Kaysville, Utah—For decades, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was one of Boy Scouts of America’s greatest allies and the largest sponsor of troops. But on Jan. 1, the Utah-based faith will deliver the latest blow to the struggling organization when it pulls out more than 400,000 young people and moves them into a new global program of its own. The change brings excitement and some melancholy for members of the faith and may push the Boy Scouts closer to the brink of bankruptcy as it faces a new wave of sex abuse lawsuits. Losing the church will mean

This is truly sad. Big ‘woke’ business did this to the Boy Scouts be forcing BSA to accept, then promote homosexuality. Liberalism is truly evil to the core, and as OP noted ruins everything it touches. Chick-Fil-A and Hallmark are the latest to bow down to the perverse Gay/Trans thugocracy. It is time for real Americans to stand up and fight to take our country back.

What a mess they made of things. First it was Homosexuals then they started letting girls in. Lots of great thing from my past are dying including the Boy Scouts and the Circus. Even Zoo's are catching problems from people with weak minds.

The Gaystapo wins another one!!! But the Boy Scouts have nobody but themselves to blame for their suicide!!!!! They had absolutely no reason to give in to the demands of the sodomites, but they did anyway. It was the beginning of the end!!!! I don't even feel sorry for them!!! They should have stuck with God and camping. Instead, they decided to greenlight sodomites having access to young boys, and this is the obvious results!!!!!

Like Vatican II. A profound misunderstanding of— in general— what evidently is the gay lifestyle. The best analogy I can think of is men managing Girl Scout troops. Men between 18-45 managing girls between 12-19. Uh-huh. We all— ALL— rationalize our behavior.

Without the Mormons there to stop them, it won't be long before the perverted Boy Scout leadership has the remaining 2 million or so boys denouncing and abandoning their manhood altogether. The organization needs to disappear quickly before its too late.

Catering to perverts always results in destruction of innocent lives. Nice job Tillerson. Nice job teacher union and bureaucrat perverts who establish the curriculum with their warped sexual minds and their mantra of "do anything that feels good". Teacher unions could have refused the curriculum, but no, they're all demonrats and all for perversion, not to mention dumbing down every other subject, which is probably too hard for any teacher to grasp for instruction. Those that can do; those that can't become teachers and professors.

Mercyhurst College, in Erie, Pa, founded by the Sisters of Mercy, was headed by a man named William Garvey. Garvey was identified by a retired judge and retired state trooper, as a pedophile, and he was forced to resign his presidency. And last year, the Catholic Bishop added Garvey, who died, to the long list of Catholic priests who were sexual abusers of little boys. And, oddly enough, Mercyhurst College named a campus park 'Garvey Park' making the college unique in the world, being the only one to honor a homosexual pedophile. And Mercyhurst did that after Garvey was forced out, refusing to change it for a decade, even though students protested the designation. What is the point of my post? The French Creek Council, Boy Scouts of America, Western Pennsylvania, honored Garvey for his 'work with boys.' And when the truth came out about Garvey, the Boy Scouts, as far as I know, did not withdraw the award.

The Boy Scout leadership has been infiltrated by sodomites forever. Why? The young boys are perfect targets. In the '50s, my scout troop leader and assistant leader both were homosexual. Neither knew of the other's inclination, but some of the boys did. Both were school teachers. The assistant was fired for a "moral issue." My best friend identified him and became a lifelong gay and I identified the leader when I witnessed an act. This experience tainted the scout movement in my eyes and I dropped out very early. Now the only moral compass left to them is withdrawing for obvious reasons. The decline will be swift. Pity.

Rex Tillerson, former Secretary of State, was a guiding light on the National Council when the decisions on gays were made. He led the way. It was just a matter of time until Trump found out and fired him. Although that was about some other thing, he had no business holding down a position of trust in the US gub'mnt.

It's a sad day but mark another one up for the sodomites. My very large collection of Boy Scout memorabilia is in honor of my father after he passed away. A scout troop leader through the fifties and early sixties. My father was the adopted father of may of the boys because we had the poorest troop in the Council. We were all very active in scouting (my oldest brother a palm scout and I made it to Life badge). This is hard to believe but if it saves boys then this is good.

Two young men that I have mentored as an uncle made Eagle Scout, are now in the USMC. I was proud to help on hikes, teach various outdoors skills to the scouts in that time. Now that homosexuals have ruined it, there probably needs to be some sort of a "passing of the neckerchief" to another organization which will state in their incorporation papers that homosexual leaders are forbidden.

Washington—Hand gestures flashed by West Point cadets and Naval Academy midshipmen during the televised Army-Navy football game were not racist signals, military investigations have concluded. A Navy probe of the event found that the students were participating in a “sophomoric game” on Saturday and had no racist intent. An Army statement Friday also rejected any racist overtones, saying the hand gestures were “not associated with ideologies or movements that are contrary to the Army values.” The Navy said officials are, however, disappointed in the immature behavior of the students and “their actions will be appropriately addressed.” There were no details

Lawyers close to President Donald Trump are exploring whether House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s decision to temporarily withhold articles of impeachment from the Senate could mean that the president hasn’t actually been impeached. The case is a rhetorical one following Wednesday night’s vote to impeach the president on two articles. The U.S. Constitution grants the House of Representatives full authority over impeachment. But the argument is part of an effort by the White House and Senate Republicans to maximize their leverage as lawmakers debate when and how to conduct a trial on charges that the president abused his power to solicit an investigation into political rival Joe Biden,
