Utah Republican Senators Mitt Romney and Mike Lee are both underwater with negative approval ratings with state voters, according to a recently-released Y2 Analytics poll for UtahPolicy.com. Fifty-one percent of Utahns strongly or somewhat disapprove of Romney, one of Congress’s staunchest critics of President Donald Trump, while 46% said they approve. Four percent of respondents said they are unsure of the freshman senator’s job performance. Lee, who in recent months has championed bill S.286 — which would eliminate “country caps” which effectively limit the number of Indian workers imported into the U.S. for skilled white-collar labor

Both have a stench. I hope Utah replaces both of them.

Mitt Romney is a, ha, ha, ha...ad infinitum. He's kissed enough tail to qualify for the magic Mormon underwear and he has enough money to make him somewhat formidable. That's it. He's also proved himself a coward, a liar, a turncoat, anything but a friend and a two-bit loser who'd sell his mother for a nickel. Tha man is a pig and craves attention. He's one of the "I'd rather be wanted for murder than not be wanted at all,' crowd that includes his former VP sidekick Paul-the-feckless-Ryan, Bill Kristol, Chris Wallace, and the myriad of losers who travel on anyone's but their own coat tails. And I supported him for POTUS and worked hard in his campaign. Live and learn...never again. I wouldn't vote for him if he were the only one running.

Unsurprising. BOTH have turned into traitors to what they said they were for. I knew Romney was bad, but I am surprised at Lee, he used to be a good conservativer/libertarian - occasionally too knuckle-headed libertarian for my tastes, but not the hate-Trump obstructionist that he has been recently.
Dump them both.

WTH happened to Senator Mike Lee?
Who got to him? He is much too normal for the GOP/RINOs--who is offering him what?
John "my father was a mailman" at one time was a Reagan conservative congressman, and now is all puffed up and useless to progress FOR the people and only a lackey for big out of control government

For those who are wondering what happened to Mike Lee, here is a thought: he has been bought off by the Chamber of Commerce, the Business Roundtable and other open borders types. No proof, but his strong push for unlimited visas for Indians would lead me to believe that he has sold his senatorship for donations which they seem to be able to keep after leaving the Senate. I don't know his financial status going in to the Senate, but I'll bet he is a millionaire with excellent job offers from the CoC etc when he leaves.

I want to see editorials in the Deseret News and Salt Lake Tribune calling for Senator Delecto to resign. Seems to me these newspapers have been pretty quiet on his embarrassing behavior...… as in barely reporting it. Maybe I'm wrong.....

I think I've changed my philosophy on voting for the lesser of two evils - there is no such thing. If you don't really like either candidate, don't vote. The "winner" will do a poor job either way. I voted for both McCain and Romney and was left with the feeling that I should have stuck my hands into a fire instead.
Concerning S286, I have done technical IT work for several companies where Indian programmers were contracted and yes, they were very good, often better that the white college grads. However, they tended to keep what they learned close to the vest, did not pass on information to the white boys but immediately shared it with the incoming new Indians, thus making them all look good. Management did not usually catch on to their games but looked good paying smaller salaries so they recruited more Indians. So the bill was definitly a two-edged sword.

Who knew the people of Utah have so much common sense. They should recall them now, not wait for the next election. Romney will never, ever be elected for anything again. His church should dump this liar who is a bishop among the Mormons? Yikes! Get rid of this pathetic political knee pad ho'!!!

Am I supposed to feel sorry for these two backstabbers? I think not. They're reaping what they've sown.
