President Donald Trump went after Republican Utah Sen. Mitt Romney on Twitter Saturday morning after Romney condemned the president’s call with Ukraine’s president.
An August whistleblower complaint accused Trump of asking Ukrainian officials to look into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden during a July 25 phone call. The House of Representatives began a formal impeachment inquiry into the president in September following news of the phone call.
Romney went after Trump on Twitter Friday, saying that asking foreign countries to look into Joe Biden is “wrong and appalling.” Trump tweeted Saturday morning and called Romney “a pompous ‘ass.'”

New flash. Trump hits back.
If he didn’t hit back he’d never even gotten the nomination. He’s dealing with world class crooks.
A James Taylor ballad ain’t gonna do the trick on the likes of Mitt.

With wimpy candidates like Mitt Romney the Republicans would be looking at a series of perpetual Democrat Presidents and a permanent minority position in the Congress leaving them groveling for whatever political crumbs that the leftist and liberal Democrats would allow them.
Since being elected to the Senate, Romney, and to a little lesser extent Ben Sass of Nebraska have been acting like they are holier than thou. Romney will not be up for re-election for four more years, but Sass will be up for re-election next year. The Nebraska Republican Party, through their primary process, should be looking for a better candidate than Sass, an obvious Never Trump liberal Republican, to represent Nebraska in the Senate.

Romney is not appalled by the Democrats investigating and wire tapping our President for the last 3 years, or trying to impeach him during an election campaign. Romney is never appalled by anything the Democrats do, and has never said anything other than of praise about a Democrat. Romney is looking very old, and should resign.

My great President calls out my worthless senator. Sorry about Mitt guys, Mormons have "niceness" gene and want to think the best of people. The hustler from Mass took advantage of that, the voters here were hoping for another Orrin Hatch. We went to a lot of effort to get rid of Bob Bennet and replaced him with Mike Lee who went on the deep state payroll in no time. Good people rotten choices.

#12, they pretty much got another Orrin Hatch. You need to check out the kind of things that Hatch was doing and supporting in the last 10-15 years in the Senate. Hatch had moved far to the left, probably driven by his close friendship (EWWWW!) with the slimebucket Ted Kennedy.
I always figure that when I hear that one of our 'conservatives' becomes a "good friend" with a leftist firebrand like Kennedy, it means our guy has begun to sell us out.

Hatch has been pretty good the last couple of years. His "niceness" got him rolled for years. He's probably reached out his hand and pulled back a bloody stump more times than any living man.

Sadly. Senator Romney, you are not the man I once thought you were. I voted for you in 2012 in hope of staving off another term for the anti-American Obama. Knowing what I do now, I might just have stayed home.

Now would be a good time to flag and discuss Romney's role in the investment scams at Bain Capital. Remember this one?
FTA "But what most voters don’t know is the way Mitt Romney actually made his fortune: by borrowing vast sums of money that other people were forced to pay back."

Romney is pure globalist investor class, as long as Romney and his family can continue making big bucks in that respect, what happens to ordinary Americans is of no concern to him. It was the same with the Bush cabal.
