After President Donald Trump ordered the U.S. military to take out Iran’s secretive Quds Force commander, Qassem Suleimani, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said the president should have asked for permission from Congress before conducting the airstrike.“The Administration has conducted tonight’s strikes in Iraq targeting high-level Iranian military officials and killing Iranian Quds Force Commander Qasem Soleimani without an Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) against Iran. Further, this action was taken without the consultation of the Congress,” she said Thursday night in a statement.

Yet the media yammers away on the current democrat talking point, as their masters tell them to do.
Below is an article about their credibility, they don't have any!

The Honorable Representative from Scat Francisco needs to shift from 1970 to 2020. We are now blessed with Alternative mice, who scurry around and dig up what Zippy did. And what Congress did not do.
DJT did not need her input. Not then, not ever.
Too bad. Hope she feels on the margin.

Remember, the dems will do and say ANYTHING no matter what the consequences. They will betray this country in a heartbeat to seize the power they crave.
As soon as Pelousy opened her mouth, I thought "BO BRAGGED about targeting ISIS terrorists to be killed by drone attacks.".
A 2013 Washington Time article:
President Obama was overheard bragging to administration aides about his ability to kill people with drones, a new book about the 2012 campaign season that’s due for release on Tuesday claimed.
The president’s specific words: I’m “really good at killing people (with drones),” authors Mark Halperin and John Heilemann write in “Double Down: Game Change 2012,”
So, what's the problem dems when Trump removes possibly THE terrorist leader in the world, besides the fact that you are losing an election, are desperate, and are willing to undermine the security of this Country and the world to pursue your megalomaniacal dreams?

Yeah, but Obama didn't solve any problems. That's the difference.

Don’t forget that Smidgen and Illary also bombed Libya for almost a year. Without congressional approval. And how did that work out? It too solved no problems but turned Libya into a chaotic terrorist hellhole.

The Democrats are always fine if one of their elites kill 'little people's. Look at 'Fast and Furious'. Their elites sent guns to Mexican Cartels resulting in hundreds of Mexicans dead, along with at least one border agent, Brian Terry. Obama also sent billions to the Iranians which was used to fund this Elite Terrorist Bossman, Soleimani, to kill thousands more, nameless 'inconsequential' little people, meanwhile strutting around because he order hundreds of airstrikes to kill (maybe) the little people working for Soleimani.
Trump orders one airstrike. Takes out the Elite Terroist, and the Democrats have a melt-down. They have more in common with Soleimani than they do with the American People. In their hearts, they fear there time is coming...

Qassem's killing of Americans richly earned him a tap on the shoulder by the US Air Force.

The President in every possible instance shall consult with Congress before introducing United States Armed Forces into hostilities or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, and after every such introduction shall consult regularly with the Congress until United States Armed Forces are no longer engaged in hostilities or have been removed from such situations.
The framers didn't envision a 24/7 news cycle, supersonic jets capable of crossing the planet in hours, intercontinental ballistic nuclear weapons, instant real time communications, chemical or biological weapons, drones, submarines or hypersonic weapons. At the time the country was founded, it could take days, weeks or even months for news of an event to make it to Washington and days, weeks or months for the military to get into place to take action. The founders didn’t envision the technological world of today or what is and is not considered today to be war.
Today, a war can be launched, executed and concluded before Congress can schedule a debate.
While I have no issues with what Trump did, he or any other president could have just as easily ordered a drone strike on say Chinese minister of National Defense Marshal Peng Dehuai. Today, a President could easily get the country into a nuclear conflict in minutes, without congressional approval. Today, a president can commit our forces and quite literally, congress would have no choice but to rubber stamp authority after the fact.
Granted, some democrats are complaining the Trump assassinated a known terrorist organizer, but what “most” of the democrats are complaining about is process. I believe that the president should at a minimum notify the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader of any actions if not before they are executed, as soon as possible. The Speaker is, after all, second in line of succession. And I’m “assuming” that she wasn’t notified.
Congress needs to come up with a better process.

Nan and Chuckie, so in your next presser, could you also remind us of Obie's 2,800 strikes on Iraq and Syria and how many times (Hint: ZERO) Obie checked with you before proceeding. And did you get into Obie's grill about it each time afterwards?

Obama was a special kind of hypocrite and the democrats were fine with that. Whatever the Lightbringer did was always proper and brilliant. Three trillion dollars for shovel ready jobs? Wow, why didn't anybody else think of that? Eight years of this sickness was enough but they just won't quit.

1. Let's not forget that Obama even targeted U.S. citizens with out judicial approval.
2. Maybe it was for security reasons that certain members of Congress were not notified before the drone strike.

The process works fine and Donald Trump did the right thing, The military was tracking Soleimani but only had one hour to prep and fly the drone. Hits like this must be done within a circle of trustworthy people and the democrats are not that. They would have been on the phones to the usual suspects and the MSM the minute they were told. A commander in chief needs to be trusted. Trump is and Obama isn't but democrats can't get that through their heads, or refuse to accept the truth. Killing this monster is well worth the risk of war because he was killing Americans anyway. Nothing but bluster and a few ankle biting actions will come from Tehran. They are nuts but even they can foresee the outcome to a real conflict.

DJT, it was reported about a week ago, has to work out of the family quarters in the White House, so that his activities as President are not leaked to the media. The NSC - an operation that should be absolutely leakproof, has contained leakers, including the fat Lt. Col. Ukranian - (barely) American.
If DJT had told Pelosi, there would have been a preemptive leak, and the filthy islamofascist terrorist pig of a federal would be working today to pull off more terrorist stunts.
A scraggly band of protesters - about a dozen, led by nuns, protested the killing of the Iranian pig, yesterday, in Erie, Pa.. Apparently they were comfortable about the pig killing hundreds of our troops.

I disagree vehemently #9. Too many traitors and infiltrators in Congress. If Trump did what you suggest, none of his plans would succeed. America and American lives first.

The only reason the Dems are so wee-wee'd up is that the American can now make a stark comparison between the Government's responses to Benghazi and Baghdad.
When PDJT says he will protect the lives of Americans on American soil, (The Embassy) He means it. The days of appeasing or negotiating with Iran's terrorist proxies has ended.

This works out to very nearly one drone killing per day of his whole 8 years on office. So, on the average, once a day The Zero had someone killed with a drone strike. And no complaints at all.
Trump does this one strike, a very effective one, taking out the top terrorist in the world, according to the former head of the CIA, a more consequential strike than OBL, and the Enemedia and the Dems are all upset.
They really are on the other side.

So many great Comments.
#9, POTUS has 48 hours to report to Congress, which President Trump has done.
As for all of BO's attacks, nevertheless the caliphate grew and strengthened, Americans were captured, tortured, beheaded. Libya, Egypt, Syria, destabilization all over the region and into Europe where so many fled from the brutalities in the homeland, nary a peep about the wholesale slaughter of Christians. So, to what end all those attacks???
