Boston Marathon bomber wants his death

Should the Boston Marathon bomber's trial have taken place in Boston as the city was still reeling from the traumatic 2013 attack? That's the crux of what's being argued Thursday before the 1st U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston. Lawyers for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (juh-HAHR' sar-NY'-ev) are seeking to have their client's death sentenced overturned, arguing that he was subjected to a 'fundamentally unfair proceeding'.(Snip) Tsarnaev's lawyers raised the social media comments as reasons to disqualify the two jurors before the trial started, but prosecutors downplayed them, saying they weren't indicative of bias. Judge George O'Toole agreed

Comments:

None of this would have been an issue, and murder and mayhem would have been avoided, had juh-HAHR' sar-NY'-ev and family not been imported into the USA by our own anti-American State Department.

Ship him to Gitmo, and hang him in front of all the other terrorist inmates!!! But slather him with pig fat first, and have a big gutted feral hot slit open and waiting to stuff his cold dead body in to as soon as he is dead. Then bury him (still stuffed inside the hog) in an unmarked grave!!!

OP has it right. Why were these lowlifes even allowed to enter the country? It's a shame this mutt didn't stick his head up out of that boat he was hiding in - the Boston PD could have done the right thing, and we wouldn't have to listen to a coven of bleeding-heart liberal lawyers defending the indefensible.

He might actually have a case with the issues raised about the two jurors. Would it have changed the outcome? I doubt it, but that's not the way the system works. If an appeals court agrees, he'll get a new trial, maybe in a different venue, with most likely the same outcome.

He is lucky that he didn't participate in this attack in Russia. Putin would have had no problems ensuring that he didn't survive to even stand trial. No love lost for terrorists on Putin's part. As I understand the beliefs of muslims, if a person is in contact with a pig por any pig product ay yhe time of death, that person is excluded from paradise. Therefore, my solution is as follows: Build a pressure cooker large enough to hold the filthy islamofascist terrorist pig, plus one litter of baby pigs. Place the islamofascist terrorist pig in the pressure cooker, add one litter of baby pigs. Place the pressure cooker over a fire stoked with burning korans. Cook until done. Bury the filthy islamofacist well done terrorist pig plus the well done baby pigs into a common grave. Add a rasher of bacon. Cover with more korans. Seal the grave, soaking with with the urine of infidels. Case closed..

Authorities on Saturday seized a van believed to be connected to the shooters in the Jersey City attack that left four people—including a cop—dead, officials said. The FBI discovered the 2001 Ford van on Central Avenue near South Center Street in Orange, New Jersey, authorities said. The Essex County Sheriff’s Office bomb squad assisted with the seizure, and the area was later given the all-clear. The vehicle, which had New Jersey plates, is believed to have been previously owned by gunman David Anderson, 47, a spokesperson for the Essex County Sheriff’s Office said. A UN climate summit in Madrid risked collapsing Saturday after all-night negotiations between countries left them more divided than ever over on how to fight global warming and pay for its ravages. Diplomats from rich nations, emerging giants and the world's poorest countries—each for their own reasons—found fault in a draft agreement put forward by host Chile in a botched attempt to strike common ground. Days after leaving office, the former Kentucky governor Matt Bevin is facing widespread backlash and calls for an investigation following a number of controversial pardons of violent offenders on his way out the door. Pardons are traditional at the end of a governor’s term–and most of the Republican’s more than 400 pardons were for drug offenses. But a number of the pardons were for particularly violent crimes, like a woman who gave birth in a flea market porta-potty and dumped her newborn into the toilet’s septic tank; a man who hired a hitman to murder his business partner

If we are to believe the testimony in the Justice Department inspector general’s report on FISA abuse, Obama didn’t know anything about the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. The Trump administration is preparing to move the public lands management bureau out of Washington, DC to Colorado. It makes perfect sense because the vast majority of public lands are out west.
