The online Harris Poll survey released by the Center for American Political Studies at Harvard found that Clinton placed first with 21% of the vote, followed closely by Vice President Joe Biden at 20%, Senator Bernie Sanders at 12%, Senator Elizabeth Warren at 9% and former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg at 7%.It polled 1,859 voters and was conducted between November 27 and 29 of this year.

People keep telling me I'm nuts, but I have been saying all along that it is going to be a rematch. No clear dem candidate going into the convention, hung first ballot, and Hillary calls in all her markers to take it on the second ballot. It has bee the rigged plan right from the start. they just don't learn. This time will be a Trump landslide, a rout, 30% plus of the black vote to Trump and the House will swing back to Republican majority on his coat tails.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. The democrats should never have listened to the big-money that's pushing impeachment because that made PRESIDENT Trump hit back, hard. Hillarity, at this point, wants to stay inconspicuous and hopes things blow over. They won't. She has been hip deep in the coup along with Obama, and Trump is taking names. Amazing that Nanny Bloomberg has already jumped to fifth place in the poll. Just shows what money can do.

FTA:Pollsters also surveyed respondents without Clinton in the race — and Biden came out first, with 29% of the vote, followed by Sanders at 16% and Warren at 13%. Sanders and Warren's totals don't change too much with Hillary in or out of the race. Most of her support comes from Biden followers, who are apparently dissatisfied with him as frontrunner.

There’s no clear frontrunner among a dozen Democrats challenging Republican incumbent John Cornyn. None have raised big money and most candidates remain widely unknown. O’Rourke narrowly lost to Republican Sen. Ted Cruz last year and his presidential bid flamed out in November. Democrats urged the former El Paso congressman to run again for Senate, but the deadline to get on the 2020 ballot in Texas came and went this week.

Last Thursday afternoon I boarded an Amtrak Acela train from Washington, D.C. to New York. While in D.C., I enjoyed spending time at the Trump International Hotel where people were happy - not just because of the holidays, but because of where they were, surrounded by people of like mind.In particular, the hotel lobby bar on Wednesday night was filled with festive people who had just left the White House Chanukah party at which Trump had signed the Executive Order on Combatting Anti-Semitism. Jews across the country were thrilled that the administration was finally doing what the Democrats in the House of Representatives had blocked. While waiting to board the train,

“The View” co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Meghan McCain got into a heated exchange Monday over the topic of President Trump’s impeachment. The moment came shortly after co-host Sunny Hostin began discussing the differences she saw surrounding former President Clinton’s Senate impeachment trial and the situation now over Trump's dealings with Ukraine.

I'm starting to watch the reaction to this Tessa Majors murder case like a slo-mo car crash. I noted the other day that the New York Times was pretty obnoxious to the Barnard University college student who was murdered in a dangerous park outside Columbia University, largely by trying to define victim's entire life by her green hair and liking for punk rock, as if kids don't go through stages. Kind of harsh to define someone that way at the grand sendoff... And far from being 'worldly' as the Times quoted someone as saying, those kinds of things are childish, and yes, the victim was in fact very young and naive.

Touching the thumb and index finger to make a circle, with the remaining three fingers held outstretched, is a gesture that people around the world have made for centuries, mostly in positive contexts. It is used for several purposes in sign languages, and in yoga as a symbol to demonstrate inner perfection. It figures in an innocuous made-you-look game. Most of all, it has been commonly used for generations to signal “OK,” or all is well. But in recent years, it has also been appropriated for a more malign purpose — to signify “white power.” The gesture has become an extremist

Whatever its legal merit or lack thereof, the upcoming impeachment trial in the Senate is a political show trial that is intended to affect the upcoming presidential election for sure. So let’s consider the political implications, not the legal merits. The latest news is that the Republican leadership is thinking about trying to vote to acquit President Trump without a trial or hearing any witnesses. That has never been done, but it would be a smart move politically. Despite the president’s statements that he wants a full trial in the Senate, an impeachment trial is unlikely to help President Trump win reelection.
