Filmmaker Michael Moore sounded the alarm for his fellow liberals Friday after news broke that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had completed three weeks of treatment for a malignant tumor this summer. “First thought:” Moore tweeted. “She was seen at the Yiddish version of 'Fiddler on the Roof' in NYC last week. She’s gonna be fine.” Then he wrote, “Second thought: HOLYMOTHEROFRBG!!EVERYBODY, RIGHT THIS SECOND, JOIN A MOVEMENT, CAMPAIGN, GRASS ROOTS GROUP -WHATEVER - AND WORK NONSTOP BTWN RIGHT NOW & NOV 2020!”

She had 3 bouts with cancer before this one - what did he expect? I guess that in leftist fantasy world you can make someone immortal just by wishing for it. I wonder if we would even know about this latest tumor and treatment had someone not seen her leaving the clinic. They managed to keep it under wraps for 3 weeks and probably would have kept it there until she assumed room temperature. After reading the statement from the hospital yesterday I found myself wondering if, “No more treatment is necessary” is their way of saying, “There’s nothing more that we can do.” The fact that they didn’t remove the tumor makes me think that is the case.

When a whale panics, everybody within reach gets wet. Moore has been one unhappy seagoing mammal since 2016. The replacement of RBG will have the entire congressional collection of democrats screaming for the remainder of the year and into the next but that's a good thing. It gives them something else to focus upon besides racism, socialism and my gun collection.

You have to love the irony, the left could care less about RBG's health, they're only worried about her leaving the planet and giving Trump another SCOTUS pick. The alleged party of caring cares only about their leftist agenda and the rest of us, including RBG, can go to hell.

Leftist and liberal Democrats who are surprised by this recent diagnoses have no business holding high government offices. Justice Goldberg is 86 years of age and has been fighting the good fight against serious medical situations for a longtime. So what did those Democrats expect was going to happen sooner or later? Everyone at this point should just wish Justice Goldberg well, keep their mouths shut and go about their business. Clearly at this point the Senate Republicans should not be taking guidance from the Senate Democrats or their apparcheks and operatives on the issue of filling future openings on the Supreme Court, and should be keeping their powder dry in respect for Justice Ginsberg. As President Trump always says when he is asked to opine about the future, “We will have to wait and see what happens”.

Clearly RBG wants to be the 50th SCOTUS member to die while still holding the seat. Laid out in the rotunda and all. But my brief check showed that one justice (Harlan Stone) actually died while sitting on the bench in open court! Perhaps she'd like to go that way?? In either case, a fair & open minded person would realize their limitations now and gracefully step down. Only an ego manic demands to be "honored" by staying past their best time to play. The Unmoved Mover will step in soon to teach all a lesson.

Ruthie held on to her seat because she wanted the first female president to appoint her replacement. Donald J Trump messed up that plan. If Trump chooses her replacement, Ruthie will be vilified by the left. Trump has his list. As soon as she assumes room temperature, he needs to announce his choice. I'm hoping he chooses a QUALIFIED women. That will take a lot of wind out of their sails. How can they complain if he chooses from one of their victim classes, even though, we know they will complain. I had lunch with one of my brothers and two of my sisters on Wednesday. Seven people, all from different households, not only gathered for Thanksgiving but distributed to the media pictorial evidence of them flouting mask mandates and social distancing edicts. No governor yet claims jurisdiction over the International Space Station but the astronauts have a lot of explaining to do when they return to earth. It’s not as though they lacked for space. Governors ordering around people 250 miles above their states seems far-fetched. But so, too, did the notion of governors usurping the role of legislatures. Eight months after the initial coronavirus lockdowns, citizens docilely accept the idea of a single person dictating the laws that govern millions of people.

Will Joe Biden and his foreign-policy team accept the extraordinary gift Team Trump is leaving for them under the Christmas tree — or is their hatred for the president so all-consuming that they will toss it in the garbage? Normalization has proceeded so quickly, Dubai already has a kosher restaurant, and its supermarkets are stocking Israeli agricultural products festooned with Stars of David — a science-fictional sight only a year ago.

The practice of democracy in our constitutional republic flourishes in the presence of contradictions. Democracy, itself, is bound by our inalienable rights, bestowed to us by our Creator. These rights, not given to us by our government by any majority or by any vote, cannot be rescinded, for they were not wrought by man. Voting is a contradiction for it is both public and private at the same time. Its process is intended to be secret, but transparent. Its agency is intensely partisan, but its effect is intended to be unifying. The legitimacy of voting must survive despite the contradictions intrinsic to the process.

Will Judge Emmett Sullivan accept President Trump’s pardon of General Michael Flynn? No one has suggested that possibility, other than The New York Sun. The general’s case, though, has become a bonfire of the vanities of one district judge who has denied the presumption of regularity to an official act of the United States government — meaning Attorney General William Barr’s attempt to drop the case. So why would Judge Sullivan credit President Trump’s workaround of a pardon? We understand, the pardon could be the least fettered of all the powers that the Constitution grants to the president.

Many conservatives have moved their social-media accounts to the more freewheeling Parler, and often have slammed the supposedly monopolistic Facebook and Twitter as they’ve decamped from those sites. I have chuckled at some of their overheated parting rhetoric — especially the widespread misunderstanding about the meaning of the word “monopoly.” A monopoly is, as the Oxford dictionary explains, “the exclusive possession or control of the supply of or trade in a commodity or service.” Quite obviously, if one stops doing business with a company and heads over to its competitor, then the previous company is not by definition in exclusive possession or control of a service.

The race gap between the two has come down to the point where Tenney is leading by 106 votes and the only ballots left to possibly be considered are the ones that were “set aside” during the initial count due to irregularities.

There’s something unattractive about a mature woman marrying into the British Royal family with one of the world’s most expensive weddings, hanging out with the Queen, living in insane luxury…and then whining non-stop about the horror of her life. There’s something even less appealing when that woman accuses the Royal family of race hatred.
