When the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled last month that Minnesota could not force wedding videographers Carl and Angel Larsen to create videos that violate their religious beliefs, the Larsens thought their three-year court battle was over. But it appears it’s just beginning.
Minnesota’s attorney general, Keith Ellison, vowed to fight the court’s decision and squash discriminatory speech in all its forms. In an op-ed for the Minnesota Star Tribune this week, Ellison accused the Larsens of hiding behind their religious beliefs in an attempt to get away with LGBT discrimination.
The spiritual battle between good and evil is again joined. This isn't political! This is a fight against good and evil! And the haters come after the Christian who follows the example of their God and they lay their life down for His sake. I know I will when the time comes and it is very close. I will be in prison or executed for violating laws against identity groups because they are forbidden by God! As for me and my household, we shall choose the Lord! This life is fleeting and a spec in the timeline of eternity. I will spend eternity with Jesus because He paid the price for my sins by dying on the cross for me and raising from the dead. When Keith Ellison can reproduce that, I will listen to him! He can't!

Keith Ellison apparently likes to fight. Isn't he the guy who physically abused his girlfriend? Wow. What a piece of work he is.

Did anyone doubt that he would? I'll guarantee he'll be singing a different tune when it's a muslim plaintiff who demands that their religious beliefs be accommodated to the extreme. In the U.K. last week, a doctor was told that he must address a male as a woman, or he cannot practice medicine. You think that won't happen here?
These "tolerant" people are anything but.

Religion overrides a sick practice that was kept in the closet for centuries because it's just plain wrong. You vote for insane, dictatorial leaders and that's what you get.

What's with the VOTERS in MN? They used to be such good people. Then Obama sent Thousands of people from Somalia there and the whole State went to Hell in a Hand Basket! The voted Ellison in to Congress (fortunately he was forced out), then they turn around and make him Attorney General. On top of that they give us The Mouth from the Squad (who married her Brother). What has happened to those good people? They are NOT outnumbered. They have just changed IMHO!

A Muslim attempting to persecute Jews and Christians. This has been going on since the inception of Islam. What's crazy is the voters of Minnesota electing him. I guess they are just trying to coexist.

One of these days, the Sunday people are going to come after the Saturday people. That will be 2 days after someone gives a rat's pa-toot.

White guilt is real. It's the same problem that causes countries like Sweden, Germany, Britain and France to open their borders to knife-wielding barbarians and rapists and then wonder why the crime rate has risen. Democrats will do it here if we let them. They show you pictures of starving muslim babies but it's not the babies that are invading these countries.

#5, Not that I welcome them either but somehow I don't think Obama's Islamic friends are on board with this. They are more likely to use rooftop diplomacy to address the alphabet perversion.

Just wait until Trump gets through with Omar and Ellison at his next rally. He is taking it right to these two, and they are not going to be happy. But I will be.

Two gay Republicans need to demand a big gay wedding at the local mosque, officiated by Keith Ellison. Followed by a big gay reception with pork brisket and alcohol at the site.
Remember Alinsky’s rule: hold them to their standards.

I remember awhile back, someone took umbrage because someone dared speak about his ears.
Would those who dared speak in jest about someone's ears be guilty of discriminatory speech?

I live in Minnesota. For the first time, not one of those I voted for in the last election was elected. Every single one of the offices was filled by liberal politicians. This, after the state almost went red for Trump in 2016. Do I think everyone in the state leaned right and then left? No. I suspect there was voter fraud. Almost every state and federal office, except the Senate, is run by the Democrats. There was suspected voter fraud when Al Franken was elected, and it was suspected the last vote. No one is checking the hen house. They strangle hold the power in the state. Just like CA and IL.

Minnesota is kind of like a different country, isn't it? Isn't it a muslim conclave, or something?

With this particular case Ellison can appeal to the US Supreme Court that chances are will not take even take the case, but if that court takes the case, as the court is now constituted, his chances of winning are very slim.

Do not complain... expect - Minnesota - this is what happens when you elect fascist democrats, like Ellison. This is why people are make mass exodus' from California. You can't vote for scum and not expect it to splash upon you! My advise to his couple - put your house up for sale and move to a red state!

I am confused. Ellison claims to be a Muslim. Muslims toss homosexuals off of tall buildings. And now this perported Muslim is "protecting" homosexuals from the horror of someone refusing to celebrate their perversity.
How does he not get killed for apostasy by one of his fellow 7th century barbarians?

In last fall's election in Minnesota, the GOP did not seem to go all out to defeat Ellison as the DFL [in MN DFL = Democrat] candidate. Whether it was because of insufficient funds, news media who are always pushing the DFL candidates regardless of their history, or just a reaction to the Trump White House - it was a foregone conclusion that the Republican, Douglas Wardlaw, was not going to be able to defeat a DFL candidate, regardless of Ellison's history of abusive behavior toward his mistress, his outlandish leftwing policies, his conversion to Islam in prison, etc.
Geographically most of Minnesota's population lies along the Wisconsin border, which leaves much of the population without sufficient political coverage other than that which is from the Twin Cities. Along the western border Fargo and Sioux Falls can provide a bit more conservative perspective on the candidates, but neither city is in Minnesota, and it is questionable whether they would broadcast much about Minnesota politics. That would not prevent Minnesota GOP from promoting the GOP state office candidates in the Fargo and Sioux falls media, however.
It seems to me that everything in Minnesota politics is stacked against the rural population which is conservative, and getting the word out about the GOP candidates is difficult. The only thing we have going for us next year is Donald Trump, who wants to flip Minnesota.

Keith Ellison shut your trap and get some counseling. You are an irrelevant punk with absolutely no brain. Look in the mirror and hit yourself in the head. Hope your girlfriend got very far away from you POS!!
