Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) suggested Friday that he is not leading a Never Trump Republican coup against President Donald Trump.Sen. Romney, who has served as a frequent critic of President Trump, denied that he is leading a Never Trump GOP coup against the president.“I don’t believe I’m leading a wing of the party. Because there’s no wing that’s very large that is aligned with me,” Romney said this week in an interview with Politico.“Since I’ve been back, I have not spoken with a single senator about the impeachment process or about the implications of the process that’s going on or how I would vote,”

No, you are far too incompetent to be the leader. But you sure are a very vocal member of the "never Trump" coalition!!!!
And, sadly, being a Republi-can't Senator, you can probably do more damage than the rest of your fellow and sister traitors combined!!!!!!
We all know how you will vote you pathetic sore looser RINO!!!!!

He is SUCH a freaking JERK.
There's always at least one of him swirling around in the punchbowl. We'll never be rid of the likes of this traitorous clodhopper.
If I was one of his poor unfortunate dogs I'd insist on riding on the roof.

He's not smart enough to lead a Never Trump Coup.
The leaders are at least morons and deranged psychos. Mitt just doesn't measure up.

No, Mitt, you're just one of the panty-waisted republican RINOs that beg Trump for a job, then an endorsement, and then work against him at every opportunity. How would it look differently if you were running a coup?

All the previous are true.
But this jerk (being nice) was, and may still be, the best example of what the "upper class" and "wiser heads" of the GOP-e wanted, still want, and probably always will intend to force upon as as their contribution to the Uni-Party. A pox, a plague, and curses unceasing be upon Mitt and the GOP-e. TWANLOC bums, every single one of them. Mitt isn't the worst, not at all, but he's fully representative of them.

#1 nails it.
Only because he has few to no followers. Romney'd LOVE to do it, but just can't find enough fellow RINO backstabbers to join him.

Mittens Romney is a wimp who could not even make it past Candy Crowley in the presidential debate when he was running against Barack Obama.
While Romney continuously criticizes President Trump, he has not annunciated any sound policy alternatives to the policy determinations that Trump has made to get the USA out of bad situations created by Obama, both along the US borderline and in Northern Syria. Currently it looks like Romney is settling in with the suddenly warlike Democrats in continuing to advocate the USA participating indefinitely in the endless Middle East Wars.
In Northern Syria the Kurds have been fighting the Turks using essentially gorilla tactics since the First World War era trying to establish their own country of Kurdistan out of the current national territories of Iraq, Syria and Turkey, countries that want no part of that. So what are the Democrat’s and Romney’s practical alternatives to the action that Trump has taken? There are none except to complain and maintain the status quo indefinitely.

Mittens, the world has changed since you had your chances. We’ve seen what it’s like to have a Republican who fights. No, it’s not genteel because the rectocrats will destroy anything and everything to win.
But we will not settle for the genteel death you have in mind for us.
I don’t know what’s after Trump. He is sui generis. The first, the last, the best. The cincinnatus of the West. God bless him.
Steal out mittens until you want to Keep America Great.
