I'm going to call the local office of my new Congresswoman, a Dem who won against her Repub incumbent this last election. I will politely recommend that she vote against impeachment unless she wants to be a one term Congresscritter. Truth be known, I will be sending good donations and working for whoever runs against her, but she doesn't know that.

I have lived a long time. Never seen such a farce as this hearing. I called my Congresswoman's office today and she must have been sitting there because I got a snarky email response right away. Some of the 'speeches' sounded like campaign speeches. Hers was a self gratifying slave story. Gawd willing somebody will run against her.

First we were subjected to Pencil Neck's soviet style investigation; now it's Jabba's turn. I'd like to know just how much graft money gets passed to these individuals with cuts to the rest of the cabal? Do other nations kick in their routine share to them? No demonrat should ever be elected to Congress or the presidency for that matter.

Considering the Democrats/Progressives have spent the last 3 years obstructing beneficial legislation, and putting us through the unending hell of their impeachment "witch hunt," I hope they do go down in flames and take their sycophants* in the MSM into the flaming crater with them. They have all done irreparable harm to this nation. * a self-seeking, servile flatterer; fawning parasite.

Rep Cunningham (D) here in Charleston, SC floated the idea he may hold out for censure. I told him censure is a flimsy parachute to avoid his campaign promises to not be bullied by Pelosi and Democrat leadership. The only vote acceptable is NO, otherwise, he's a "dead man walking".

Churchill said it is better to "jaw, jaw" than "war, war". But if they actually go through with impeachment and refer it to the Senate it will be the firing on Fort Sumter and the blowing up of the Maine all in one! It will be war. And the Demo-crats will have shown themselves to be the sworn enemies of all MAGA supporters. Only one of us will be left standing on November 11, 2020.

The charges are "abuse of power" and "obstruction of congress" but what are the specifications, you know, the details? Where are the elements of proof which must be presented to prove these "high crimes and misdemeanors" were committed by the President? Where does the Constitution (or other legal code) identify abuse of power and obstruction of Congress as "high crimes and misdemeanors" and what constitutes these offenses? Just asking.

I heard that Michael Bloomberg put up the money it took to get these first time Democrat congress people elected in the last election. He gave them millions to swarm their area in advertising. probably gave heavily to Beto to try and bat Cruz. Unfortunately his money won't buy him love or a win in 2020.

The Trump administration is preparing to move the public lands management bureau out of Washington, DC to Colorado. It makes perfect sense because the vast majority of public lands are out west. It’s a great tactical move as well. One of the best ways to drain the swamp is to decentralize federal agencies by getting them out of the swamp. Some employees are not happy about this and are quitting rather than moving to Colorado. It’s almost like what they really care about is living in DC, and not public lands management. The Associated Press reports:

When it comes to the unlawful surveillance on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, the most important question is, what did President Obama know and when did he know it? If we are to believe the testimony in the Justice Department inspector general’s report on FISA abuse, Obama didn’t know anything about the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Neither did his attorney general, her deputy, or anyone in the White House. At least not that they can recall – an expression used over 200 times in the report. BROWNSVILLE, Texas -- Salvador Castillo was yearning for tranquility when he became enchanted by a one-acre homestead close -- but not too close -- to the city, a place where cows graze beneath whispering mesquite trees on the property's edge. Castillo, an Afghanistan war veteran, and his wife bought the home using military benefits and grew their family into their new neighborhood -- about half a mile from a bend in the Rio Grande. They never imagined a border wall could dissect their property someday. But the first letter, stamped with an official government seal, arrived about a year ago.
