Hillary claims that “the most outrageously false things” were said about her during the 2016. She’s right. I distinctly remember her being called smart, funny, likeable, warm, affectionate and competent among others. Added to her own falsehoods about herself such as being determined to get to the bottom of Benghazi; claiming she fell down and hit her head just in time to delay the original Benghazi hearings; being in the thick of a battle in Afghanistan that no one else remembers and claiming to have the slightest interest in the welfare of the U. S., all the lies about her are knee slappers. Please, Hillary, run! Schadenfreude is most scrumptious the morning after the first Tuesday in November during a Leap Year.

When she passes on (assuming I'm still around), I will have a fireworks show that night. And I will organize a choir to sing "Ding dong, the witch is dead!" Lead House impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) closed his side’s argument for the removal of President Donald Trump with a rambling rhetorical assault on the president.Unwittingly, perhaps, Schiff’s valediction recalled the Army-McCarthy hearings, when lawyer Joseph Welch finally put an end to the overly intrusive investigations of Sen. Joe McCarthy (R-WI) into alleged communist influence in the U.S. government. “You’ve done enough. Have you no sense of decency, sir? At long last, have you left no sense of decency?” Welch said. Schiff defended the investigative process in the House of Representatives, and declared:

Sen. Bernie Sanders has put nationalizing health insurance at the center of his presidential campaign, but his proposal to fight climate change also calls for a government takeover of a fundamental segment of the economy — electricity production. Sanders has laid out a $16 trillion climate change plan that would transition U.S. electricity generation away from fossil fuels to renewable resources like wind, solar and hydropower by 2030. That’s far faster than any other Democratic candidate's target and sets a pace that rivals like former Vice President Joe Biden say is unrealistic. And like Sanders' healthcare plan, the green energy

If Steve Bannon is correct (and I think he probably is), Michael Bloomberg has no intention of occupying the Oval Office; his real plan is far more devious and frightening. Bloomberg is investing a small fraction of his fortune (Bannon says it is now $70 billion) in a “leveraged buyout” of the party, installing himself as the oligarch who calls the shots, including the selection of the candidate to win the presidency. Forget the hundreds of millions of dollars spent on the “Mike will get it done” ads saturating the airwaves and the Super Bowl ad touting gun control.
