Is Pelosi finally sick of the terrible
damage Schiff is doing to her party?

This week, Rep. Jim Jordan was officially moved to the House Intelligence Committee, from Oversight, in order to be part of the coming public interrogations of witnesses summoned by committee Chairman Adam Schiff.Jordan is a pit bull, exactly what the committee needs among its Republicans. It was in Pelosi's purview to refuse Jordan's appointment, and she did not.Hmmm. Is it possible that even she is sick and tired of Schiff's mendacity, his secrecy, his shutout of Republican questions, his witness tampering? He even advised "witnesses" not to answer questions from Republicans. Most of these people being called to testify are not witnesses to anything relevant;

Whatever Pelosi’s reason might be for allowing Jim Jordan to switch committees, I doubt it’s because “she is sick and tired of Schiff's mendacity, his secrecy, his shutout of Republican questions, his witness tampering...”

What she describes as one of the worst mistakes Trump ever made.....retaining Obama holdovers.....actually may have become a blessing.....for by them keeping their jobs....they grew in overconfidence until eventually they are becoming exposed. Had they all been immediately fired, we may have never know the extent and corruption of the Deep State. May God bless and protect our President and country.

I doubt that Ms Pelosi will ever allow a bill of impeachment to reach the floor of the House, but she's happy to let Schiff run his kanagroo court as long as he can keep making up kanagroos (and avoiding the exposure of the "whistleblower" whose name shall not be mentioned but is Eric Ciaramella. For her many faults, she is a masterful political tactitan. For some reason, however, she's let the Squad and the lefties take over the House. It may cost her the House in 2020, but she's probably betting on (and may win) that the Republicans will be stupid enough to screw it up again.

Even the democrats here in Pennsylvania are beginning to complain about this clown, Adam Schiff. If Pelosi is smart, she would end this entire mess, now. Or, is she too deep into this and she does not know how to get out. I think the democrats are beginning to panic with the mess that Schiff, Nadler and the Squad mad on this impeachment show.

It's too late for Nancy to claim no responsibility for this Charade. She is the one who gave Schiff the ability to run this Clown Show because she didn't think Nadler could handle it (and he can't). So, here we go! My money is on the Republicans! They are going to shred each and every person Schiff has put out there ( that they are ALLOWED to Question). Very smart move to move Jordan to that committee. He is like a Junkyard Dog when going after someone he knows is lying. Should be an interesting week!

None of the GOP witnesses will ever take the stand, Schiff sill continue to shut down questioning, so it does not matter if Perry Mason is on the committee, except that Mason would make it even more of a show trial.

For those of you not familiar with Rep. Jordan, he is a wrestler. They are a little different in the head, and usually continue their tenacity throughout their lifetime. This info is from the Team USA and websites: Raised in Champaign County, Ohio, Jordan graduated in 1982 from Graham High School where he was a four-time state wrestling champion with a career record of 150-1. He went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, where he was a two-time NCAA wrestling champion. He later earned a Master’s degree in Education from the Ohio State University and a Law Degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Jordan’s final college career record was 156-28-1. Since his announced move to the House Intelligence Committee, his name has resurfaced regarding the OSU team doctor molesting athletes scandal. Maybe that's why Nancy is letting him move. She wants to see him hit with these allegations again to try to remove him permanently.

Well thought-out piece. I don't think that Pelosi's state of mind allows her to see any outcome other than the impeachment of the President. Her big mistake was in allowing Schiff to put on his puppet show but the outcome will be the same for the Democrat Party no matter what happens now. They are bleeding and leaderless. They are dead to us and it will take another eight or twelve years before they can rebuild from the trash heap that it has become. There will be tremors from all of the nut cases amongst us that Orange Man is still bad but we will deal with them in our way when they put on the masks and attempt to give themselves credibility that is not there.

Nancy smells DEM flesh being roasted in the next Congress. She and the House Democrats are breaking new ground to establish powerful House prerogatives in their favor. Think what this means if the Republicans regain control in 2021. All of the one-sided rules Nancy established at the beginning of 2019 (H. Res. 6) are in place for the GOP to adopt for the 117th Congress. To borrow from a Rosemary Clooney song, "Karma my house, my house-a-karma. I'm gonna give you every thing."

Each major party gets to pick its' own representatives to be on whichever committee they want. The Republicans asked a current member of the committee to voluntarily step down in order to create an opening, which allowed Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy to place Jim Jordan on the committee. All Pelosi could do is block this move by specifically making a statement that the person can't be moved and she must give a reason why. Otherwise it's just a courtesy to allow it. To deny the transfer would have caused her more grief than it would be worth and called attention back to her ... so she didn't actively veto the move. But she certainly didn't do the Republicans any favors here that weren't self-serving.

My understanding of this schiff show is this: the intelligence committee has no jurisdiction to consider impeachment and the plan is to build the “case” and then hand it to the judicial committee to adopt in toto and then vote on without further action. Imagine that i have a “case” against you, build the case with my lawyers- giving you some ability to interact- and then hand the file to my business partner the judge and say “rule on it.” This schiff show can’t stand any more corruption in its process and still retain any believability except with the most gullible (ie, the core dim base). If she were to deny this simple request schiff might as well conduct the hearing in robes and hood, like the dims did in their KKK days.

Ms. Lazy Eye Pelosi has lost control. Schiff has gone 'rogue' and out of control and the 'squad' steers the Congress. The left is consumed by the coup and impeachment there's no turning back. Nancy Pelosi's legacy is going to be the crash and burn show trial performed by the pencil neck geek Schiff and the fact that the left have squandered three years of do nothings and fighting the outcome of the 2016 election. Don't be trying to excuse Pelosi here Patricia. This is all on HER. All. Of. It. That is what happens when you are Speaker of the House. The buck stops with her, and nobody else. She allows this to continue, and destruction is all on her. Democrats need to remember that come next year. If the democrats had a spine, they would force her to retire/resign. She truly is the gift of destruction that keeps on giving Trump great material. Given the molasses in winter speed that Grassley was doing his job in the Senate that first year, Trump had to keep those holdovers, because of something called WORK. Grassley and Turtle both protected the Swamp and are responsible for the Obama holdovers still being there.

NO! For that to happen, she would need to have at least a shred of decency. More than likely she is hoping Jim Jordan will appear too aggressive, so she and Schumer put on their "offended and appalled" act about the crassness of the Republicans. She and Schumer have done this at least twice to President Trump, walking out on meeting to a waiting press to do their "offended and appalled" act.

Pelosi, like most terrible leaders that many of us have met in both business and the military went against common sense and let the loudmouthed few sway her opinion. Instinct told her for a long time that impeachment was a bad idea but the constant pounding by the press that AOC was running the House made her change her mind. It's ironic that the squad is now ignored and irrelevent and will probably be all gone after their first term. Pelosi blew it and she now realizes it but that won't stop the Fat Lady from singing.

The real nugget FTA, from RFK himself: “ what is objectionable, what is dangerous, about extremists is not that they are extreme, but that they are intolerant. The evil is not what they say about their cause but what they say about their opponents." This says it all about liberals, lefties, and democrats. We are in a fight for the very existence of this great nation, and, aside from PDT, our fate seems to be resting on Barr, Durham, and Horowitz. Let us pray they do not let us down..
