President Donald Trump teased the release of information Sunday he says will show that a National Security Council official who provided damning testimony in the Democratic impeachment push is a so-called “Never Trumper.”In a press gaggle with reporters, Trump criticized Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, the director for European affairs on the National Security Council. Vindman told lawmakers on Oct. 29 that he raised concerns with White House lawyers following Trump’s phone call on July 25 with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that is at the center of a Democratic-led impeachment inquiry. The impeachment push began after revelations that a CIA analyst filed a whistleblower complaint regarding the phone call

The ltc is a disgrace to the uniform he wore. When is his court martial?

Vindman violated the USMC. PT said he would reduce the bloated number in the NSC. He can start with Vindman.

#2, I think you mean the UCMJ, Uniform Code of Military Justice. And I do think he violated it by insubordination, and I suspect a good JAG officer could find several other things to do at LEAST an Article 32, hearing which is an investigation to see if there is enough evidence of wrongdoing that a court martial should be held. Kind of a grand jury hearing in the military.
Both LTCs need to, at minimum, be assigned to work elsewhere, IMMEDIATELY. IMO, that should be someplace like counting the gooney birds on Wake Island, or maybe adjusting guy wires on the towers of one of the Arctic weather stations somewhere for a few years.

There is proof that this LTC has been disciplined by his superiors for being out of line with his political beliefs. It's obviously that he has all along been gunning for Trump. What really bothers me the most with this Administration is who in the h3ll is vetting these people to work in the Whitehouse. You never place enemies in your office unless you want to be destroyed.

#4 that sounds easier said than done. The number of vettings required is unfathomable to me.

Agree with #4. Clearly proper vetting is essential and should be a priority. See what has happened now with this uniformed for show nitwit? Prevention of these anti-Trumpers from being anywhere near much less in the White House should be a number one priority. It is something that could have prevented a lot of headaches for this President. Please take the time and resources to protect this President. It is in the best interests of the country.

"Vindman, who listened in on the phone call, said he believed it was improper for Trump to ask Zelensky to investigate whether Ukrainian officials interfered in the 2016 election...."

I do believe the "whistleblower" could be in danger but from the Dim operatives who could see his mysterious murder pinned to an act by Trump people.

In terms of vetting keep in mind these people at the highest levels such as the Vindman twins have had security clearances for years. When it comes time for re-investigation, if they've kept their noses clean, and get positive recommendations from their co-workers and acquaintances their clearances will be renewed. However, vetting for a particular job relies on the leadership and his/her staff, and again, they've had how many years to place their people in these positions. Bottom line is if a director or commander wants a certain person in a position, he or she will be placed and that's it.
As #5 said, the number of people to be cleared and vetted is huge. Contractors have been hired to deal with the backlog, but in the past some corners have been cut. Also, there have been instances when an agency has intentionally granted clearances, vetted, and hired people with a criminal background or other offenses of moral turpitude. The agency does this as a form of coercion and blackmail to get these employees to play ball with whoever is in charge. Yes, it needs to be cleaned out big time, and soon.

When I saw the picture of Lt. Col. Vindman I thought it was another 'stolen valor' imposter crank. It looked like he's been blowing on one too many whistles alright.

Vindman, the ungrateful Ukrainian, does not appreciate how good President Trump has been for Israel. This is in contrast with the sentiments of Dr. Lewinsky.

windman is an exeption in the family of russian jewish immigrants who are pro Trump in great majority and unconditionally. We went throuh war and socialism and antisemitism not to support lying democrats. About windman I can only say russian old and rough saying: I would not do #2 on the same field with him, even if the field is 100 acres.

The problem is the WH personnel office is run by a bunch of inexperienced and immature 20-somethings who think the word "vett" refers to where you take your sick dog or cat. The personnel office is basically a post-college frat house that hires by convenience. The President must clean house here.

I also felt the initial concern about leaving enemy operatives in place at the White House, but Trump's reality is described by #5 & 9. Given what we know about our President; What would The Donald do?
I submit he has complete knowledge of all the Deep State operatives and is ready to whack those moles with a personalized mallet as soon as their donkey ears pop up. In this case the popinjay colonel wrote a letter to the White House Council. The arrogant seditionist probably put his insubordination in writing. Trump is prepared for the Dims sham impeachment "inquiry" and will use it to expose all the corruption. Trump is now the one controlling the narrative.
I trust President Trump because I trust God, and I firmly believe Donald J. Trump is God's champion to save the United States of America as founded. Prayer is our greatest weapon.

Wake us up when you finally get around to keeping your promises about release of information Mr. President. I support you, but you are on my last nerve patience wise, and I need to pace myself. The more you and Barr dither, the less credibility you have.
I say this will all love and respect, but that should go two ways Sir. Like the Nike ad says Just do it.

It appears that the only time Lt. Col. Vindman wears his military uniform, is when he is testifying against his Commander in Chief - the incongruity of both his actions and his appearance is stunning.

Clearly this light bird has violated his oath of office, and the UCMJ. This is a matter for military justice to come in.And I mean now. It's just another layer of decay in the swamp.
