Elizabeth Warren Is Jussie Smollett

Original Article

Elizabeth Warren has a moving story about being fired from a teaching job because she was pregnant, a story that perfectly complements her political narrative that she is the tribune and champion of those who have been treated unfairly by the powerful. Joe Biden has a moving — and horrifying — story about his wife and daughter being killed by a drunk driver, a story that similarly could not have been designed more perfectly to bolster his political image as a man who can be counted on to soldier on in the face of adversity. Of course, neither story is true. Are we still caring about that sort of thing?

Every presidential election of my lifetime has involved pseudointellectual pundits banging on about 'electability' as if the term had some objective, measurable, tangible quality when it's mostly the unbaked version of hindsight. At best, it's an elliptical way of referring to polls (again). And polls are lazy. Trump is president. Was he considered electable? Was Reagan in 1976 or even 1980? But if we're going to accept, temporarily, the concept of electability then how on God's green earth does the left delude itself into thinking of Shrill Hill as electable or her successor Lizzie 'Schoolmarm' Warren as electable? Hillary could make some claim to familiarity with the heartland of the US (Arkansas, Illinois) even if she disowned them in seeking Eastern elite approval (fortunately, the heartland returned the favor). Warren, whatever else her fatuous biography might say on a given day, is a Harvard academic (however fraudulent her post). A know-it-all Yankee in a nation that is shunning the Yankee mentality - taxes, regulation, general busybodyness - every day. Heck even the Yankees are fleeing Yankeeland. Warren is the annoying, self-involved overloud harridan holding up the line at the airport as she demands upgrades or disputes baggage charges. Holding up the line at the coffee stand demanding her drink be made just so. Asking the poor kid at the sub shop if the lettuce is organic. Lank hair. No makeup. Granny glasses. Shapeless cardigans. Ballet flats. Waving her arms bizarrely like a drunken sailor holding semaphore flags. And that catcall voice. This is electable?

I've been wondering if the Principal who she has accused of firing her for being pregnant is still alive. It appears that she slandered the man. In Biden's case we have a name and identity of the innocent party who was publicly slandered. Biden only began claiming the status of "drunk driving victim" after Curtis Dunn had died and was unable to defend himself. That could be the same for Warren's tall tale of victimhood.

How typically democrat for Elizabeth Warren to CONCOCT a story which is 100% lies, and sell it, with a generous helping of dishonesty from the democrat media, to the voters. In TRUTH (rare in democrat campaigns) Warren's contract to teach was renewed and she was offered another year of employment. I saw the board of ed action doing just that on line here on Lucianne.com. Like her Indian fiasco and several other of her flights of fancy, Warren will tell any LIE, make up any story, falsify any history to get herself elected. She is as crooked as a shilleagh. As was once said of Nixon, when she dies, she will have to be screwed into the ground she's so crooked. Yeah, this is the type of person I want governing me and my family.

Astute post, #4. In recent history, the democrats and the liberal media proclaimed both Trump and Reagan to be unqualified clowns and both have been excellent presidents. To ensure their complete failures in judgement they declare the absolute worst of their choices to be the next Messiah. The one they actually pushed to victory, Bumbling Barack, was the worst of all time.

NEW ORLEANS – On Saturday morning, structural engineer Walter Zehner’s phone rang with news of a devastating construction collapse on a site he once worked. The plan for 1031 Canal St. had completely changed since Zehner left the project approximately three years ago, moving from a mixed use retail/residential design to what was planned to be a Hard Rock Hotel. When Zehner arrived at the downtown construction site Saturday, he saw six to eight concrete levels had collapsed, the edges hanging down the side of the building as if they’d melted. “It was a lot worse than I could have imagined,” Zehner said. “And I’ve seen the videos of the collapse

Nearly a week after the U.S. announced its decision to pull out troops from northern Syria to make way for a Turkish incursion, Kurdish forces in the country have reportedly agreed to a new deal with Damascus in a desperate bid to face off against Ankara's offensive. The New York Times reported that the deal-- which was announced Sunday evening-- would enable President Bashar al-Assad's forces to attempt to regain a foothold in the country's northeast. The Kurdish fighters had few options after the United States abandoned them, and it had been anticipated they would turn to Assad’s government for support.

Retired Army Master Sgt. Mark Allen died on Saturday, 10 years after he was shot while looking for a missing soldier in Afghanistan back in 2009. He was 46. Allen was unable to walk or speak since being shot in the head by a sniper in July 2009 during his attempted search for Army Sgt. Bergdahl later pled guilty and was dishonorably discharged, reduced in rank from sergeant to private and fined $1,000 per month over a ten-month period for deserting his post and endangering the lives of fellow soldiers, including Allen.

The identity of the person who filed the intelligence community whistleblower complaint that sparked the drive to impeach President Trump remains a secret. Democrats leading the impeachment campaign say his or her identity (for brevity, the whistleblower will hereafter be referred to as "he") must remain closely guarded. Advocates of whistleblower laws, such as Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley, agree. The New York Times came under heavy criticism when it reported that the whistleblower is a CIA officer. "Any decision to report any perceived identifying information of the whistleblower is deeply concerning and reckless, as it can place the individual in harm's way," Andrew Bakaj, the whistleblower's lawyer, told the Times.

Pope Francis spent a brief period of his Jesuit formation in Germany. He was sent there to get a doctorate in theology, but, finding the work tedious and feeling homesick, he returned to Buenos Aires. He once told a fellow Jesuit that studying “fundamental theology” is “boring” — a bizarre attitude for a churchman that explains his intellectually slipshod pronouncements. Not that Francis doesn’t revere German theologians. He does, exceedingly so, particularly heretical ones. During the conclave that elected him, he stayed in a room across from Walter Kasper, the German cardinal famous for his project to liberalize and Protestantize the Church from top to bottom. I wrote here and here that, although the Democrats’ impeachment claims are frivolous, they have hurt President Trump in the polls. Trump’s history is that he tends to rise in the polls until a negative news cycle hits–which happens often–and then he will drop back down. In the latter post, I noted that before the impeachment frenzy struck, Trump had been rising in the Rasmussen survey. He was at 53% approval among likely voters as of September 24, a number that if maintained suggests a clear path to re-election. The coupling of the words “Trump” and “impeachment” in newspaper headlines–the real purpose of the Democrats’ impeachment drive–drove

The findings are alarming for the breadth of Russia’s operation, the Kremlin’s direct involvement and the ongoing threat posed by foreign meddling to American democracy. But perhaps more than anything, the report amounts to a bipartisan rebuke of the White House’s own disinformation campaign to shift the blame away from Russia. The committee, chaired by Sen. Additionally, he made a public promise that if his father, Joe Biden, wins the presidency, he will "forego all foreign work." Quite a lot to unpack here. Firstly, he's missing the point entirely. While President Trump's Ukraine phone call shined a bright light on Joe and Hunter Biden's corruption, the outrage was never about him working for a foreign company. It was about how he got those positions in the first place — with his father's power and status in the U.S. government.
