Trump 2020!

Ah, yes, those darn loose ends again, dims. Dims, might I point out a big loose end that you need to tie up. Kind of has to do with the eventual disappearance of you and your party? Wouldn't it be better for your political well-being to just tell Soros, Steyer, Bloomers, the globalists, and your Hollywood characters to go take a hike?

Won't there be 4 or 5 more impeachments against the President before he finishes office in 2024?

This is only phase one. Even after Trump is acquitted, the democrat House will just bring new impeachment articles. That’s why Pelosi passed the USMCA, to get it out of the way and clear the decks for nonstop impeachment in 2020. 2020 will be impeachment and nothing but impeachment, all impeachment all the time in the House. Nothing else will get done. I hate to say it, but there it is.
Those in the know understand the situation perfectly: Trump is unbeatable in 2020, and the only hope the democrats have left is removal. If they fail to remove him, Trump will win re-election in an unprecedented landslide, the Republicans will retake the House and keep the Senate, and the leftist fantasy will be over for at least a generation, possibly for good. Impeachment is the only hope left for the DSA democrats. They are betting it all on impeachment and are willing to go down in flames.

What is the procedure for retracting the two articles already sent, adding a third article and resubmitting the documents? Will Nancy have to buy another set of pens to sign the second submission? Will there be a champagne celebration this time or will they stand around and smile like Hyenas with blood dripping from their lips again? Will those seven marching stooges have to walk another quarter mile to deliver them again? Will Nadler need oxygen this time? Inquiring minds REALLY want to know.

The High Court is so used to traditional behavior that I suspect they are flummoxed at the rage and brazen ignoring of the law going on right now thanks to Pelosi. The Court needs to slap her down, and hard. This continual attack on America, and who WE chose for our president has got to be stopped. In case folks haven't noticed, this is Cali and NY running this unconstitutional farce. Imagine what they will do if they manage to install a democrat in the WH come November.
We have to slap this down hard at the ballot box come the primaries, then November. But the primaries bring their own threat from democrats, for they love mischief in the lame duck session.

Hell, this could be fun. Senate should either toss it or for the sake of Dem primaries drag it out. Sanders will have a stroke to match his heart attack and Fauxcahontas will have to claim that Indians (yes I use the I - word) are exempt from senate rules.

Let's face it, there are die-hard Democrats out there that are totally brain dead. BUT, they are rapidly diminishing in number. They took a pol at the Trump Milwaukee Rally last week and more than half the people they polled said they were registered Democrats.
Instead of trying to find a couple of attractive candidates to groom, the Dems are recoiling and acting crazy like a band of outlaws or mentally ill. They and their ignoramuses in the media are digging their own grave.

May I say very, very respectfully that I am not sure that the Demos will not rest until Trump IS DRIVEN FROM OFFICE. I don't think that has ever been their goal; they KNOW they'll never get 2/3 of the Senate to vote for removal. Rather, their goal is to harass, cripple and annihilate Trump a la Kavenaugh in order to prevent him from being REELECTED. The media will create 24/7 frenzied hysteria with distorted reporting and demands for endless testimonies right up to NOV 2020.
Whether they can pull this off is anyone's guess, but then again I never thought they'd get this far.
And by the way, has anybody seen Hillary lately? Hmmm. I wonder why not.

The US Supreme Court has no standing to hear any case involving impeachment, its frequency or process. The Constitution is clear who has the sole authority to impeach, and to try the charges. The Senate can dismiss by majority vote for whatever reason, including double jeopardy, failure to provide due process, whatever they can conjure. Impeachment is a political, not a legal act. So is the trial, despite the Senators' oaths to be honest and unbiased, etc. No one expects Schumer to vote for acquittal, do they? Or Mitch to vote to convict?
And don't think PDT is "unbeatable" - you can bet there is a third-party "moderate Republican" campaign being formed even now to siphon votes from Trump, at least enough to throw some thin-margin states to the Dems. It's the UNIPARTY way.

#3, when has a pulse ever been a requirement for the Democrats? Heck, even their VOTERS don't need one.
Which brings up a salient warning: Impeachment is NOT the only route available to the Democrats to regain total power. Rampant voting fraud, biased media, violent Antifa & friends speech and voter suppression, cancel-culture pressure, leftist tech giant communications suppression and algorithm manipulation, all are tools that can and would create an artificial "win" for the Democrats. And all WILL be employed. They cannot take the chance of another conservative or populist Republican winning, ever again.

I do hope the Senate allows GOP to question the witnesses that were:
1. Requested by GOP, but not permitted to be questioned in House hearings
2. That were presented, but questions by GOP were shut down by Schiff
This would level the playing field going into the Senate hearings.

Cutting the debt? Nope.
Creating jobs? Nope.
Creating and growing business? Nope.
Lowering taxes? Nope.
The border? Nope.
Foreign policy? Nope.
National Security? Nope.
What do Nancy and the rest of the Democrats focus on? Impeaching Trump!
Its beyond pathetic.

The founding fathers operated under the presumption that the House would act with integrity and responsibility when dealing with impeachment.
The founding fathers were wrong. Nancy Pelosi and her caucus are abdicating integrity and responsibility.
If their behavior does not bring about a Republican majority in the House, I don't know what will.

If the Supreme Court does anything it should be to define exactly what comprises is a high crime or misdemeanor. Otherwise the radical whack jobs in the House of Representatives will continue to abuse their power In the future.

Republicans won't be able to take back the House because the Dems are moving full force with election fraud, voter fraud, gerrymandering, changing laws and regulations in their favor (like allowing ballot harvesting) and all sorts of other corrupt and reprehensible things that allow them to cheat, and WE are doing nothing to stop them. Why else do Democrats make up 43% of voters but Republicans are only 23%? We let them get that strong.
