In a video that has gone viral, Nancy Pelosi tries to explain why she has decided to delay the impeachment circus. The key part of that sentence is "tries to." What comes out of her mouth makes no sense whatsoever. None. If you want to know why Nancy Pelosi is the Speaker of the House, you only have to watch this video of a news conference she gave on Thursday. Such eloquence! It's absolutely amazing to listen to her. Martin Luther King Jr., eat your heart out!

Here she is, ladies and gentleman, our Speaker of the House, all decked out in her festive holiday attire and ready to MMA Donald Trump into submission. Both her and Biden must have escaped from the same asylum as they both babble incoherently (except when they are bashing Republicans) and both of them look like they've spent the weekend at Jack Kevorkians secret clinic in the sky. Good grief!

I don't know how to do it but these blubbering, evil, lying people who are ruining this country have to go. Cleaning the swamp has not worked (has not been done). This country cannot survive much longer with these crazies in power. Where are our government legal people? There is NO reason that none have been indicted already for the coup attempt. What is with all the foot dragging? We know who most of them are and we know they have committed felonies so why not get them out of government and in jail NOW? There is nothing more important than that. Enough of this impeachment crap for making a phone call.

Up to this time Pelosi has been pushing impeachment as so terribly urgent that it had to be done NOW. Realizing that the charges had no legal basis she is trying to force another fishing expedition. The delay is her trying to extort a quid pro quo out of the Senate to dictate the rules for conducting the trial, which is a blatant abuse of power. There is no lie she can tell that will justify the delay in this terribly urgent matter.

She needs to get help. This is what is leading the Democrat party. Are they blind to her growing mental problem? Senility or dementia, I don't know, I am no Doctor. But I am not blind . We are seeing this being displayed in her media appearances and it is getting worse. I feel sorry for anyone suffering this debilitating loss of their faculties but she no longer belongs in her powerful seat of government in her condition. Jim Carrey was in a movie where he could not do anything but tell the truth. If Nancy suffered from that condition, she would say to the reporters, "look. I'm trying to hold on to my Speaker seat, dealing with a caucus that has gone half crazy with the election of leftist loons. The only way I could hold on to the Speaker position was to agree to hide an impeachment inquiry in the Intelligence Committee, then move it to Judiciary, and then to a House vote. "I know Trump will not be removed, but perhaps I have dirtied him up enough to influence House elections, and may, just maybe, I will hold the Speaker seat. But I know that there is no democrat currently running for president who can defeat Trump. The best we can do is hogtie the president for 4 more years. And to achieve that, we have to hold the House. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go mingle with wealthy leftists. In a wine cave. Don't tell AOC where I went.

Being a senior citizen, and Pelosi qualifies. Some are blessed with great physical fitness and minds that atre still sharp as a tack. Pelsosi has neither. How many people are needed to dress her, do her make up and try to teach her how to speak? I think she has a disease called Pelosis, causing the many problems we see when she has trouble speaking coherently, Perhaps she needs to cute back on a drinking problem. It is beyond obvious, beside her hatred of Donald Trump that is a true root of her medical condition.

Seven people, all from different households, not only gathered for Thanksgiving but distributed to the media pictorial evidence of them flouting mask mandates and social distancing edicts. No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Governors ordering around people 250 miles above their states seems far-fetched. But so, too, did the notion of governors usurping the role of legislatures. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

Will Joe Biden and his foreign-policy team accept the extraordinary gift Team Trump is leaving for them under the Christmas tree — or is their hatred for the president so all-consuming that they will toss it in the garbage? Normalization has proceeded so quickly, Dubai already has a kosher restaurant, and its supermarkets are stocking Israeli agricultural products festooned with Stars of David — a science-fictional sight only a year ago.

The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

Will Judge Emmett Sullivan accept President Trump’s pardon of General Michael Flynn? No one has suggested that possibility, other than The New York Sun. The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

The race gap between the two has come down to the point where Tenney is leading by 106 votes and the only ballots left to possibly be considered are the ones that were “set aside” during the initial count due to irregularities.

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
