BET founder Robert Johnson is not convinced any of the Democratic candidates seeking to face President Trump in 2020 has a shot at winning the White House.Johnson, America’s first black billionaire and a lifelong Democrat, told CNBC that the Trump economy is strong and he has an ability “to dominate the news cycle” that makes it hard for his Democratic challengers to focus on substanc. “If you take a snapshot today, I don’t think that group is capable of beating Donald Trump despite what the polls say,” Johnson said. “I do not see anybody in the Democratic primary race today that is enough in the center where

Agreed. And, the great news is that several states have already closed out the process for entering the race, so no new candidates can enter and be able to actually run in all "57" states.

The current democrat party would never give the people tax breaks and deregulate the business community. In fact, they would do just the opposite, like Obama did, which ended up with economic stagnation for his whole term. Of course, Obama was a Trojan Horse president.

I'll never understand how any billionaire, black or white, can remain a democrat. If you made your money, why would you belong to a party that wants to take and spend it, or worse yet, give it to bunch of donuffins?

What he is also saying is any of the current crop of Democrats will need to lie to people, if they are hoping to sway some of those in the middle, because none of them are even moderate. Today's Democrat party (elected officials and activists) are all far-left liberal, and progressives. They have a very different view of what they want for "We the People", and America, in general. #5, the Democrats have used the idea that "the rich" are all Republicans, and partly why they use the phrase, "to pay their fair share". There are more wealthy Democrats than there are Republicans. Many "earned" their wealth from going public and making their millions and billions from the company stock. Remember, Warren Buffett doesn't pay himself a large enough salary which would have him paying more in taxes than his secretary. He could easily be on the payroll for $10,000,000 per year, say, and pay more, but he uses the tax laws to pay significantly less.

First, BET is racist. Second, he is wrong about the black community. They will vote for any black person running; qualified or not.

Elizabeth Warren said she wants to be the last president elected by the electoral college and the first elected by the popular vote. The Democratic presidential candidate wants the electoral college abolished after the 2020 election, saying she would get elected next year under its rules and then by the popular vote when she ran for re-election in 2024. Democrats were outraged in 2016 when Hillary Clinton won the popular vote but Donald Trump won the electoral college and the presidency. (Photo/Tweet)

The ongoing impeachment sham is a show trial — one that ought to be reviewed as a drama critic would. After all, the lead House prosecutor, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), is a failed screenwriter.Last month featured the first act, before Schiff and the House Intelligence Committee, with “star” witness Gordon Sondland, the U.S. Ambassador to the European Union. This Wednesday, the second act, featuring Rep. More than 300 of President Donald Trump’s political ads have taken down by Google and its video platform YouTube, mostly over the summer, according to a report by 60 minutes. The CBS reporters were unable to find specific reasons for the mass takedowns of Trump ads, a common problem with social media companies, which are often reluctant to explain precisely why a ban or other act of censorship has happened. “We found very little transparency in the transparency report,” concluded 60 Minutes. CBS reporters investigated the removal of pro-Trump ads after YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki highlighted the company’s decision to ban some of the President’s ads

The Hill published a veritable puff piece on House Intelligence Committer Chairman Adam Schiff on Saturday in which it described him as a “progressive rock star.” “But it is precisely Shiff’s sober demeanor and steady hand guiding the two-month impeachment investigation — including two weeks of televised public hearings — that have made him a national political figure, a household name and unlikely progressive rock star,” the piece reads. It drew immediate criticism, not to mention a notable Twitter ratio, because the notion of Schiff being any sort of star — save for perhaps a “death star” designed to destroy things — just didn’t sit well with some in the public.

She must have looked good enough to eat. A jovial Joe Biden nipped his wife Jill’s finger onstage Saturday at a rally in Council Bluffs, Iowa, as she introduced him at the first stop of an eight-day, 800-mile road trip through the first-to-caucus state. As Jill Biden flung an arm wide to make a point, her husband theatrically dodged her hand — then, on a second pass, gave her a playful chomp on her fingertip. Next year, Democrats will control both houses of Virginia’s state Legislature as well as its governorship. On November 18, State Sen. Dick Saslaw introduced a bill that he will sponsor in the 2020 legislative session. That bill will outlaw not only the sale or transfer but also the possession of certain firearms. Saslaw’s bill — SB 16 — provides that “It is unlawful for any person to import, sell, manufacture, purchase, possess or transport an assault firearm” and makes such actions a Class 6 felony. Buckingham Palace has been decontaminated. Prince Andrew’s office has been closed down. Any chair he sat in has been reupholstered, all doorknobs swabbed down. There must’ve been something in the water back in 2012, because everyone on the top of the ballot turned out to be even worse than we originally thought. Barack Obama’s legacy is shot, being destroyed by President Trump and the radical left who now view him (laughably) as a conservative. Joe Biden doesn’t know where he is half the time, the other half has his campaign staff wishing he were somewhere else. Paul Ryan was a feckless Speaker of the House who cut bait and ran once he was free to push all the things he’d sworn for years were his deeply held beliefs.
