Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told reporters the impeachment inquiry into President Trump is not because of any personal reasons Democrats may have against him. Pelsoi said the impeachment inquiry is consistent to what the Founding Fathers had envisioned for the country and the separate, coequal branches of the government. "In the here and now, we are keeping the republic from a president who says Article II, says I can do whatever I want. Not so. And if so, if you think that is so and you act upon that belief that is in violation of the Constitution of the United States. And so we will proceed

It’s really about reversing power and control of the government back to democrats so they can set up the biggest robbery of the US Treasury in history through any number of well intentioned causes like climate change health care reparations and their never ending spending programs designed to funnel money to insiders and party bosses and unions.

It's personal to me. Get ready for payback November 3, 2020. Democrats--reap the whirlwind from Americans outraged by the unfairness of what you are doing.

Oh Nancy, we know you lie. It is all personal to you. Ever since he pointed you out during the first SOTU speech, sitting there like a humiliated old lady, clutching your handbag. You made it personal to the voters Nancy. You have spat in our faces, time after time after time. How is that not personal?

Who's she trying to convince?
It's so personal, they are doing it in secret, and now the new rules the Democrats adopted today require the approval from Rep. Bull Schiff for the most important things.
And, her comment about every member taking that Oath, even lowly city commissioners take that same Oath, Nancy. So did the President.
Just because you don't like his policies, and Judicial appointments, does not give your colleagues the reason for removing someone from office - many of your colleagues stated even BEFORE he took office that they wanted to impeach him.
I would recommend the GOP find a way to switch House members onto the INTEL committee who are best suited to ask questions like some off the Judiciary.

Sure feels personal, Nancy. Why else such an effort to discredit Trump ever since he threw his hat in the ring? So many lies, so many leaks/felonies...when Durham's indicments start coming I bet it'll feel personal to you then. Whachu think?

Sorry, but Pelosi's quote requires me to believe that she's familiar with either the beliefs of the Founding Fathers or the Constitution itself, two leaps in logic she has consistently disproved for decades. Of course, the hypocrite Pelosi had no problem when the Kenyan Klown had a pen and a phone.
What an evil, lying, despicable wretch.

No, its about pure, unadulterated power and the Dems power they thought they had in place with the Obama Admin structure was blown away and they are doing whatever they can to regain what they thought they already had. With the Deep State in place, they will use NSA, CIA, FBI, DOJ, State Dept etc to further their grip on power. Trump just happened to win the election and get in the way. So its not personal.

Q: How do you know that Nutsy Nancy Pelosi is telling a lie?
A: Her mouth is open and words are coming out!!!
Actually, now that I think of it, you can replace "Nutsy Nancy Pelosi" with the name of any lie-beral alive today, and the answer would still be the same!!!!!

Give us a break! Pelosi and the Democrats have been saying that they intend to impeach President Trump since about 28 minutes after he was elected.

Liar. It is intensely personal to all the corrupt career politicians that are upset that an outsider like Trump is in charge. They don't like Trump. They don't like what he stands for.
It is also intensely personal to all the Trump supporters that voted him to be President because he intended to make America strong and prosperous. They voted for a person that would stand for America and its citizens.

Not anything—everything. Personal and political. By the way, the House of Representatives is not coequal to the Executive. It is only half of the legislative branch. I doubt if the Founders intended that’s the House start impeachment proceedings when it is a foregone conclusion that the Senate will not convict. It is actually an abuse of process.
