Yesterday’s Democratic debate in Atlanta played out in front of Americans already exhausted by two weeks of tumultuous House impeachment hearings. At times it felt like the candidates were doing their best to offer beleaguered viewers a much-needed break from the constant stream of combative news clips cascading from Capitol Hill.
For the most part, they succeeded.
What voters saw last night was a mostly forgettable affair unlikely to spur big changes in the wide-open campaign to secure the Democratic presidential nomination. Former Vice President Joe Biden stumbled into gaffe after gaffe. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) offered viewers another recitation of his “I wrote the damn bill” one-liner on “Medicare for All.”

Never thought I would look forward to “my pillow commercial” as an interruption to presidential debates.

None of these people are serious people, they are all fringe leftists with problems, and Biden, while probably the least 'luantic left', is fundamentally corrupt, and clearly mentally not up to the task.

Ho hum, I'm just thankful that I saved myself a couple of hours by reading a good book. Medicare for all is obviously being dismissed by the majority as a pipe dream, bad news for the fake Indian. More bad news is that she claims that blacks are shut out of subsidized housing when people can look at those developments and see nothing BUT black residents. Biden is being kept in the lineup for sentimental reasons, nothing else. Biden and Sanders would make great actors in a remake of Grumpy Old Men. Butt Guy has higher numbers but very few will want some guy's wife in the White House when the time comes to pull the lever. Tulsi will look better as a Republican sometime in the future. All in all, it's looking great for a red tide.

It is fairly apparent that the nation is suffering political fatigue...whether the Dem presidential scrum, impeachment, or whatever else. It appears no one but the junkies are paying any attention to the various rings of the competing clown shows. That is terrible news for the Dems and NeverTrump crowd.

Tom Steyer is an absolute zero. (That's actually a physics term, where at about -470 degrees f., molecular action ceases.) Yang is also an absolute zero. I have to wonder how each of those two made a fortune.
Tulsi Gabbard, the silly Samoan, stood out again, as the better candidate.
Corey Booker continues as an annoyance, as he sucks up for a VP spot.
Cherokee Lizzie keeps up the persona of a sugared up 5 year old, living in make believe land.
Kamala Sutra, with her inexplicable lapses into laughter, remains a joke candidate.
Lump Jaw Amy continues to annoy me.
I was going to say Peter the Homosexual bugs me, but that would be inappropriate. Little Peter, in his confused biological condition, speaks smoothly, but then, most of those of his ilk speak smoothly. But he is completely unqualified for any elective office, as he is proving with his failed mayor act, in a small city.
That leaves us with Old Jo on the stage, boisterous, bragging yet baffled, aging before our very eyes, like time lapsed video of a dementia public service announcement. It saddens me to see anyone losing their mind, even a third rate mind like Old Jo possesses. Do not forget that in 1988, he suffered two brain aneurysms, and the surgical treatment for such major incidents, in the long run, causes brain damage.
I suppose we should be thankful that Old Jo didn't decide to pee in a potted plant on stage, or try to feel up Tulsi. Or Peter.
