August in Washington can be the political equivalent of an elephant graveyard: One good rain can wash away the dirt and expose the bones of scandals past.
And this August did not disappoint. Thanks to the relentless investigative work of Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), we are learning that the Hillary Clinton email case may not really be settled.
A staff memo updating the two senators’ long-running probe discloses that the FBI — the version run in 2016 by the now-disgraced and fired James Comey, Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzok — failed to pursue access to “highly classified”

The trolls are out early in the comments section of this article. They are so very arrogant and sanctimonious in their belief that Clinton is good, Trump beyond bad. I just want the facts to come out, all of them and let the chips falls where they may. There has already been so much revealed that is damning to her Thighness. I pray that justice is finally served once and for all not only for the satisfaction of everyone who has followed her criminal activities but for the health of our justice system. We cannot have a two tiered system. If you break the law, you are held accountable regardless of who you are and what position you have held. We cannot let equality under the law slide. It is one of the hallmarks of our founding principles.

There is more than enough evidence to throw the whole lot in jail. And, any single lie to authorities automatically invalidates any Immunity Agreement.
All that is missing is someone with the cajones to do the job.

FBI/DOJ needed a reason to place the server investigation of Lady Lucifer lower than other matters. (Federal intelligence organizations would have known about her server as soon as it was set up and used. No one talks about that, but it is true.)
So they used the fake Russian story as being more important than Lady Lucifer's behavior.

But does the American man-on-the-street hear about this? I fear not.

This is exactly why, when Hillary was asked by a Reporter if she was worried about being prosecuted for deleting 30,000 e-mails, she replied NO! She is part of the Deep State and we all have seen they protect their Own! Director Wray will not do a thing about Hillary. It will take his firing and Trump placing someone like Dan Bongino to head up the FBI before anything could possibly happen to Hillary! We just go in circles. We, the Taxpayers, have known for years that Hillary should be prosecuted, but we also have seen how things work in Washington, so we know that the "Protected Class" never pays a price for anything THEY do. Only us working class Peons are held accountable for our actions! That's the way it is!

So much for the FBI bs line, "We will go where ever the evidence takes us." I agree with Poster # 9. Wasn't that guy supposed to clean this up?

More strawberry, sheets, pillows sales and now with Glenn Beck doing his ridiculous Bitterman Catalog intros to his cowboy boot ads, that is the ONLY thing that is going to happen in all this. Notice the crickets coming from Barr over the Jupiter sized planet of evidence regarding the illegal coup that sits right out in the open and the intentional inaction? And now with Overstock's Patrick Byrne quitting and hising himself in plain sight to avoid being Fort Marcy Park'd because of his obtuse involvement; well, home security and virtual private network stocks will take a giant leap skyward but NO ONE will go to prison and will only be richly rewarded for their part in the coup and for their parts in the next coup.

Just more evidence of our two tiered Justice system where Democrats, uniparty types, DC elites and establishment go unpunished for crimes that would send WTP to the big house for years! More evidence of the politicization of the FBI by the Democrats and Clintons. To see the Clinton's strolling along the beaches while vacationing in the Hamptons with their stolen millions, without any concerns knowing they can't be touched makes me want to spit!

I am starting to think that the Pigwoman has even the Grim Reaper stymied. As far as American Justice...forget it. Even John Solomon appears to admit that Trump will never follow through on his promise to declassify the smoking gun stuff. Follow Solomon's article to the one below: "10 declassified Russia collusion revelations: for a convenient catalogue of other stuff that we'll never get to see.

James Comey, Mueller, Weissman and Rosenstein were all in on the corrupt Enron investigation along with guess who?
Christopher Wray. Trump you truly amaze me with some of the dumb appointments.

#10, if the feebies went where the evidence took them, what THEY SAID were the events of 11/22/63 would be very different--
They and their alphabet buddies with the "company" are STILL hiding the truth of what happened--just look at what documents are being withheld.... and WHO they are protecting
Hitlery's emails were never looked at and a few words forced by crooked Comey to be imposed let her off the hook BEFORE she was prosecuted because he thought he would be answering to HER THIGHNESS after the election.

Here it is, folks, the new revelation that will see them all go to prison.
In other business, my beachfront property in Florida was just discounted 30%, see me...
The FBI/DOJ didn't "fail" at anything except in getting caught with both lips firmly on the butt of their new Queen. All they have to do is make Strzok and Page sweat a little and the cat will jump out of the bag. The evidence has already been found and analyzed. We demand justice or there will soon be a new justice department.

I don't believe Hillary Clinton will ever be held to account for the email scandal. Her actions were at best gross negligence and more likely flagrant, willful violations of the law. The Feds won't pursue her because they are as corrupt as she is -- and she knows where many of the bodies are buried, literally and figuratively.
Ultimately, I don't think Hillary will be held to account because doing so would NECESSARILY mean holding Obama to account. And there is no way in God's green earth that the powers that be would ever let that happen -- not to the messiah, the first black president.

"failure" implies an error, a mistake.
There was no error, it was not a mistake, it was planned, and intentional.....CRIMINALITY.

From the article: "That sort of behavior leaves many Americans wondering whether there are two systems of justice inside the FBI — one for the Clintons, and one for the rest of the country." Right.
Another way of expressing that sentiment: Hillary Clinton is above law.
