Bad things tend to happen to people who find themselves on Hillary Clinton’s enemies list. Just days after being attacked by Hillary Clinton for being a favorite of the Russians and for allegedly being “groomed” (by Republicans, her spokesman later claimed she meant) to run as a third-party candidate, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard announced late last night that she will not seek re-election to the House of Representatives (snip)
It is an odd coincidence that becoming an official enemy of Hillary Clinton preceded this surprise announcement that offered no new reason for the decision announced on Twitter beyond her desire to serve as president.

I very much doubt that Hillary Clinton has much to do with it. Hillary is past her prime. She can probably barely get out of bed most days. She doesn't have much power anymore.
I think Gabbard is probably sickened by what the democrats have become.

Well now, she certainly would not be a set up to run as a third party candidate to siphon dem votes from our VSG President now would she... /s

She's as upbeat as you might imagine as she contemplates a future with a retirement income that matches her current salary -plus the best benefits our tax dollars can buy.
Tulsi is entirely too upbeat to be have a chance as a Democratic candidate for this office. She didn't even say anything negative about our real president. Don't be surprised if she's offered Nicky Haley's old job at the Useless Nations, in the near future.

Tulsi, the silly Samoan, has suggested that she has all sorts of policy insight into foreign relations and military policy due to her military service. She was a medic, then an MP, probably received a direct commission to become an officer. That's not nearly enough to support her resume.
And when she had the clear opportunity to agree with DJT, whose Kurd-Turkey-Syria chess move fit perfectly with her position on endless wars and the need to disengage, Tulsi became tongue-tied and punted, during the most recent dreary debate.
I suspect that her internal polling showed her to be losing badly to the son of the late House member.
Hawaii has a sad history of selecting lousy, repugnant legislators, Mazie coming to mind as the topping for the leprosy isle scum.
There is no honor in Hawaii, only bad guitar music, silly neck flowers, and make believe natives. Didn't we learn our lesson with the Kenyan Klown?

Don’t be fooled simply because she slapped back at Hillary’s repugnant accusation of Russian involvement. This Dem endorsed Bernie Sanders in 2016 and would never vote to re-elect President Trump in 2020.

Agree with #10. Her former campaign manager is a Bernie acolyte. And when I read "new cold war and nuclear weapons..." I thought she and/or her advisors are having a flashback to the 80s. No one seems to under stand that until we got our act together after VN, nukes were the only reasons tyrants paid attention to us.

If Hillary Clinton swoops in at the last minute to secure the nomination, Tulsi Gabbard should run as a third party candidate. It would be fitting payback to the Hildebeast for her slanderous attacks.

If you had to spend your days with the House Democrats, would you want to go to work each day? I think that is the reason Tulsi is thinking of moving on.

I predict she'll leave Hawaii and move to the mainland. She's young and energetic and has a lot future ahead of her. She has to see the implosion of the Democrat party.
Being a Veteran is respected and honored more as a Republican or an Independent. Look what President Trump has done for the VA hospitals and Veterans. Certainly, Tulsi has to see that the Democrat party of today is a road to nowhere for her. Get Woke Tulsi.

But watch your six, sweetheart. KAB

All of the senators and representatives should have to resign to run for the presidency. They only work part time while collecting full time pay from taxpayers as it is. They aren't serving their constituents. But neither have the Democrats for the last three years.
I enjoyed the Shillary smack down though.
