“There’s a lot of talk about FISA applications,” then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said during a May 1, 2018 “Law Day” event at the Newseum, a Washington D.C. museum of the news. “And many people I see talking about it seem not to recognize what a FISA application is,” (Snip)
“Just like a search warrant, in order to get a FISA search warrant, you need an affidavit signed by a career federal law enforcement officer who swears [Rosenstein raised his right hand for effect] that the information in the affidavit is true and correct to the best of his knowledge and belief. And if it’s wrong . . . that person

This article is exactly right, if the abusers of the FISA are not held accountable we are nothing more than a banana republic run by the FBI.

Yeah, that was the Civics 101 lesson Rod sold to the rubes over at the lecture. Reality is you slap some stuff together, sign off on it and some flunky in the judge's office stamps "Approved" on it. 99.9% of these are approved with little or no hearing or significant judicial review.

So it's official? The FBI is nothing but a government-supported crime ring. The CIA, John McCain, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are guilty of violating the espionage act and members of Congress knew about it. I will conduct my life accordingly.

#1 rest assured people will be held accountable. I'm positive some people will receive a stern finger wagging and the person doing this will have a furrowed brow to show how serious this is. Possibly just possibly a grim face will accompany this discipline.I know that last one is extreme but I have hope.

If Rosie or anybody else did something unlawful, they should pay the price for their crimes. Otherwise, it's all over for our republic.

What the entire last three years has shown is that Washington DC is indeed an infected swamp of various highly partisan bureaucrats and politicians who believe they are above the law and that We the People should be ignored and/or abused when swamp members find it to their advantage to do so. Donald J. Trump is fighting all this, and God bless and help him for taking on what is a Herculean task. President Trump needs us to support him at every turn, to voice our support, to speak up against those who are fighting him, to donate everything we can to help, and to always remember that he is fighting for us.

Why do we have secret courts in the USA?

FTA: The key phrase, "that the information in the affidavit is true and correct to the best of his knowledge and belief"
Since this entire operation was conducted at the top-level of the FBI, CIA and DOJ, they all KNEW, at least by the 3rd and 4th FISA.
We are either a nation of laws, and no one is above the law, per the Democrats' own chant, or we aren't except for most, and not some.
And, all of these reports are in official depositories. Unlike the Schiff transcripts which they are too afraid to release due to their exculpatory information FOR the President.

Poster #4 - - the accountability will be much worse - - much tougher than what you describe.
My sources tell me that each person who committed treason will have a strongly-worded letter placed in his permanent file. And even worse - - all of their pension payments will be made by check - - they will NOT be able to get direct deposit.
If I were one of those treason conspirators - - I'd be mighty worried.

How Ron Rosenstein still holds a position in this administration is baffling to me. The man is part of the Swamp.

FTA: The former deputy attorney general’s unmolested freedom proves his promises of accountability were as false as the FISA application he signed. The operative word is FORMER DAG; he retired with full pension some months ago.
