Former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, who was fired by President Donald Trump in May, misled lawmakers in her testimony she gave as part of House Democrats’ impeachment probe, according to a report.
Yovanovitch testified behind closed doors on October 11 that in mid-August, a Democrat House Foreign Affairs Committee staffer had reached out to her on her personal email with a request to come and talk to the committee about the circumstances of her departure.
She claimed that she received the email and alerted the State Department.

Good thing for her she isn't a Republican. Crimes like perjury are taken seriously when committed by Republicans.

Impeach her for perjury. Or just put an ankle bracelet on her for 2 years.

How many times do we have to witness one of these cretins lie or mislead "lawmakers"? If you or I lie to one, we go to jail. These people don't. Why? We can and should start with Clapper!

So what's the big deal?
The big deal is that ALL these witnesses, ambassadors, bureaucrats, know that they can say whatever they have been told to say under oath and then they can disremember and walk away. Mr. Barr, put a BUNCH of them in jail for more than a month. Make the next BUNCH think twice. That's the big deal.

Ohh Nooo! Say it isn't so, Mister Bill! Maybe her Democratic Party friends will be able to cover for her lack of truthfulness. They seem to have an ample supply of Lie.

So, according to Zelensky, this U.S. ambassador, presented him with a list of people he should not investigate. I'll presume she thought, she'd play this guy in a similar fashion as Comey tried to do early in the Trump administration.
So, she was not helping, and possibly interfering in the Ukraine President's main campaign issue, which was fighting the corruption.
And, I have to wonder about all of those Obama administration folks who were using "personal" phones to conduct official, and unofficial, business. Many of them would have a record of the phone purchase, phone bills that list all those they called, which also includes dates and times, that can be tracked against official calls, emails, or communications being sent/received.

Don’t worry the Democrats will give her the opportunity to revise and extend her remarks, a privilege that they would never give a Republican.
That lady was a US Ambassador, as will all such Ambassadors, she served in that position at the pleasure of the President, to advance the US foreign policy that was set by the President and his Administration. Once it came to pass that the President lost confidence in her ability to carry out his policies, the President has the constitutional authority to fire her, or to relieve her and return her to her employing agency in this case the Department of State. The fact that a Republican President relieved a Democrat Ambassador of her duties is not an impeachable offense.

These fools think they can plot a coup without leaving a paper trail. They're so ignorant of the Internet and long term memory of servers.

"Mislead," "Apparent falsehood". These are code words for "liar" or "perjurer" but since she's aiding and abetting the corrupt demonrats, charges are not appropriate nor will they ever be filed.
