There has been much ink spilled and hot air vented recently about the introduction of a certain Iranian general to the business end of a precision-guided munition. This was not the first special delivery the general received from America. As part of the Iran nuclear deal, the U.S .government flew pallets of cash to the Tehran airport. This load of...bills was supposed to be a down payment on peace. Didn't work out. Shocker.
Those pallets groaned under the weight of $150 billion, likely unloaded from the plane by straining fork trucks. How best to make that figure more concrete?

What we're talking about here is the premature unfreezing of frozen Iranian assets. Valuation of those assets seems to be a complicated subject. But I'm pretty sure that "my share" of their assets was less that $450.

Those assets, poster #3, belonged to the families of the people killed by the Iranian government. Instead, the assets were given to the murderers to continue their murderous activities. And obambiden and kerry knew this, and they didn't care. In fact, they wholeheartedly consented.

I agree with you, #3. The point is, they are somebody else's assets, either Iran's or (as we agree) its victims'. Not my assets, not my taxpayer dollars, as the author of this piece seems to think.

None Dare Call it Treason 11/2016
U.S. Constitution - Article 3 Section 3
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
Al-Qaeda: Declarations & Acts of War
Al-Qaeda declared war on the United States and its allies two times before the attacks on September 11, 2001. Those two declarations came in the form of fatwas, a type of Islamic religious decree.
The First Fatwa
In August of 1996, Osama bin Laden issued his first fatwa, a 30-page polemic entitled "Declaration of War Against the Americans Occupying the Land of the Two Holy Places," against the United States and Israel, and it was published in a London newspaper called Al Quds al Arabi.
and defeated, out of the sanctities of Islam."
The Second Fatwa
The second fatwa was published on February 23, 1998, in Al Quds al Arabi. Unlike the first fatwa, which was issued by Osama bin Laden alone, this fatwa was signed by Osama bin Laden; Ayman al-Zawahiri, leader of Jihad group in Egypt and al Qaeda second-in-command; Abu-Yasir Rafa'l Ahmad Taha, leader of the Islamic Group; Sheikh Mir Hamzah, secretary of the Jumiat-ut-Ulema-e-Pakistan; and Fazlul Rahman, leader of the Jihad Movement in Bangladesh.
The fatwa reasons that "three facts that are known to everyone" compel war against the United States. First, the United States has been "occupying the lands of Islam in the holiest of places." Second, the "crusader-Zionist alliance" has inflicted great devastation upon the Iraqi people. Third, the United States' goal is "to serve the Jews' petty state and divert attention from its occupation of Jerusalem and murder of Muslims there."
The ruling to kill the Americans and their allies -- civilians and military -- is an individual duty for every Muslim who can do it in any country in which it is possible to do it.... [E]very Muslim who believes in God and wishes to be rewarded to comply with God's order to kill the Americans and plunder their money wherever and whenever they find it.
State Department report finds Iran is top state sponsor of terror.
Department of Treasury, By Ryan Browne, CNN
The Department of Treasury also plays a primary role in enforcing sanctions against Iran.
Sanctions lifted in Jan. 2016 due to Bogus Nuclear Deal at any price. H
Is this not giving "Aid and Comfort " to the enemy, as defined by the US Constitution?
Shouldn't Obama be charged under U.S. Constitution - Article 3 Section 3???

Makes you wonder how much of the 150 billion dollars Obozo gave our enemy Iran, was used to fund arms and munitions that killed US military personnel. Why wasn't there a congressional investigation? Where was the outrage by the left wing media? The Democrats and media the enemy within.

Some say it's $150 Billion dollars, some say it is not.
Some say it is closer to $100 Billion
Some say as low as $56 Billion.
Why give them anything? They were and are a leading protaganist and exporter of terror.
They cry about how the sanctions are hurting them, but they have done nothing to ensure peace.
Who knows if the money sent was spent on the Missiles they shot at our bases.
Certainly some portion of it was for the missiles and for their Nuclear program and other mones to support terrorism.
Makes you wonder why John Kerry and Obama sent them any money
Surely they did not think any treaty they made with Iran would be kept by Iran
Or were they really that stupid.

Well according to the Iranians they had to pay off a lot of democrat politicians to get the deal they wanted so that not only explains what they did with a lot of it but it also explains why it had to be in cash in used bills. Let's think about it. Why would the Iranians care whether it went directly into the bank accounts unless they had some serious kickbacks to make to the corrupt pols here. It is not like we don't know they are funding every terrorist group on the planet. Their threat to the dems to reveal who was on their payroll also explains why these same pols are apologizing for and to Iran.

Well, #10, Kerry hatched the musical diplomacy technique. So perhaps your last sentence is correct.
