The plot to impeach Trump

"Why are Leftists so unreachable by reason? You can point out holes in their arguments but they are unmoved. And some of their claims are entirely out of touch with reality." Australian John J. Ray (M.A.; Ph.D) of Dissecting Leftism asks and then answers the question. (Snip) Later on . . . he cites Freud in calling what leftists do "displacement," meaning that, in their minds, their anger is always caused by something outside of themselves, like injustice for example. Leftists do not want to solve problems though, they want to "luxuriate" in them; they need problems to explain their anger.

McCarthy's commentary on the steady deterioration of Schiff & Co. is spot on, and further in she notes, simply, that American voters aren't nearly as gullible as Schiff and the impeachment Democrats think they are.

I find it fascinating to see the depth of human deception inherent within the Left. It also explains their growing anger. Consider that you absolutely BELIEVE someone is bad but you can never find any evidence or do anything about it. It would be maddening. However, the Left's insanity can no longer run our Country. We need to clean up how the government works, including some new laws to force rationality on the dems, even if they somehow manage to win an election again. Bureaucrats CANNOT be allowed to be a 5th column. Behavior such as Comey, Brennan, Clapper, etc. must result in firing and incarceration. You also have to ask, what should be the cost of acting irrationally? If you personally go off the mental rails, you will find it hard to keep a job or have meaningful relationships. It's a natural consequence. It's sad but it is also a harsh message from society; act like this and things won't go well for you. It is a corrective pressure that many take to heart and learn to "fix" their behaviors. But what is the corrective pressure on the Left/dems/media that showers us with insanity? Why is it taking so long to label this craziness as what it is and call out the liars and push them out of positions of responsibility? Living in crazy environment can be disturbing, even to rational people.

The problem is that the author and a good deal of the Republican Party don't acknowledge (and deal with) the fact that the Nets, cable except for Fox (and that even has exceptions) and the W. Post, Times etc. either do not COVER Democratic issues when they are own the wrong, or when they do they rely on handouts from Adam Schiff and others. All they see is Trump blustering, and not his accomplishments. I am a white college educated woman and a conservative Republican and have to tell you that here in Ct. I am a virtual token re: my almost completely Democratic friends. They can't see the forrest for the trees, so I don't even try. So much for the vaunted college education.

We spent over two years chasing a fairy tale about something that wasn’t a crime even if it were true and to this day there has been no evidence of a reason to have ever believes it to begin with. Yet we had Shifft load boldly proclaiming he had the evidence. What happened to that Shiffty? So now we are supposed to believe the same reality Shift when he tells us another act, which also is not a crime for which we already have exculpatory evidence in the form of the transcript, is grounds for impeachment? Is this not the definition of absurdity? This is an open rebellion.

I empathize with #3. Too many of my friends are progressives and their politics has become an identity rather than an ideology. Any perceived threat to their identity is met with scorn and ridicule while my right to principled opposition is erased. It is disappointing on so many levels. At one time I would have considered them to be bright and informed, educated and tolerant. Now I just secretly refer to them as The Communist Book Club.

Easy. When there is no "there" there, it just goes with the wind. In time this will be just a bad mark against the liberals. Nancy will resign, not be re-elected or die. Schiff will not be re-elected and the republicans will be in power in both houses with a republican president in the White House. This coup thing is going to wipe out the dems.

Dr. Ray says (in so many words) what I have said all along: Leftists wake up in the morning looking for something to offend them and sustain their inner anger. They construct things to offend themselves that make rational people wonder what is the problem? Statues of long-dead politicians, military figures, statesmen, and others. Now, they have gone so far off the deep end that they are offended and angered by the American flag and the National Anthem. Religion? They trashed that decades ago. Marriage between a man and woman? that makes them angry. The list goes on. We see that the left's damage to our country has metastasized throughout government, as witnessed in the impeachment fiasco. The left wants to destroy everything in their quest to satisfy their anger and hopelessness- just like people who commit suicide to end it all!

The so-called whistleblower who at the moment appears to actually be a Democrat “Deep State” political activist and operative employed by the CIA essentially fueled up the Congressional leftist and liberal Democrat train, that is now rumbling down the impeachment tracks towards the impeachment station. When the train arrives at that station there is no doubt that the Democrats will vote to impeach President Trump as was their “resistance” plan since Trump was elected. So far the “evidence” that the Democrats have leaked to their media allies relates almost entirely to the President’s deliberative process in implementing his foreign policy objectives regarding the Ukraine. Much of that deliberative process did not make it into the President’s final decisions involving Ukraine, as Ukraine received 100% of the US foreign aid money that was appropriated to be handed to Ukraine, and no Ukrainian criminal investigations, as far as is known, were ever commenced. So it appears that the Democrats through their impeachment inquisition are chasing down smoke and not fire. Foreign policy disputes between an elected President and federal bureaucrats during deliberative processes have never been considered to be legitimate reasons to impeach a President in the entire history of the USA. Remember it is the elected President in accordance with his constitutional authority who decides what US foreign policy will be, and not federal bureaucrats, Democrats or Republicans, who are either politically appointed or are employed in accordance with federal civil service rules to positions in the CIA, the State Department, or other federal agencies and there is no requirement that a President take bureaucratic “expert” advise, either civilian or military, as the deciding factor as he formulates his US foreign policy initiatives.

The Dems fraudulent attempt to unseat this President began as he was being officially sworn into office. The 'Deep State" (Steele dossier and Russian Collusion) effort (including Mueller) was foiled, so they've gone to plan C (impeachment). Hillary was their shoe-in candidate and they couldn't believe she didn't "win." Have you noticed what isn't being talked about? There's nothing about Dem spying on Trump Campaign and fraud in the Obama White House in which Hillary is up to her neck in illegal activities (private server, deleted e-mails, Benghazi, Huma Abedin, Clinton Foundation, Bill and Epstein travels, etc.). The Democrat Party is criminal to the core and continues on with their crimes against this President. Democrat crimes are what really need to be investigated and prosecuted.

Pelosi cast him in the roll he desperately wanted, to be on stage before a large audience spouting his lines to the enthralled masses. There he is folks, the actor doing his bit.

On Thursday, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., told a school choice activist in Atlanta that she had sent both of her children to public school. On Friday, her campaign told a different story. In a video that was originally uploaded on social media, Sarah Carpenter of the Powerful Parent Network challenged Warren's opposition to charter schools, at one point saying: "We are going to have the same choice that you had for your kids because I read that your children went to private schools." "My children went to public schools," Warren told Carpenter.

There are about 5,000 members of the U.S. military, mostly airmen, stationed at the huge, strategically located air base in Incirlik, Turkey, northwest of the Syrian border.
