Opinion polling isn’t everything. However, it often gives you a good barometer of the general shape of things, especially at the state level. As of mid-2019, every single one of the top 10 most popular governors in the country were Republicans, while eight of the 10 least popular were Democrats. Generally speaking, voters trust Republicans more than they trust Democrats to lead their states.
A deeper look at GOP-led states’ economic success explains why — but beyond the minutiae of simple policy, the bottom line is that electing a Republican often means increased growth and lower unemployment. An even stronger rule bears out the opposite when Democrats control the governor’s mansion.

Democrats are never about economic growth - they’re about raw power - getting it, holding onto it and using it.

Democrats are all about serving themselves and their interests at the expense of the rest of us. They become gazillionaires working as “public servants”. Right. It is their raw ambition for political power in addition to making themselves insanely wealthy that motivates them. They sell their souls for power and wealth and their policies reflect it. It is always about control and lining their pockets.
On the other hand, this President’s policies have made it clear that he is all about making the country great, all the country. He is doing more for the middle class than has been done in decades. The Bushes used them for cannon fodder, the Clintons used them to make themselves wealthy, Obama tried to replace them with illegals. Trump is focused on their success. Now more than ever, Trump 2020.

More white privileged! Really, it’s a privilege to live in a red state. I know. I’m in Virginia and we used to be one!

And blue states are falling into disrepair and allowing poop in the streets.

If America chooses one of the socialist/communist/lying buzzards over Donald Trump then this country as a whole does not deserve to survive and, believe me, we won't. If we carve out a big piece of flyover country for the new America, very few people will have to move. The coasts and the Northeast are not worth fighting a civil war over because they will soon destroy themselves.

When Clinton was in the WH, and the GOP took over the House after nearly 40 years, they implemented their contract for America, and the economy turned around, and they balanced the budget - had a surplus.
Clinton never once mentioned balancing the budget as a goal, it was a product of the new Republican House.
Obama's economy was flat-lined, until the GOP took over the House in the last 2 years of his presidency, and the economic prospects started to improve not because of any policy Obama offered.
Trump won the WH, based on economic ideas, which he's implemented.
The Democrats took back the House, and have put as many roadblock as they can to slow the momentum of the economy, and hurt, not just Trump, but the American economy, simply for the hope of returning back to 1% growth, massive regulation, and much higher taxes - just like when Obama was in the WH.

In my dreams, the Demonrat party implodes under its own weight of failure and corruption that is fully exposed after the 2020 election... The 2022 and 2024 elections will be an exercise in choosing between Christian conservatives versus secular conservatives.

Dems work their "magic" to destroy economic opportunities, every chance that they get. And all those destructive moves add up to more unemployment, lower growth and generally nastier places to live.
