DACA heads to Supreme Court and all

The Supreme Court on Tuesday is set to take up the Trump administration’s plan to end protections that shield about 660,000 immigrants from deportation, and legal experts say all eyes will be on the likely tie-breaker Chief Justice John Roberts.Created under an Obama-era executive order, DACA gives some undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children the chance to receive a renewable two-year period of deferred action from deportation and become eligible for a work permit. Legal experts have looked back on Roberts’ June vote that blocked a citizenship question from appearing on the 2020 census.

Our craven "Chief Justice" will fold to the Washington echo chamber just as he's done every time in the past. Such a disappointing pick.

When a president makes a nomination to a federal court, and the senators are charged with approval, the democrats have always proven that they are "in it to win it". Donald Trump is the ONLY president in my lifetime wearing the republican label to adopt the "in it to win it" approach to appointing judges, and furthermore, he somehow managed to get the republican senators to stand firm against the democrat dirty tricks of torpedoing his selection. The Bush family was way too casual in these matters: Case in point: John Roberts.

The blackmail concerning the adopted Roberts kids will kick in again. He will find a chimera which emerges from Amendment 14 which protects DACA kids. It is either that or Leavenworth. "A tax is not a tax, except when it is." Waste of sperm and egg.

The Bush family members while in the White House made huge mistakes, sometimes on purpose, that cause massive numbers of people in the Middle East and Southeast Asia to loose their lives. In the matter of Chief Justice Roberts, he most recently took the Democrat’s position regarding the US citizenship question that President Trump wanted put on the 2020 Census, and supported Obama when the Obamacare case came before the Supreme Court by calling Obamacare a tax. So it will be a politicized crapshoot when it comes to him ruling on the Obama unconstitutional DACA amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens.

The dictionary defines a conjurer as someone who “practices magic arts” and “performs feats of sleight of hand and illusion.” Someone like Adam Schiff. The California Democrat takes his magic act public Wednesday as the impeachment hearings burst out of a Capitol Hill dungeon and onto television. Donald Trump’s presidency and the 2020 election likely hang on whether Schiff’s sleight of hand can survive the bright lights of public exposure and cross-examination.

Spicer told "Tucker Carlson Tonight" that earning a spot in the quarterfinals before leaving the show was farther than he originally thought he would go in the competition. "I went into this thinking one, two weeks maybe -- I'm not really good at this. But, I'll have fun, I'll learn something," he said. "I really really enjoyed this -- It exceeded my expectations."

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said the Trump impeachment inquiry, as constructed, is a threat to the presidency and should not be legitimized. Graham told "Hannity" on Tuesday the allegation President Trump engaged in a quid pro quo with Ukrainian officials is also not true. "I think it would be a danger to the presidency in the future for us to legitimize what's going on in the House," he said. "There's no civil proceeding in America -- no criminal proceeding in America -- that denies a person to tell their side of the story by calling witnesses except in the House."

She’s been on this pity tour since November 2016 and she’s still using the same material. She’s on social media, she’s doing book tours when she (or a ghostwriter)
