At one time the wealthiest places in America were where people made things. Now the wealthiest places in America are where people make rules.

Wonder what the diversity ratio is like in those counties? ICE needs to send some buses of future engineers, lawyers and doctors from the southern border to move next door in those neighborhoods to enlighten them at taxpayer expense.

One wonders how much of that money derives from Ukraine and other countries who launder US foreign aid into kickback schemes for politicians and their children.

And, DC is so "gentrified" that you can't go anywhere where white leftists don't dominate. Even SE. They've moved most of the vermin to Maryland, and home prices are through the roof. It's easy to pay over $300k for a 1200 square foot row house in SE. There's mass amounts of road construction and home renovations; the place is booming. Thank me. Thank you. We're paying for it.

Many of the government agencies and departments need to distributed around the country, Interior to Billings, Montana, Homeland Security to McAllen, TX, FAA to OKC, FED to Kansas City, MO, OSHA to Detroit, MI, Department of Justice, to St. Louis, MO, Bureau of Land Management to Fairbanks, AK, etc.

Move more agencies to the hinterlands. They'll either move out of the NCR to remain with their agency, try to get a job with another activity, or maybe quit. It's a slow process but in the long run it will will be worth it. BTW, moving a government agency further out to VA or MD doesn't count.

#5, I lived in Loudoun County (on the poorer side of the tracks) for 24 years. The county is very diverse - being loaded on the eastern side with Indians and Pakistanis who work in the tech businesses and also chock full of illegals from south of the border. Leesburg, the county seat, has terrible Hispanic gang problems. I once spent a morning sitting in the waiting area outside of the juvenile and domestic issues court room and 11 of the 12 cases heard that morning had to do with Hispanics.

Absolutely agree with #8 and #4. It is the only way to do this as it is impossible to fire these leeches. Would add that they make rules to keep people out in Real America from building things.
