Just how stupid are we human beings as a species? That’s been an ongoing debate in the environmental law field for over a generation. The prevailing view was stated in a famous article by Garrett Hardin, “The Tragedy of the Commons,” which appeared in Science in 1968.
Hardin argued that if resources are owned in common, people will overuse them until the carrying capacity of the resource is exceeded and environmental calamity results. His example was putting cows out to graze on a pasture owned in common. Because no one has the right to exclude other people’s cows, Hardin maintained that humans would selfishly put more cows on the commons

This is a silly philosophical argument that only a lawyer could devise as it ignores the existence of right and wrong. To a lawyer, the only outcome is that one wins the case, not whether the perp is actually guilty or innocent. The democrats are wrong and there should be no compromise, only punishment for their crimes. No, Putin actually wanted Hillary to win so he could profit by her stupidity like he did with Obama. The great divide in America was not caused by the Russians but by criminals whose thirst for power drove them insane.
As for the Woody Hayes example, Donald Trump has already accomplished the third option, which is a long bomb resulting in a touchdown for America. I remember my high school coach quoting Hayes as the team continuously ran for three downs and punted because he did not have the confidence to win.

Well put, #1. A lie is a lie, no matter how many 64 dollar words are used to present it. And evil is still evil, regardless of the pretzel logic and smooth presentation. It's really not "complicated".

Impeach.
Then censor the Dems. Let the failed party die.
We do not have a democracy, and that is not going to change.
Give us a Labor party.

I do not know where Donald is coming from with this: "The worst outcome from the Democrats’ perspective is if Donald Trump survives impeachment, gets reelected, and the Republicans take a majority of the House; in that increasingly plausible scenario, few if any checks and balances remain to temper the excesses of Trump’s revolution."
What and where are the excesses he is talking about? I want specifics rather then the general blanket accusations we always hear from the left. They call Trump a racist, homophobic, be sexist, Islamophobic and on and on. However, they can never point to a specific thing he has done that fits any of these slanders.
He instituted a travel ban from terrorist countries. Makes sense. He has reduced regulation. Makes sense. He wants to protect our southern border. Makes sense. He has been rebuilding out military after over 15 years of continuous conflict. Makes sense. He does not want us involved in future conflicts unless it is in the direct interest of The United States. Makes sense. He reached out to rogue states to see if we can negotiate more peaceful relationships. Makes sense. He is finally doing something about China. Makes sense. He wants the NATO members to pay their fair share for their own defense. Makes lots of sense. Why are we expected to protect them when they have the fiscal ability to build their own military's. Makes sense.
I personally do not see any excess in President Trump's policies. It is all common sense. He is a little rough around the edges which sets off the left and the never Trumpers but, he keeps his promises and his heart is in the right place.
Last but not least, it was Obama that created all the current division in this country! I could go on but, I won't.

The underlying theme is that the House Democrats and Pelosi are "stupid". They are not. They are playing to their own crowd with this "impeachment inquiry" and playing the UNIPARTY front man trying to deflate PDT's approval numbers to such that something can be done to drive him from office short of impeachment by January '21.
This is NOT about radicals and crazies, but rather about protecting "politics as usual" that allows profiteering by those holding high office and the public trust. PDT is exposing this profiteering cabal - and it is BI-PARTISAN. PDT is exposing more and more of this crooked behavior daily for those willing to look. That threat must be ended.
So far "impeachment" hasn't proven the silver bullet it was hoped to be. The charges too complicated to understand, the evidence too flimsy, the theatrics poorly staged, the punditry too extreme. The off-ramp is censure, likely attracting a GOPe vote or two to make it "bravely" bi-partisan. The censure will be waved as a bloody shirt by Dems, and the GOPe will find a way to squeeze it in as "a shame" while trying to open a door to a White Knight primary challenger...or even a Ross Perot-style third party "independent" candidate.
All that matters to the GOPe in '20 is to keep their Senate majority - the rest is expendable.

Just how stupid are we human beings as a species? Uh, don't answer that. You won't like the answer. The impeachment of Trump (and that includes censure) is an act of stupidity. That doesn't stop the left. They have brainwashed a lot of people, and they are all clamoring for Trump's impeachment. Impeachment hurts America. The only people that are Ok with this are those that hate America.

Censure is for punks. It's like punting the ball on 3rd and 1. It's playing it safe. No way! We want justice and our president defended to the max. We want our voices heard. We also want the Left and the media to pay the price for what they tried to pull on the American people.

Don't waste time reading this tripe and giving this dummy hits, increasing his credentials with American Spectator! I'm sorry but this guy's whole premise is not just wrong but stupid! He starts out by spending several paragraphs talking about how great HE is and so insightful! Then, basically, ends by saying Trump deserves to be censured! Excuse me? For doing what? Making sure a criminal country with its newly elected president now investigate corruption? Joe Biden wasn't even an announced candidate and was still claiming he wouldn't run. Sorry ... the Dems are married to this outrage and it deserves a conclusion in the Senate. They will pay a price in 2020. You can bet on it!
The real easy way out? Take a vote in Nadler's committee on the articles of impeachment and let it lose that vote. The whole idea will die in committee.

Sad to say, but the death of Ruth Ginsburg will make broad sweeping changes on the impeachment affair.

There is no way that the President could be successful in having a foreign power dig up legitimate “dirt” (evidence) on the Bidens, if the Bidens did not create that “dirt” (evidence) and put it out there to be found through their suspected nepotistic corrupt activities in that foreign country. The infamous Mueller report showed perfectly that if there is no legitimate evidence of criminal activity out there, none will be found. So you have to ask what are the Democrats worried about when it comes to the Bidens?

The Enemedia has blocked off Turmp from any communications with our Nation. I agree they want take him out before Ruth Bader Ginsburg goes down under. The CIA, FBI, DoS and now the Navy have 6 ways to Sunday to get back at US. Pray for the President´s safety. I remember Scalise and JFK.
