Costa Mesa police arrested two women after a restaurant was vandalized over the weekend in plain sight of diners and restaurant staff. On Oct. 5 at about 1:30 p.m., police responded to reports of a woman with a bat that had entered a restaurant in the 3300 block of Bristol Street in the South Coast Plaza area in Costa Mesa. What a picture! Yikes. What were they trying to disguise themselves as? Burnt pizzas? The cops in LA see these two, and dozens like them, on a daily basis. But they can't do anything about it, because racism. Or something.

FTA: ''Authorities say both women had facepaint and some sort of powder on to conceal their identities at the time of the Oct. 5 incident.'' NO amount of paint or powder is going to hide that much ugliness from employees you used to work with. Ugly and Stupid are not the way to go through life. A google search says the main perpetrator (Passion) was a former employee of the restaurant. btw, Costa Mesa is (or last time I looked, was) a nice area. I wonder what these two women were thinking they would accomplish or about the consequences of their actions? All of Madison Avenue's best efforts to convince us that Black Americans are wonderful peaceful people take a substantial hit when something like this restaurant bashing takes place. And our confidence in the world as presented by the Left once again lessens.

Arguably one of the most talked-about works of art at this year’s Art Basel was a banana duct-taped to a wall that sold for $120,000. It’s Maurizio Cattelan’s latest work of art. It’s called ‘The Comedian’ and it is entertaining art lovers from around the globe. Some of those same art lovers’ conversations swirled around his 2017 golden toilet. The $6-million throne was stolen from England’s Blenheim Palace over the summer. Art lover Weezie Chandler said, “You can do anything and once you’re established you can get away with it.” Many believe this more ‘a-peeling’ piece represents the art world and its gaping wealth inequalities.

The spacecraft has been exposed to scorching temperatures and intense sunlight as it draws closer with every loop around. Eventually, Parker will glide through the star’s outer atmosphere and feel the toastiness of nearly 2 million degrees Fahrenheit (more than 1 million degrees Celsius). Parker is dressed appropriately for the journey. It wears a thick, custom-made shield to protect its scientific instruments and systems, and tubes with flowing water to cool itself down. Inside, it is a cozy 78 degrees Fahrenheit (26 degrees Celsius).
