National news media figure and multiple award-winning, straight-shooting investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson has refiled a lawsuit against the federal government for illegally and unconstitutionally hacking her computers and trespassing at her home. It’s a whopper of a lawsuit, naming high-profile Deep State officials including Rod Rosenstein of Trump Spygate fame (snip) Attkisson’s first lawsuit was dismissed without prejudice for failing to expressly name the government spies and conspirators who hacked her computers and remotely planted classified materials, obviously to set her up.

Comments:

Sharyl has a whistleblower naming names. But she needs donations to finance her lawsuit. This could blow the lid off the Deep State scandal

Ms. Attkisson has a case, but how to prove the evidence and show how she was purposefully wronged? This is a very important issue to get behind, or we will ALL be targets of the corrupt. Be sure to click the first link in the story. Her 4th Amendment rights were certainly violated, but instead of searching, things were planted. She and John Soloman were definitely targeted to keep them quiet. The great Leviathan of the government against its citizens which has the power to OUTSPEND challengers is in full display here.

So, after all this time, the suit gets dismissed because the bad actors, Obie, Rosie, Brennan, and Holdie were not mentioned by name in the suit? Run out the clock, create doubt, lie and confuse, and break your detractor financially. Now she has to wait another 8 years for the re-filed lawsuit to be trashed, too? This is classic deep state strategy. Indeed, Sharyl needs new financial support. Help her.

The lid has been blown off the deep state scandal since January, 2017 (actually in October, 2016 when 4chan and ZeroHedge released the details of the dossier with proof of its fakeness), BEFORE the inauguration; and completely blown off then. Mark Levin, then went through the coup conspiracy, ALL the crimes of the deep state, two months later in March 2017, including the crimes against Flynn before Flynn plead. The GOP PURPOSELY diddled for two years, furrowing their eyebrows while Mueller lied, Brennan lied, Comey lied, Schiff lied, Clapper lied, Strzok lied, Lisa Page lied, and the Marxist media pretended EVERY lie was true. They have been doubling down with more crimes and more lies EVERY.SINGLE.TIME they are caught lying and caught committing crimes. AND they all have been richly rewarded for their crimes including EVERY FISA judge. There is NO mechanism now to stop the deep state and they know it and are flipping YOU off and laughing because so many think there is a way to stop them. Because there is no mechanism to stop the deep state, Flynn is GOING to continue to be hurt and his life, Carter Page's life, George Papadopoulos' life (including his wife who those good and wonderful and 99 percent FBI agents caused her to lose her child while trying to get her to lie about her husband) will remain destroyed. You should know that because the truth is absolutely known and their lid has been blown off since March, 2017 and the deep state justice department is doing NOTHING but rewarding its criminals. It's NOT cynicism. It's REALITY.

This is what happened to anyone trying to be a fair reporter during President Obama's tenure. I wonder what his regime threaten CBS with at the time? Ms. Attkinsson left CBS in March of 2014. FTA: The new suit alleges that Rosenstein ordered the spying on Attkisson after directives -- later exposed by Wikileaks -- showed Obama officials John Brennan and Eric Holder were neck-deep in targeting journalists who were reporting on leaks about Obama administration scandals and lies. Holder’s press secretary even went to Attkisson’s then-employer CBS News complaining that “she’s out of control” with her reporting on these Obama administration scandals.

#9, That is EXACTLY why we are losing our country and will probably end up as slaves to the DemonRat state...the resignation that nothing can be done. We are way too complacent or resigned to defeat at every turn because we have ALLOWED them all to get away with murder. Yes, allowed. We the people CAN stop it all. But we MUST organize NOW!! We MUST get others involved!! We MUST stop bring selfish with our time and energy. Stop complaining and send or hand out fliers! Let people know what's happening!! Get others to donate. Don't just sit back and hope someone else will save you!! They won't! Educate others....don't argue with them. Make them curious about what you know. If you fight them, they will close up more. We CAN fix this horrid mess, but we ALL have to ACT now. There were just a few who were fighting against the nazis in the beginning. If people had worked together early, maybe they could have avoided the worst. But most kept thinking it would pass or someone else would save them. Only after millions died, were the tyrants stopped. Do we want it to get that far?? You don't think these people are as bad as the German National Socialists? They are worse. If they get complete control, it will be a lot worse with today's technology. If children, like Sofie Scholl, dared to fight peacefully against the evil of her time, why can't adults like us?? Yes, she gave her life, but if there had been more like her in the early days, she might have lived. Do we want to wait until it's too late and millions die or suffer? Even a 14 year old Dutch girl named Freddie Oversteegen, executed dozens of Nazis after it was too late to resist peacefully. Please!! Let's each organize groups of resistance, work to educate the misled (without insulting or attacking), and let's get Sharyl's GoFundMe filled to the brim! If she prevails, it will be a giant blow to the Left!! We are almost past the point of no return. Please Let us ALL act NOW!!

Delighted to say I just made my contribution to this important cause. I rarely give to causes of any kind but I think this is one where if she wins in court (which she should given the wealth of evidence) it would have given notice to the Feds and others that they are "not above the law" as the dems constantly squawk. And #6 I agree, GoFundMe asking for a 15% gratuity?? For hosting the page? I don't expect asking them to host it was free for Sharyl. If they think they are providing a service (which they are) and expect to get more each time a person donates, I think is a bit beyond the whole idea of crowdfunding. It's supposed to be a source of funds for the person who's page it is, not the host who I'm sure gets an upfront fee. Maybe an additional dollar for each donee...but 15%? Come on, this isn't The Ritz.

The fact that this lawsuit is pending, it seems to me, is an indictment of Barr. Why has he not gone after these criminals? Surely he has been made aware, by now, of these crimes. The statute has not tolled. Something fishy going on ..... If it is because the FBI is compromised, then why has the director, Wray, not been fired?

Born in Somalia, she and her family had escaped that war-torn country when she was a small child and spent four years in a refugee camp in Kenya. Omar came to America in 1992, when she was 10.
