Missoula, Mont.—If Juniper Eastwood is feeling particularly motivated on a training day, she’s up at 6 a.m. She eats a banana and plugs in a podcast before taking off on an 11- to 12-mile run. She should stretch, but is often short on time. After a shower and getting dressed, she heads to work as a camp counselor for a youth empowerment program.(Snip) The difference between Eastwood and her teammates on the University of Montana’s cross-country team is the testosterone-suppression and estrogen pills she takes as part of her training regimen. Eastwood was assigned male at birth,

I hope he loses big. It would be the ultimate smackdown to cheat and still get trounced by a bunch of girls.

Stop with the assigned-male-at-birth nonsense. He IS, was, and will always be a male.

"Guy pretending to be a woman, will run against actual women
in NCAA Division 1"
There, I corrected the headline.
Literal insanity, all around. The women should just refuse to compete with HIM.

Assigned at birth??? That is probably the dumbest thing I have seen all week so far. There has been plenty of dumb too. I am hoping that the blow back from this nonsense leads to a whole big bunch of actual girls filing a class action lawsuit against the NCAA and other organizations who are allowing surgically mutilated men to compete against girls.
This is going to start costing girls the chance for scholarships for higher education. If it costs enough of them, I hope that lawsuit happens. If an AI computer doesn't recognize transgender, then neither should the NCAA. Those are emotionally stunted men who cannot compete on their own field. They have to come in and wreck it for others.

Silly AP bimbo. If it's so normal, then why is this a news story?

Ha! Go guy! Beat them wimmins! Now, one might wonder- Why would any woman compete against a man like that? Why not all the real women just refuse to compete in that race? Let him run against no other runners but other transgenders. That would end this crap once and for all.

The only kind of victory this fellow will win as a female is necessarily pyrrhic. Many will laud him for his 'courage' and 'being true to his real gender'. But much of the praise will be virtue signalling, and an undercurrent of resentment will ripple through many who laud his accomplishment on the politically correct surface. Others will refuse to recognize his victory, and still others will abandon female sports entirely as illegitimate. He will always understand that his victory will be suspect. And, perhaps some courageous young lady will surface to challenge him and expose the insanity imposed by the biology deniers.

These girls do a disservice to themselves and their gender by participating in
these ridiculous situations. They pay a price by not running, but they would have their dignity and self-respect intact, rather than go along with this circus.

Well GIIIRRRLLLLLSSSS this is what all that compassion got you. Careful what you wish for, as they say, you just might get it. I predict that another woman "at birth" will never win any major competition while these rules stay in place. Why it is permitted to take hormones of any kind for athletic competition is beyond me but hey you go for it. This insanity has to end if you ever expect our girls to play sports on what is called a "level" playing field.

Let the feminist left defend this, gender being a mere social construct. Meanwhile, why do we only see (mentally ill) men competing against women, but never the contrary? The question answers itself.
