Snowflake Alert: Writer Says Stop

Twitter is the place to drop an A-bomb like this. If this is serious, then this person needs help. If she wanted to get ratioed, mocked, and create a ruckus, then she certainly succeeded. Apparently, wearing red baseball caps is a triggering experience for Rebecca Makkai and she warned that it scares other people. Even baseball caps that aren’t political are not worth wearing because they trigger liberal America. I mean this is just weakness. And people wonder why the far left isn’t taken seriously and seen as antithetical to liberal democracy. According to them, you can’t say certain things—they have speech codes—and you can’t even wear certain things.

A symbol of hate because of how the wearers behave. Seriously???? The left has declared anything that the right identifies with as a symbol of hate. The Culpepper flag, the Besty Ross flag, the American flag, the Constitution, crosses, Merry Christmas, and the list goes on. Meanwhile, nary a comment on Antifa facists wearing hoods and all black, attacking actuall conservatives. This time around, I will procure a MAGA hat.

Snowflakes use their 'weakness' to manipulate people. They are so 'weak' and 'helpless', you have to give them what they want! Afterall, your suppose to take care of them. Don't you believe you are your brother's keeper? Don't you think you have to sacrifice yourself for them? This time its just a red hat. That's the sick game these people are playing. They can all go rot.

Oldest son shot a buck, way back in 1979, his first deer. We hung the deer, overnight, in a plum tree on the edge of our property. The next morning, the neighbor came over, and asked us to please take the deer down - that his live-in girlfriend, an elementary teacher, was deeply offended by having to look at the deer's body - that she wasn't good at dealing with death. So we took down the deer, butchered it, freezing the meat. And in its place, I put up a short piece of rope in the tree. She continued to be bothered, but didn't know why, our neighbor told us. I suppose it was wrong of me to do that, but I enjoyed it.

"Is anyone else made really uncomfortable these days by" Anfia wearing black masks and black hoodies and carrying clubs? Do normal people wear masks? Do normal people bring clubs to gatherings? Or do normal people wear red baseball caps? That's a no brainier unless you're a leftist! My guess is that what Antifa wears doesn't bother her one bit but a red baseball cap does! Re #7, had a morning newspaper delivery route. Somebody had shot a deer, and hung it up on their front porch. This was residential, not rural. Absolutely the most unexpected thing to encounter at 6AM in the morning. They weren't a customer so I did not have to go up on their porch, but their next door neighbor was.

Conservative T-shirts serve the same purpose. The "Black Rifles Matter" is especially infuriating to the sensitive crowd and occasionally gets dirty looks but since this is rural Pennsylvania, most people are not on the Snowflake side. Conservatives see a black rifle as the instrument that has been insuring our freedom for fifty years, Liberals see it as an evil thing but they are entitled to their opinion until they try to take them away.

We've come a long way since WW2. When we were heroes and a force to be reckoned with. Since, the Left has done a good job of trying to turn us into a sissy nation. Today we have young folk who can't figure out what gender they are. Then you read this article and ask the question, is this the same nation that ended that bloody war? It's sad to see how we went from being an iron strong nation to a country of worthless snowflakes. All the more reason to honor and respect President Trump. He sees the big picture and is doing his best to protect us from the swishy enemy within. The proof is in the pudding...When you see idiotic men like Beto think they have what it takes to run this country. Yes indeed, as the saying goes "We've come a long way baby" from the days of General George Patton.

Seven people, all from different households, not only gathered for Thanksgiving but distributed to the media pictorial evidence of them flouting mask mandates and social distancing edicts. No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Governors ordering around people 250 miles above their states seems far-fetched. But so, too, did the notion of governors usurping the role of legislatures. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

Will Joe Biden and his foreign-policy team accept the extraordinary gift Team Trump is leaving for them under the Christmas tree — or is their hatred for the president so all-consuming that they will toss it in the garbage? The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

Will Judge Emmett Sullivan accept President Trump’s pardon of General Michael Flynn? No one has suggested that possibility, other than The New York Sun. The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

President Biden on Monday seemed to forget Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s name at a White House event—calling the Pentagon chief “the guy who runs that outfit over there.” Biden was announcing the nomination of two female generals to lead US military combatant commands. “And I want to thank the sec—the, the, ah former general. I keep calling him general, but my, my—the guy who runs that outfit over there,” Biden said.(Snip) Earlier at the event, Biden mentioned the Defense Department leader by his name, “Secretary Austin,” while appearing to read from a teleprompter.

I’m probably second to none in my dislike for Meghan Markle. There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred. And the problem is that, when it comes to that left-wing diva, Meghan Markle, it’s hard to believe most of what she says. After weeks of hype, CBS finally televised Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah.

Rep. Steve Cohen vowed to renew the push to remove former FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover’s name from the bureau’s downtown Washington headquarters, according to an interview released Monday. Appearing on Yahoo! News’ Skullduggery podcast, the Tennessee Democrat said the effort is getting a fresh look after the release of a new movie highlighting the FBI’s secret program to discredit civil rights activists. The Washington Times in 2019 first reported Democrats’ bid to strip the longtime FBI director’s name from the bureau’s headquarters. Mr. Cohen said the impetus to revive the bid is the new movie, “Judas and the Black Messiah.” The movie details

“There must have been a moment, at the beginning, when we could have said –-no. But somehow we missed it.” Tom Stoppard The millions of Americans who were paying attention throughout the 2020 election campaign all became painfully aware of the fact that Joe Biden’s cognitive abilities were slipping and slipping fast. His wife, as the person closest to him, should have been the one to call the campaign quits in order to reduce stress on the man. Instead, apparently so anxious to become the First Lady by any means necessary, Mrs. Biden continued to push her failing husband’s campaign forward as if he were mentally qualified.
