Pete Buttigieg: ‘We Will Not
Recognize’ America if Donald Trump
Is Re-Elected in 2020

Original Article

Posted By: M2, 11/2/2019 11:11:57 AM

Mayor Pete Buttigieg said Friday that Democrats would not recognize America if President Donald Trump was re-elected in 2020. “This country cannot afford four more years of Donald Trump,” he said. “We will not recognize it if he gets reelected.” Buttigieg spoke to Iowa Democrats at the Liberty and Justice Celebration dinner, a prominent event in the Democrat presidential nomination process. He tried to seize the mantle of former President Barack Obama, hinting that they were both candidates with a “funny name.” “The first time I came to this state was as a volunteer, to knock on doors for a presidential candidate – a young man with a funny name,” he said.

Comments:

I'm counting on that. We need to get rid of liberals and "progressives" wherever they are. Only then can America regain her soul.

I think the only reason that Mayor Pete looks so good is everyone else looks so bad, and he looks moderately moderate. But he has been an abject failure as mayor, could never capture the Black vote anywhere, his military service consisted of a few months behind a desk (and a briefer stint as a driver fora bigwig) in Afghanistan, so his posturing is very Kerry-like in that respect. I sincerely hope that voters take a LOOK at him before they anti up.

Mrs. Chasten is getting all worked up again. We already don't recognize America if one compares it to the period between 2008 and 2016 and we kind of like it this way. "Butt out" Pete. Go knit some doilies or something to calm yourself.

Is subjunctive mood dead? Do journalists not have to take courses in grammar? Opening sentence should read: "... if President Donald Trump were to be re-elected in 2020."

Maybe in 4 more years the homosexuals in this country will realze that the shock value has worn off on their paradigm and stop it already. Homosexual men all have HUSBANDS. Homosexual women all have WIVES. Yawn. Maybe in 4 more years President Trump will have kept his campaign promise to Make America Great Again. So far so good. Maybe in 4 more years the novelty will have worn off Occasionally-Cognizant and her little squad and they will ALL go the way of Roberto O'Rourquez. I could go on but then I'd be a columnist.

Fabulous! For once this inept small-town mayor makes sense. We didn't like the way America was looking - - that's why we elected Trump - - to give it a new look - - which resembled the old look.

You're right poster #6, homosexuals have won the right to have same-sex marriage, men marrying men, women marrying women. Their goal now is to have the right to have spouses of any age even those that are 4yrs. old. That's been the game plan from the very beginning, that's why we now have deviants in libraries reading stories to children, to brainwash them that sex with anyone and anything is a good thing.

The United States of today is unrecognizable from the U.S. of my childhood in the 1950s and early 1960s. For all of the abuse the historians have heaped on that time, it really was a time of innocence and lofty ambitions. We'll never see its like again.

What I care about is his proposed policies and his past experience as a leader. I don't like them. So I would not vote for him. His gayness? #3, yes. In the trash along with the words "invitation", "question", and many other nouns replaced by the verbs "invite" and "ask" misused ignorantly as nouns. Once the stopped teaching grammar, the language started going down the Beverly Hillbillies' drain pretty rapidly, and the language misuse jokes that were funny in 1963, are now normal manner of speaking, and sadly even for allegedly educated folks. Even Bret Baer says "send him and invite" like a refugee from Appalachia. Wouldn't it be cool to put grammar and history back into schools? And eliminate "diversity" and "perversion education"?

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.
