The U.S. State Department concluded its investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email usage and determined nearly 40 people committed violations, the Associated Press reported Friday. The department determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information in messages that ended up in Clinton’s personal email. The 38 are current and former State Department officials but were not identified in the report that was sent to Congress this week.

The big question is, is justice dead in this country? Sure, we can prosecute street criminals, but apparently the very real and dangerous political class along with their flunkies buried deep in our government bureaucracy skate. This cannot stand with an informed citizenry and we are informed. It is quickly becoming apparent if we are a nation of laws, not men. Americans want our laws enforced regardless who is implicated. No one is above the law, The string of crimes the Old Bag has committed is legion and we the people want and need her to be held accountable. If she is not, we will know absolutely that our founding principles have been trashed by the political class in order to save themselves. Another conclusion of guilty but declining prosecution will not be tolerated. Americans demand justice for all, even Hillary Clinton.

Committed "violations". No laws. Just violations. Well. I guess a few folks will get a little slap on the wrist, procedures will be updated and everyone will need to take another all day training course or two on how to handle classified information ... just like Wray did with the FBI when he found out people were leaking to the press.

It also stated that there were no findings that the violations were intentional. Meaning that there will be no indictments. But just remember Folks. If you or me fail to pay a Traffic Fine . Our homes are subject to invasion by a Swat Team in the middle of the night . That will most likely result in the certain deaths of all your Pets . And yourself and Family if you resist. Welcome to the Reservation America ! You have worked hard to earn this enslavement.

OK, so now there should be 38 indictments. I worked in a secure, government controlled environment for 35 years. Each year we were retrained and we signed a paper acknowledging that we could be fired or PROSECUTED, with the years in prison and fines listed, for breaking these security protocols. I never did break them. These folks, I am sure, had the same training, signed the same forms. PUT THEM IN JAIL. FINE THEM THOUSANDS. This is the only way this ends.

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) was set to speak at a criminal justice forum at Benedict College, a traditionally black college in Columbia, South Carolina, but decided to cancel. Her reason? She was upset the college recognized President Donald Trump for the FIRST STEP Act. The bi-partisan piece of legislation reduces prison sentences for non-violent offenses, like drug felonies, and allows inmates to receive "good time credit" when they participate in educational and/or training programs that prepare them for life outside prison.

When most Americans cast their ballots, their vote counts for one candidate a race. The person who gets more votes than any other competitor wins, even if they do not get a majority of votes. But New York City could become the biggest city in the country to change this age-old system altogether. Starting 26 October, voters have the option of switching to ranked-choice voting (RCV). In this scenario, even if someone’s top-choice candidate fails to get enough votes, their vote can still count. Advocates of RCV see it as an effective way to ensure a winning candidate has received a true majority of the electorate’s support.  Source location must be indicated.

In a closely watched Dallas, Texas, child custody case, Judge Kim Cooks put aside the disappointing jury’s verdict of Monday against the father and ruled Thursday that Jeffrey Younger now has equal joint conservatorship with the mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, of their twin boys. The mother no longer has unfettered authority to manipulate her 7-year old boy into gender transition. Instead both mother and father will share equally in medical, psychological, and other decision-making for the boys. Additionally, the judge changed the custody terms to give Younger an equal amount of visitation time with his sons, something that had been severely limited.

Last weekend, NBC News reported that the Justice Department’s probe into the origins of the Russia collusion investigation is now focusing on the CIA and the intelligence community. NBC News soft-peddled this significant development by giving former CIA Director John Brennan a platform (a pen?) to call the probe “bizarre,” and question “the legal basis for” the investigation. Politico soon joined the spin effort, branding the investigation Attorney General William Barr assigned to Connecticut U.S. Attorney John Durham “Trump’s vengeance.”

Although I generally agree with Pat Buchanan in his observations about the world, lately I’ve been a bit confused about his comments on “democracy.” Whether Buchanan is telling us, as in April, that democracy is in a “death spiral” or more recently, that it’s “a dying species,” I’m not sure that he’s providing a consistent concept of his key term. In April, Buchanan lamented that “in Washington our two-party system in in gridlock. Comity and collegiality are vanishing.” Meanwhile “across Europe splinter parties arise and ‘illiberal democracies’ take power.” Buchanan is right that moral and social consensus is breaking down in Western countries;

We just learned that Senator Graham has 40-plus fellow GOP Senators to support a resolution against the current "impeachment" process in the U.S. House. This is how the senator explained it: “They’re creating a shadow process that, I think, is just denying basic fairness. And we’re urging them to go back to what worked before,” Graham said. On Friday during Rep. Elijah Cummings’ (D-MD) funeral, former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton used a Biblical analogy to take a veiled shot at President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump. Clinton was comparing Cummings to his namesake, the Biblical prophet Elijah, who stood up against wicked King Ahab and Queen Jezebel. Clinton said, “Like the prophet, our Elijah could call down fire from heaven — but he also prayed and worked for healing.” She added, “Like that Old Testament prophet, he stood against corrupt leadership of King Ahab and Queen Jezebel.” The crowd roared in acknowledgment.

Students will be taught "how technology and/or science have been and continues [sic] to be used to oppress and marginalize people and communities of color." The framework, the final draft of which is scheduled to be completed by September 2020, will also attempt to "explain how math dictates economic oppression." That's correct: math.
