Prior to being eliminated like a pesky cockroach, Iranian military general and terrorist mastermind Qasem Soleimani repeatedly taunted President Donald Trump and tried to wage a meme war against him. But in doing so, it appears he signed his own death warrant. The two’s beef reportedly began in July of 2017 when, in response to pressure campaigns from the U.S., Iranian President Hassan Rouhani issued a warning.“[Americans] must understand that war with Iran is the mother of all wars and peace with Iran is the mother of all peace. … [D]o not play with the lion’s tail, because you

The only reason tinpot dictators feel comfortable poking the lion is because they are certain we won't unleash our nuclear resources against them. Certainly, they need reminding occasionally. If they knew for certain a major terrorist attack would make Mecca or Tehran would disappear in retaliation, they would immediately tone it down. There aren't enough virgins available to handle the massive increase in business.

The terrorists forget that those same things could be said about the Israelis as well. I was wondering when the media would try to make this personal instead of just business for Trump. We all still remember how they tried to make it personal for Bush, all because of claims that Saddam tried to get his dad. I have been following politics for a long time and I sure don't remember any assassination attempts on Poppy Bush. But it sure was a nice way to denigrate a republican president. I suspect that Trump and his team know pretty much what is going on in this nation, better than the media does. But of course I suspect the media knows more than they are reporting on as well. They will defend terrorists with their dying breaths.

Soleimani taunted PDJT and became "The Hand." (See the Daily Mail post for the Hand picture.) Now the devil is poking him in the caboose with hot pitchfork and he's got no control over the "sitchiation." In spite of UBL's being killed during the Obama years, we celebrated. (I played Iggy and the Stooges' "Search and Destroy."*) Now another two (at least) major terrorists get that rude shove into their flaming eternities, and Democrats are very unhappy. He who laughs last, laughs best. Now Suleimani is The Hand, and you've got to hand it to PDJT for a job well done. But remember that it was a kinder and gentler bomb that even while blowing the terrorist mastermind to smithereens thoughtfully allowed his red ring to remain on The Hand. It's the thought that counts, the little things, the little things that remain after the explosion. . What was it that the Beatles hid in "Revolution 9" played backward? Oh, yes. I remember. It’s odd how the political left cheers America’s shortcomings and mourns its victories. The United States killed the top terrorist on the planet Thursday, and Democrats were…upset. Perhaps “upset” is too vague, they were a combination of angry and scared. They were angry that President Trump ordered an air strike on Qassem Soleimani, a man responsible for the deaths of more than 600 American soldiers and thousands more wounded. They tried to pretend they were glad he was dead, that he deserved to die, but their quick condemnation of the action that took him out exposed what they were really thinking.

For decades, land-use regulation across the U.S. has emphasized single-family houses on large lots. This approach has priced many people out of the quintessential American dream: home ownership. It also has promoted suburban sprawl — a pattern of low-density, car-dependent development that has dominated growth at the edges of urban areas since the end of World War II. Now, however, Americans may be starting to question the desirability of a private house. In the past year, the Minneapolis City Council and the state of Oregon have voted to allow duplexes and other types of multi-unit housing in neighborhoods where currently only single-family homes currently are allowed.
