Peak disdain for Trump supporters from
Harvard Law Professor Laurence Tribe

Original Article

The Ruling Class hates the lesser mortals who populate the realm they think they rightly rule. When Flyover Country forced Donald Trump on them as president, the outrage that was born of the initial shock grew into outright disdain for those put him into power. Senior Deep State bureaucrats like Peter Strzok and Lisa Page may be able to smell Trump supporters at Walmart, but for really intense class snobbery, there are few places that do it better than Harvard. At Harvard, few professors carry more political cachet than Laurence Tribe, who holds the title “University Professor,” (a very big deal at Harvard) and teaches constitutional law at Harvard Law School.

Remember, too, that Tribe was a go to guy for the media re: support for anti-gun legislation because he is a professor of Constitutional law. Then one day he finally, actually read the text of the Second Amendment and realized there is a Constitutionally protected right for private citizens to keep and bear arms. Since then you don't see or here much from this elitist snob. I was amazed that he would be teaching Constitutional law without having read and studied the actual text of the whole document.

The elites thru time have hated and feared the "commoners". Rome and Constantinople, Peiking, Moscow, all feared the pitchforks and torches of the "mob". Political or physical uprisings by the so called plebes cause the upper classes to shudder and shake in fear. This clown and most of the intelligentsia have a great deal to fear from the working classes. We are sick and tired of being sneered at by slobs with a lot of letters behind their names who have no brains or common sense.

The difficulty Tribe has is that every single premise he states before reaching his conclusions about Trump is wrong. And Mr. Tribe knows they are wrong, but he does not care because he has a personal agenda. Mr. Tribe and many graduates I have encountered from Harvard have not impressed me very much, quite the opposite.

Tribe is one of the main reasons that Harvard has fallen to the level of an expensive, mediocre community college. Liberalism, communism, homosexuality and all of its deviations, diversity and racism now rank higher than real education. It pains people like him to know that Trump's biggest crime is that he outperforms everybody in the country who came up through a political or academic background and that is his biggest strength for the rest of us. Go read a book, professor.

By 1990, I had completely quit giving a rancid rat's rump what ANY Harvard student or professor said or thought or espoused. Anyone in ''higher education'' is suspect as far as I'm concerned and they do not warrant any acceptance from me for any reason. That goes not only for the eastern coast but also for the western coast schools.

A German woman accused of joining the Islamic State group in Syria and marrying an IS fighter has been arrested on arrival in Germany. Federal prosecutors said the woman, identified only as Nasim A., was arrested Friday evening. They said Saturday she had been detained by Kurdish forces early this year and held at the al-Hawl camp in north-eastern Syria. (tweet) Prosecutors say she travelled to Syria in late 2014 and married an IS fighter. The couple allegedly moved to Tal Afar, Iraq, where they lived in an IS-seized house. The woman ran the household, receiving $100 per month from IS and leaving her husband free to fight for IS.  Source corrected.

The journos are at it again. They are paid to pretend that politics is fascinating and meaningful, that they are indispensable members of an indispensable institution without which democracy itself would cease to exist. Some of them actually believe it. Suggestions to the contrary typically result in collective tantrums and self-validating screeds on Twitter, the popular social networking platform. In this particular instance, our nation's journalists were set off by the (accurate) suggestion, included in the reporting of some of their fellow journalists, that the impeachment hearings taking place in Congress were "dull" and lacked "pizzazz."

CNN reports that in a private meeting this week, top Democrats conceded that the polls on impeachment were unlikely to shift, and that their basic message is failing to break through for huge swaths of Americans. This is very close to admitting that their ultimate goal, of removing president Trump from office will not be achieved. The reason this would mean game over for the removal effort is that only a significant uptick for impeachment in polling, especially among Republicans who have been rock solid in support of Trump, could lead to GOP votes to convict in the senate.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) was busy leading the witness, former Ukraine Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, when she spoke the precise words he was trying to elicit: “Very intimidating.” Upon hearing that emotional reaction to a presidential tweet, one might wonder just how much the State Department standard for what counts as “intimidating” and “not intimidating” has changed over the decades. In 1961, Adlai Stevenson, a twice-failed Democrat presidential candidate thought of as a kind of high-minded milquetoast, had been shuttled out of Washington into the relative obscurity of ambassador to the United Nations. But in October 1962 when the chips were down—all the way down—
