Lisa Page, the former FBI lawyer whose anti-Trump text messages became ammo for Republicans to allege a "coup" against President Trump, stepped into the public spotlight one week ahead of a highly anticipated Justice Department inspector general report.
The Daily Beast published an interview with Page in the evening Sunday and shortly afterwards she was revealed to be on Twitter. "I’m done being quiet," Page said in a short tweet sharing the report.
Benjamin Wittes, editor-in-chief of Lawfare and "good friend" of former FBI Director James Comey, confirmed the account, @NatSecLisa, is hers.

Awwww. Poor baby. Orange Man Bad said mean things about her. Boo Hoo. Put some ice on it.
Little tip for 'ya, missy. When you play in the big leagues, you gotta, expect a high hard one every once in a while.
Mizz Page participated in attempting to overthrow The Will of The People. If justice is served, she'll have bigger problems than her feelings getting hurt.

Obviously the media is getting out ahead of the report’s release to declare everyone innocent. We shall see. Regardless of what the report says they are anything but innocent and Lisa Page is in a position to know that. When she asked her boyfriend if Trump would become President and he said ‘No. We’ll stop it’ she knew exactly what he was talking about and now so do the rest of us. Play the victim card all you want honey and let’s see what happens.

Lisa, you've been a naughty girl, you let your knickers down. And you also conspired to de-legitimize a duly elected President of the United States. You want to play in that neighborhood, this is what you get when you get caught, so STFU and take it.

There is a huge difference between having a personal opinion about a candidate, and using one's government office to defeat that candidate.
On an unrelated matter, I hope Lisa's husband demands DNA tests on their two children.

Sounds like she's building up some hype for a possible book of lies. Or maybe she's trolling for a ''journalist'' job on one of the liberal moonbat so-called ''news'' channels.

Lisa, you need to learn the first rule of coup d'etat... if you plan to kill the King, be sure you kill the King.

The most disturbing part of this article is this:
FTA: “ Early leaks about a draft report reportedly show Horowitz found missteps and lapses in judgment by the FBI, but no evidence of spying on the Trump campaign or political bias by top officials tainting the Russia investigation as Trump and his allies have claimed. ”
Seems this little nugget is their way of preparing us for a big letdown! I pray I’m wrong.

You brought it on yourself. Your support of Hillary told me who you are. You are no better than she is and she is a crook and a liar. That is well documented. The fact that you were having an affair while your two children were at home tells me more about why you support Hillary. Your morals are no better than hers and she has none. I am glad you are no longer at the FBI. Maybe Pres. Trump can clean the rest of the swamp with the likes of you and your lover gone. Two down; more to go.

Watching these birds trying to put the toothpaste back into the tube is entertaining. After a night of drunken revelry she woke up in a strange bed without any clothes saying what have I done? Why you blushing Page, your reputation is already shot to pieces. That stink doesn't come off.

Let me get this straight; you tried to overthrow my country and your feelings are hurt? In the not so distant past you'd have been hung in a cage at the castle entrance until you expired from years of exposure to the elements.

She was part of a coup against the United States of America. And I am supposed to feel what? She still has a chance to become the "whistleblower" hero and she blows it again.

Having achieved middle age, I am firmly of the mind that women have far greater capacity for moral self-delusion than men. The women I consider "truth seekers" are few and far between. Sheryl Atikinson, Michelle Malkin and Ann Coulter are the few that comes to mind, and they are universally conservative.
It takes a woman to do great wrong and truly convince themselves it never happened. That was the real danger of Hillary Clinton.
And the men who follow this model seem to me distinctly unmanly. (E.g. Comrade Schiff, Comrade Obama, or Comrade Reid.)

Page is going to join the long line of bureaucrats that we have seen at the Schiff Show that testify that they don't like Trump, don't like the way he works, but really have little else to offer. Page has the additional problem of being ensnared in a conspiracy to "Get Trump" before and after the election. She might have been only "following orders" but that isn't a real defence. Then the question is, WHOSE orders? I'm sure she may think she was only doing her "job". Her delusion doesn't make her less complicit in any criminality.

She was coached by the same ex-FBI experts and media folks who coached Blasey Ford before she did her lying performance.
More lies, and a woman trying to pretend to be "put upon by that mean old man".
Back stabbing, evil, adulterous, traitorous witch.

FTA: ...early reports assert 'no evidence of spying' , but acknowledge 'informants and electronic surveillance collected information on members of Trumps team.' I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but collecting information by informants and electronic devices sounds like spying to me.
