The Democrats’ star impeachment witness Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman refused to characterize former Vice President Joe Biden’s (D) threat — to withhold aid from Ukraine unless it fired a prosecutor investigating Burisma Holdings — as “wrong,” admitting that he viewed the video showing Biden bragging about his threat but refraining from condemning it. During his line of questioning, Rep. Chris Stewart (R-UT) noted that Vindman’s concerns of the July 25 phone call between President Trump and Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky were based on “moral, ethical, and policy differences” rather than legal concerns.

I'm trying to wrap my mind around Vindman, particularly when it comes to the DoD and the Joint Chiefs. Don't we have enough home-grown, civilian, America-hating leftists without importing more from other countries? Who in their right mind saw this Pillsbury dough boy decked out in dressed blues as an asset to anything other than a foreign policy train wreck?

Kangaroo Court . . . in the Star Chamber. I encourage folks to look up "Star Chamber" if they don't already know what it comes from.
It was a room in the Royal Palace of Westminster from the 15th to the 17th century whose ceiling was decorated with golden stars. According to Wikipedia, "The Star Chamber was originally established to ensure the fair enforcement of laws against socially and politically prominent people so powerful that ordinary courts would probably hesitate to convict them of their crimes. However, it became synonymous with social and political oppression through the arbitrary use and abuse of the power it wielded."
Sounds a lot like the way a room in the US Capitol is being used against the sitting President of the United States -- a room used by corrupt and oppressive Democrats!

And now Drudge says Vindman and family may be moved to a secure location (by the Army) for fear of "retaliation" for his testimony. Funny, the only people I have seen shot at, killed, attacked on the street and in restaurants have all been Republicans. ALL of them. Plus the way Jim Jordan took the man apart re: who he spoke to (and for some reason even Fox is not featuring this) about his dissatisfaction (and it sure sounds like the whistle blower) was amazing,. Schiff jumped in at once. Jordan said Schiff doesn't know (he claimed) who the w.b. is and Vindman says the same, so why is Schiff jumping in to stop the questioning? Some anonymous person in Intelligence who is NOT the whistle blower? What a joke this all is. The only thing worse is watching the MSM report it.

After hearing Vindman go through his background, I thought only how deeply entrenched he is to Mother Russia, regardless of his father's leaving "40 years ago" - something bugs me about him. Ukrainian, Russian and English speaking. All that kept going through my head was the movie "No Way Out" ... just couldn't shake it.

My guess, he was "the coordinator" (his words) for the "deals" that were arranged in the previous administration, and he was the person who kept everyone advised if anything was possibly going to affect those "deals".
Or, the lookout man.
He has mentioned he was concerned with the outside channels (Rudy) poking around, and asking questions.
He didn't see anything wrong with the call, didn't see any bribery, but just concerned about who might find out about the "deals". After all, he didn't find Biden's demand for that prosecutor being fired as "wrong", so what else can you think other than he was "the coordinator" to ensure the "deals" weren't investigated.

Mr. Alexander Vindman will not criticize Joe Biden or the State Department “Deep State” bureaucracy because he is probably a Democrat who is who is wrangling for a foreign policy job at the State Department when he retires from the Army, probably pretty quickly.
What’s the big deal with the Ukrainians or the US Department of Justice investigating Biden for corruption? As if there is no there there relating to Biden and his son Hunter being involved in international politically based corruption nothing would come of such an investigation, just as occurred with the Mueller investigation.
The Democrats being so defensive about Biden would indicate to any person with common sense that the Democrats themselves must believe that there is something there, and for that reason think that by being loyal Democrats that they must shield Biden and by extension Obama from being found out as far as suspected criminal activities are concerned.

He can't make a judgement off the snippet of a video. Well, he could look into it, couldn't he? Maybe he should run to Schiff and make a complaint.

Stop reading drudge. Mr. Vindman finds Trump morally wrong after the call but finds Biden‘s extortion ok. He should be fired immediately.
